Ran in to get hair dye, both employees were super sweet and helpful- even helped me update the info on my account, and called another store to help me find exactly what I needed. Masks worn by both employees, thanks guys!
As a professional sometimes I have to pick up certain items from Sallys and this location is exceptional from management to the employees. Manager knows my name and he and his staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. If there is someone from corporate reading this please give this manager a 5 star review or promote him to a regional or corporate position. He deserves it. ❤ God bless and prosper this business! If I can give this store 10 stars, I would. Faith and Denille totally saved me. I had gotten my hair colored by a hair stylist who totally botch the job and still charged me close to $300. I had asked for rose gold and instead got what was included in the first picture. Because my hair was just bleached, I couldnt get a second treatment in time for my trip to Australia, which was less than a week. Faith and Denille showed me how to fix my hair, which turned out amazing and gave me the confidence to enjoy my trip. Also, my bf proposed. I cant be happier to have the current hair rather than what the stylist did in my proposal pics.

I got to this location 20 minutes before they closed, needed one item, called SEVERAL times and no one answered the phone as per their own instructions to do so for curbside service. Lights on and everything. I see this as avoiding customers and avoiding your job duties. Not happy.
Dropped by to pick up some products. Their hours are modified for COVID-19, which is totally fine! On wednesdays they now close at 7 PM. But when we arrived at 6, there was nobody inside the store and the phone just kept ringing even though there were no signs on the door stating they closed early and all of the lights were still on. Frustrating to come to a store that says theyre open but to find that nobody is inside!!EDIT: I dropped by again on Saturday. Their hours are 10-6 PM. The automated phone system says theyre open, there are no signs saying theyre closed ANYWHERE to be found. But the door is locked and no one is there. Dont go this Sallys, its a waste of time.

Words can not express how amazing Zeek is! I typically go to target for hair products because they have a great return policy. Zeek showed me that not only does Sally’s have the same return policy, but representatives like him can help select the right products! I couldn’t be happier.
I went to this store a couple of weeks ago. All employees were serious about COVID19 regulations and did a wonderful job with great service. I was helped by a young man whose name was actually Lucky! Lucky me!

Customer service is Great here!! I stopped coming to this location a year ago because the staff was horrible! But i heard there was new management from a friend and had to check it out myself since i live close to this location. Everything is really turned around for the better! Stocked shelves and great service love the smiling girls here and are all very knowledgeable! If i could give 10 stars i would.
Today I went to this Sallys searching for hair dye. There were two older ladies on duty, one average height with long red hair, in a ponytail, she had bangs. The other was shorter with some sort of reddish brown tinted hair curled and fluffed out. I needed assistance but both were tied up checking out individuals (who came to the store together mind you) but I waited patiently next in line while they finished. The shorter lady finished her transaction first and didnt ask if I needed help, she just counted her drawer and left. Once the other lady finished she helped me pick two bottles of dye, developer, and gloves. We walked to the register and another woman was standing there ready to be checked out. Instead of asking her to step to the side for one moment while she finished helping me and checked me out, she checked the other woman out and left me waiting in line....again. Its not hard Im sorry maam but Ill finish helping this young lady and be right with you. But nope. I dropped my 3 face masks, color, and everything else I was going to purchase on the desk and left without a word. I think it was just rude and inconsiderate. It made me feel like I nor my time was valued.
Went into this particular Sallys on 10/23 at 5:50pm. Leah, Antonia, & Traci provided me with great customer service. These three young ladies were awesome and were very knowledgeable.
My experience was great! The 2 ladies I found where so sweet and I got my buy 2 get 1 free on my essential oils and I also got a beautiful Tote bag for free because my purchase was over $50.
I dove 20 miles and arrived to a store that was closed 30 minutes before posted on the google maps. On sign on the door that stated closed or hours of operation. I called to see if anyone was still in the back of the store and no one answered the phone and no voicemail.
This is my come to place for hair and beauty supplies. I like finding all I need in one place. They have great selection.
Ive been to this store a couple of times and I have to honestly say that last night (10/23/2017) was the pleasurable visit! I had purchased on Saturday the intense lifting Age Beautiful hair dye in blue-violet on Saturday along with 4 nail polishes. I didnt open my bag until Sunday to do my hair and then only took out the dye I needed. Did my hair but was VERY unhappy with it! It was light brown. Then I emptied out the rest of my contents in my bag. Only to realize my nail polish was not in the bag. So I called Monday morning since the stor was already closed and spoke with Leah and she told me to just come in. I went in after work and she, Antonia, and Traci helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! Told me that they wouldnt have let me leave with that dye had they need there on Saturday. They allowed me to get my nail polish since it wasnt given to me. Leah picked out the Argan Oil in Black-Violet and picked out the Argan Oil developer and told me to use that and see how I like it. After I left a couple of minutes but got a call from Antonia telling me she forgot togive me my nail polish and if I didnt mind could I come back. I had no problem with this so I went back and they were so relieved I wasnt angry or upset. Ive done my hair and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! And just had to share and compliment how sweet these ladies were with me! Made my Monday that much better!
Store was clean and staff were friendly, however Sallys really needs to work on educating their employees.
Usually have what I need but ost of the staff is awful. They dont greet customers and dont offer help even if you look like you need it. Dont know why I bother coming to this store when the one in Addison is SO much nicer.
Friendly,associates and a bunch of different products! i had never been in one before until Thursday. i like the variety of products from makeup to hair color. will definitely come here for hair dye!

All the staff are hatefull . they have sign on the window to buy 2 and get one free, but they dont honor it, today i bought 3 hair colors and i asked her about this and she told me i cant do that its for sallys members.i check the price on ebay and i decided to buy from ebay so i went back the sally beauty in addison to return the item and i told her about the staff in this place, she was really nice and helpt me alot she returned the item and then i bought 2 hair colors and i get one free . all the staff are awful in this store i bought many hair colors and they never gave me the free one all the time they told me this hair color dosent have the discount, i dont want to se her at all she is oh my GOD awful
I like the products but the employees dont say anything to me. They dont greet, they dont offer any help, theyre all old and dont say anything to me when I buy products.
The ladies are very helpful.
