I took my elderly mother to Dr. Christines office because she wasnt hearing well with her old hearing aids. Dr. Christine gave her a very thorough hearing exam and fitted her for new hearing aids. The new ones made a huge difference and she and I are both thrilled. Dr. Christine was very patient and spent a good amount of time with us explaining the use and care of them and answering any questions my mom had. She had us come in for a couple of follow-ups to adjust the levels and to make sure that my mom was comfortable with them. I will be sure to see her when its time for me to get hearing aids.

I have purchased two sets of hearing aids from Bill Kent Jr st Long Island Hearing. As a result of the excellent treatment I have received I wouldn’t use anyone else. My first pair were purchased about 8 years ago and every year thereafter Bill cleaned and serviced my aids and wouldn’t except any payment. My set was expertly fitted and priced and lasted until my deteriating hearing mandated a stronger set which I recently bought from him. I don’t think it’s possible to deal with a better qualified person than Bill Kent Jr.

I went to their NEW office at 108 W. Park Avenue in Long Beach (516-763-EARS) and saw Dr. William Kent. He fixed my hearing aids so I can now hear well in all situations. Before it was either too loud or too soft. ABSOLUTELY worth the visit! I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Very positive. Have been a patient beyond four years. Previously I obtained hearing aids through a box store. A big mistake. The quality of the appliances were poor quality. I constantly had to have them serviced. The box store made good on their warranty but the hardware didn’t stand up to my active life style.Christine the audiologist does a hearing test annually and adjusts the computer programming of my aids. The box store did not perform these updates.Here with Christine I offers personal patient services the box store didn’t pay attention too. She doesn’t rush you out the door. What a wonderful experience dealing with Dr. Christine Kent. My hearing aids fit perfectly. Periodic cleaning service and adjustments keep them in perfect shape. Appointments are easy to arrange. Prices are competitive and did I say they are a pleasure to deal with. I highly reccommend them.

We moved to Long island a few months back from Pennsylvania. Did quite a bit of internet search on Audiologists in theneighborhood for my 7 year old son and got my eyes on this one.Our experience with Dr. Christine has been wonderful. My son was very nervous to start with, but Dr. Christine made him feel very comfortable.I have never seen my son come back with a happy smiling face after a hearing test :). She made it seem like a fun activity for him. She is great with kids. She was very patient to clarify all my doubts on the Insurance aspects as well. As long as we stay in Long island, Dr.Christine is going to be the Audiologist for my son.

I had first audiological exam with Dr. Christine today in the Nesconset office. Im experienced at this having needed hearing aids for 6 years. She was professional and reassuring. She was able to quickly input my new info and adjust my aids Extremely prompt. Ive also had a repair done in there Hicksville office and have only wonderful things to say about there senior tech Bob.
