I have been seeing Savannah for my brows for 3+ years now and she is one of the only people I trust with my face! Savannah is truly talented at her job, makes the environment so comfortable and inviting, and is fun to be around on top of that. I’ve recommended her to multiple friends and will continue to do so. I met with the assistant manager, Nadine (I believe). She coached me through the process of getting my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted. She also listened to my specific requests and did exactly what I wanted.On top of that, I asked about cosmetics afterwards and she was informative without being pushy. I ended up leaving with new makeup that I am pleasantly surprised with and use on a daily basis.I will definitely be visiting consistently to upkeep my eyebrows and make sure I have great makeup!

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (and for the record, I was looking a little sketchy the day we went in and there was no discomfort or cool reception AT ALL, unlike some other stores). I have had my brows tinted and waxed by Rosy for 2-3 years now, and she is amazing. As a product of the 1990s, I had sparse, over-plucked brows. Nadine was awesome. I’ve been buying this product for years and they immediately suggested I moved up a shade darker and it changed my entire life.. I know that sounds dramatic but the perfect shade really puts together any makeup look! They usually don’t have good shades for redheads at the drugstore or anywhere else so here is the perfect place.

I have had decent experiences the 2 previous times I have gone to this Benefit Brow Bar. Unfortunately this last time I went I had a terrible experience. I should have asked for the lady I had the previous time but instead chose a new worker. She ruined my brows. They are uneven, skinny, and just bad. When I sat down she had asked if I just wanted to clean them up and I said yes, but don’t make them too skinny. She did the complete opposite. We briefly talked and she mentioned that she was having a busy day with clients but never would I expect the result I received. When she was done I briefly looked in the mirror, said they were fine and thanked her. Got in my car and realized how bad they were. I’m not one to fill in my brows daily, but now I’m forced to do so. I will not be going back and I will pray that my brows grow back.
