The receptionist from the day that I called from my appointment to today when I arrived was friendly and helpful.The office has plenty of parking was clean and up-to-date.Dr. Diamond was professional in every way caring kind and understanding. She explained everything in detail so that I could understand!I want to thank them for a very good experience!

Dr. Diamond provided an outstanding level of expertise with solution oriented analysis to address all of my concerns including my hearing issues and possible related hearing aid system hardware and programming problems. A new baseline was established for my hearing capacity making me feel confident that a plan is now in place to get my hearing aid system working at its best. Dr. Jill Diamond delivered all with clarity and patience in a procedurally organized, calming office visit. What more can one ask for? I visited Dr. Diamond because I needed new hearing aids. She suggested that I make I be the first appointment of the day due to health reasons. Her professional, patient manner put me at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that my new hearing aids were fitted to my satisfaction. This is why Ill continue to go to the Hearing Center of Plainview.

I took my daughter to Hearing Center of Plainview for the first time. We had a great experience with Dr.Jill Diamond. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. Usually my daughter hates doing the molding for Hearing aids because it hurts but she loved the way Dr. Diamond did. When your child is happy n you r happy after an apt it makes a big difference. I will recommend Dr. Diamond to any parent looking for an audiologists.

Atmosphere is very cozy and clean. Coffee and snacks are placed in the waiting room along with a TV that shows a program explaining hearing and hearing aids. Waiting time is right on the money which is a plus!! Nicole is super friendly and will make you crack a smile as soon as you walk in! Dr. Diamond is extremely nice and very professional. She will explain everything to you very clearly and will never rush. She will make you feel comfortable.All in all, if you are looking for a center that is comfortable, clean, great Dr., receptionist and takes you right in for your correct appointment time, this place is for you.

Mom said the staff was friendly and courteous. They did not keep her waiting for her appointment. They answered all of my mom’s questions. She did not feel rushed. Dr. was knowledgable & the office followed COVID-19 protocols.

I had a very nice visit the Dr. Jill Diamond. She will spend time with you disusing your issues. She conducted an exam, tests and evaluated my hearing problems. I recommend the Plainview Hearing Center .11/6/19 Had a follow-up appointment to correct any issues with my new hearing aids. Dr Diamond will spend a lot of time with you to make sure everything is right and leaving you happy !01/04/2021 My current issue is, I am moving out of NY State, down to the Carolinas. Which limited my options for any possible repairs if needed, due to the make and model of my hearing aids . Dr Diamond contacted me and after doing research and consultations, we decided to change my hearing aids to a more common brand for any repair center /facility in the Carolinas . Again, this is a clear example of how Dr Diamond goes out of her way to assist her patients. Thank you .

I had a very pleasant yet unproductive visit at this hearing center. The staff and audiologist could not have been nicer. I was impressed that the audiologist did not try to sell me a new set of hearing aids on the spot. She wanted to take time to do some investigating as my hearing, being newly diagnosed with having single sided deafness, is not the norm. She wanted to take a few days to investigate which hearing aids might be best for me. However I never heard back from her at all. It ended up being a complete waste of my time.

Dr. Diamond is very thorough patient and listens to everything you have to say before recommending the type of hearing aid that is best for you. On the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

Dr Diamond provides superior after sale service, attention to details and a lot of patience.
