Brake parts were wrong for the truck. First it was the manufacturers fault. Second time they gave us the wrong part. They were off by 1 number but they did deliver the correct part right away. They also gave us a promo code on our next order so all is good. Would shop there again.Update: Removed stars, they gave me the wrong part 2 more times. I also ordered a part online for pickup. Got a discount. Store called, said out of stock. Went there, they cancelled the online order and discount. They then had one in stock because I ordered the last one online. At that time a supervisor basically yelled at me.And there are more problems. They cant figure out even basic orders. That place is the worst. Ill never shop there again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was the only person in the store for over 10 minutes and could not get anybody just to check me out at the counter. Both of the employees that were there were behind the counter and told me they would be with me shortly and they never came back.

I went into the store today and just tried to return a product that had never been used or anything still in box only for store credit so I could just get a few other things instead and because it was a gift from a family member and I did not have a receipt i was turned away. Now i understand if i was trying to get cash or something but i just wanted store credit so i could spend it there.

Had what we needed

Alternator quit working and barely made it into their parking lot. Was able to buy a new one and install it right there, they even quick charged my battery for me!

Manny, Sebastian, Donna and Shannon are awsome either have or can get your parts. Great people and friendly staff. Fell like i am at home when I have to get parts.

This place is a joke. Sold me a faulty part and after a mechanic replaced it so I could get back in the road, I showed the manager the proof that I had to buy a new part to even drive it, he still argued that he couldnt refund, only replace. He then tried to say I was outside my 30 days, and tried to explain a freaking calendar to me! He acted like he was doing me a favor by refunding my money. Ill make a point to always tell people the warranty the offer is a joke and Ill ALWAYS suggest OReillys over this joke of a store.

This place has the worst customer service. We went in and the man started taking care of us. Then another man walked in And he walked away and just left us there. He gave us no explanation or nothing and the other people working there ignored us as well... I usually go to Advance because they are always helpful... But this location is horrible and I will never return.
