I highly recommend this place, Maricela is a great helper with connecting my phone and getting good deals. As with her co workers they are the best. I will definitely be coming back!

I purchased the Turbo Hotspot for the fact that it had the 5G, and was said to be fast but when I got home I couldn’t use 5G. I spoke to a representative and they mentioned how they’re still working on 5G for some locations, so why are they advertising 5G when it doesn’t work for everyone. Also, I went to return it within the 7 day period and was NEVER told I would only get refunded for the device and NOT the activation fee of $25 nor the $55 I paid for the bill. I spent around $167 just to get $86 back. I have cricket as my phone provider and I am content with it but this experience with the hotspot was bad so I don’t recommend.

This is the best Cricket store in Plant City. The girls who work there are always so friendly and helpful. It doesnt matter what issue I have, they ALWAYS resolve it. 10/10 recommend

The sale associate that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. Jackie helped me transfer from metro, get a new iPhone and helped me set it up. The chalk drawings are also very cool, I always wondered who did them because they deserve a raise. Overall the store and staff are a 10/10

JANIE IS THE BEST! My problem was unique. Somehow my SIM card was blacklisted without my consent. I called the customer service line 3 times last night and got absolutely NO WHERE. My service was suspended FOR NO REASON! I was I RATE! I went to this particular store first thing in the morning because they were the only ones open. Somehow JANIE the associate at Cricket was able to resolve my issue with no problems! How is it that an associate fixed my issue before the cricket 1 800 customer service reps? Had I known that Janie was going to be so helpful I would have never wasted 3 hours of my night with Customer service reps who run me around in circles. JANIE! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING A WONDERFUL ASSOCIATE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PATIENCE!! I will only go to this location.as for the 1 800 customer service line, they are useless.

Two thumbs up to Janie at Cricket in Plant City. She was very attentive in figuring out/ fixing a problem my Moms Motorola e5 Cruise started having with texting photos after working flawlessly for months. Were so appreciative of her time & patience in resolving the issue. Highly recommend!

Worst Worst Worst customer service I’ve ever had from Cricket!!! Told we can’t buy with a credit card. Called corporate and was told to buy somewhere else or online or pay cash!!!The phone we want is NOT online!!! Plus told we can use debit ... sorry but if you can take debit you can take credit! Been with Cricket since it was AIO and apparently they took a dive since they changed hands! Cricket is about to lose my 5 lines and our phone purchases! Oh and dude that works there says iPhone 5s and SE are the same thing... you may want to research what you sell!!
