If you dont want to be in the business of selling auto parts, just close up shop and open a florist or something. Have called here twice and both times the people on the phone have been beyond rude and unhelpful. They dont want to answer questions, dont want to find out if they actually have the part, I guess we have to be psychic and do their job for them, or drive out there to buy something they may or may not have. I dont expect five-star customer service from a junkyard, but I do expect to be treated like a customer when Im exchanging money for goods.

Good place to get your parts. Mike help me out finding a transmission for my Nissan truck. Its getting really hard to find these cars and I was really happy I find someone with them. The shop was nice and clean and I would definitely come back.

One transaction here was enough for me, Ill never spend another dollar with them. If youre reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are many other junk yards to do business with. I imagine most of them believe in customer satisfaction unlike this place.

Not only did they take the time to find the part I needed for my Ford Ranger, but then they drove it to the Ford dealership where my truck was being repaired and DID NOT CHARGE me for anything! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend using them for your auto part needs.

They had just what we needed. Hadnt found a transmission for a good price, until we happened in here. Had to go up and pick it up at the other location, but that worked out well, since we then picked up a few more things while up there. Great, knowledgeable staff who were very helpful.

Horrible customer service, when I bought a part from this store I tried to explain that I live about an hour from the location and that it would be a hassle to have to come all the way back for the part the employee said “not my problem I’ll call you when the part is ready “ almost two weeks went be and I never got a phone call, so I come to get my money back (with the receipt in hand) because now I don’t even need the part. I tried say I’d like to get my money back for a part that I never received. The employee (a different guy that was just as rude as the first) cut me off before I could finish and said “that’s not gonna happen” before even looking at the receipt. I got the part (which was a cold air intake) and it had a huge hole on the bottom of it. keep In mind that if the first employee would have pulled it when I bought it I would have saw this and now have gotten the part. So I go back in to show the guy the hole he says right as I’m walking in the door “you’re not getting any money back fella” this was a waste of time and money I would recommend that everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Weve purchased several items from here. They are always helpful and go out of their way. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for your automotive needs.

Only place I could find the piece I needed for my Jeep. In great condition. Employees were very friendly and helpful. For those who need to know..they do have an entrance ramp and parking for those who need it.

Great deals on used parts

Ive done a decent amount of buisness with this place the white guy at the counter is extremely rude.. Called up the other day and was just rude on the phone and talked to me like i was disrespectful or something.. Customer is always right.. I own a shop and will never be buying anything from this establishment anymore because of the low quality of service...

With 2 locations I can usually find the part Im looking for at a reasonable price, even hard to find parts. If they dont have the part youre looking for they will usually tell you if someone else has it. If you go in ask for Skip, tell him Russ sent you

If there was an option for no stars, thats what I wouldve given. This company sold me a transmission that was supposedly 90 day warranty. The transmission was worthless and broken. I repeatedly called asking for the manager. Conveniently, he was always in a meeting or not there....Just went in. They said that they wont replace, or refund me for the transmission. How can a company give a warranty, and yet not give me the replacement or refund Im entitled to? THE WORST USED PARTS PLACE YOU COULD POSSIBLY BUY FROM. We are a company that works off of customer service. If I treated my customers like this, Id be out of business.
