Got our phones in Brandon. Very dissatisfied. When I took my phone in for help received very little and was told I had not received everything I should have when my husband picked up my phone. Was told no charge for things but charge was on the bill when we received it. When my husband called he was told we only had 10 days to cancel and it took more than 10 days to receive our first bill. Today we went to the Plant City Store and the manager there was very helpful to both of us. Will go to Plant City from now on.
They are friendly here. They were also able to get all our devices set up with the protectors needed after we tried to do it ourselves. Big Plus for us! Just take the trip up there and let a professional do it correctly the first time.
I want up there to pay my bill and just see about switching plans. I got tossed back and forth between two different guys and The second guy did not know what he was doing, Before we left, I asked the guy if everything was good, The bill was paid and everything He said yeah your good to go. Just to drive all the way back home to find out the bill was never paid!!! And I still cant pay it online very very very frustrated!!!! 😡😡😡😡

MJ was very nice and helped me upgrade my iPhone. He saved me $10 on my bill plan and ensured me that my insurance was still on my account. I called Verizon to verify my insurance was still on my plan and it was not. They added it back. I’m just disappointed that it was somehow deleted from my plan and I had to check myself the next day about it through Verizon. Other than that MJ was great. He gets 4/5 stars for deleting my insurance.
Fast and friendly service! They greeted and took care of what I wanted as soon as I walked through the door. There wasnt any waiting and the gentleman knew the specs of the product I wanted to buy. I mentioned a better price that I had found, produced the ad, and they were ready to match it without argument. Absolutely no complaints and would go there first with any other product or Verizon servicing needs over any other location.

This place is only out to sell phone. Not much help, if you have a problem. When We brought our 800$ phones, they were all over us, no they send you away. Their only on the look out for new customers. If they are quiet empty and you were there first there, they are searching for shells. Other wise friendly, clean and easy to get to it. My new phone still does not work right. They should take the time and explain what Aaps you need and help you set it up. Kudos from me.

I went to the plant city store and the manager moved me from personal account to business and told me if I didnt like the plan I could go back. I had 41 gigs for 110 dollars and now very slow plan and I called Verizon to go back and I was told that plan is no longer available. The plant city store is liers and never go there again. Beware of that store. If there were a minus they would get minus 10. Verizon tells you anything to keep you from going elsewhere.

I must commend the manager Eric in the Plant City Florida store, and the other staff as well, for his excellent service.I was extremely frustrated with my new phone purchase, due to the open, & in my opinion, exposure to damage of the gold dots electrical connection. Eric allowed me time to sit in the store by myself (to gather my thoughts, lower my frustrations & blood pressure, temper, & anger). Eric was understanding of my frustrations, calmly discussed everything regarding all aspects of my concerns & frustrations & together we arrived at a solution (& compromise)Past Experience: Im tired of paying over $1,000 for a phone, +wrist phone,& + a tablet that within two years is obsolete. In the past I purchased a phone, the wrist phone & the tablet for a considerably outrageous price.....ALL BECAME OBSOLETE !!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.Present: I was frustrated with the Moto Z4 because it no longer had the complementary back to it. I was told that Motorola quit supplying it because people were throwing it away. I didnt feel comfortable with the back of the phone that supposedly connected electrically to a moto mod being open & exposed to being damaged. So I was offered a Moto mod. Im not paying a ridiculous amount of money for a projector that according to the reviews and articles Moto mods are going by the wayside. So the manager checked the price of the power pack & it was not as much as I had originally checked in the past. So I bought the power pack of which Im pleased with, so far. However! Motorola guaranteed three generations of the mods and were into the 3rd generation. SO! The projector mod has tremendously decreased in price leaving me suspicious as to the length of viability & support. The Motorola phones DO NOT SUPPORT MIRRORING WITHOUT Wi-Fi Chromecast crap. I SOLD ALL TVs, DISCONNECTED cable/satellite, & only watch DVDs, get news updates via internet/phone, Twitter for Trump news, etc. I REFUSE TO PAY A CAR PAYMENT PRICE FOR CABLE/SATELLITE! Ive got better reasons/needs/wants than to spend $230 to $300 on junk TV, STUPID infomercials, or the other disdainful content. I ALSO REFUSE to pay over $1000 for a phone that will not be viable in two to three years! AGAIN Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.SUMMARY: So far Motorola Z4 is okay for some of my needs, EXCEPT THE FRUSTRATING LACK OF MIRRORING. The Power Pack seems to be functioning/performing okay.. Fast, friendly, and professional! Totally worth driving out to this specific Verizon to do business. I was told at a different Verizon that the plans/services I wanted within my budget were not possible. Came here and made it out with two new phones, unlimited data, and $15 below budget! Cant ask for better. Wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that helped us out, he was so kind.
Representatives did not explain the promotions and deals, I was trying to switch carriers rather than telling me the prices they started activating my phone and switching me over without my consent. My question is try to sell me with what Verizon has to offer rather than just going behind my back and putting me on your service, once I told them I just wanted to know the pricing they ignored me. I hated being in that situation, I would rather drive farther for better service. Never seeing me here again.
Aaron, at the Plant City location, was very patient and kind in helping me figure out how to use my new phone. He was busy, as they usually are, yet he didnt make me feel rushed. A very nice experience!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The associate that assisted me and the manager at this location are not friendly. No smiles. No eye contact. Nothing. I figured since I purchased a new $1200 cell that they would help me set it up. Nope. So Ive spent the last 4 hours trying to setup my new phone and it still doesnt work. Please avoid this store and the horrible manager. Take the drive to the Brandon Verizon store. THeyre much friendlier and will actually help you.

On Friday September 6th, 2019, three young black men entered the verizon store in Plant City around 5:30 pm to add a line to the account. At the time we were not aware that they had to be an account manager on the account to do so but they knew the pin number and also contacted me(the account holder) by cell to confirm i was aware about the transaction that was going to be made. The person that was helping us name was either Brandon or Samuel Im not sure because we went to two verizon stores and was done completely wrong and neither employee was following proper protocol. We were treated very rudely and i dont appreciate that when I pay my phone bill on time!!! If you ask me they were being completely racist and it made me question rather i want to be a verizon customer ever again!!!
Best service I have ever received at Verizon. Chelsea and Mihir were very kind and patient. Went in with phone issues and received excellent customer service. Will definitely be sticking with Plant City location in the future.
I dont understand why this store doesnt set up your phone when you buy a new phone from them I am spending alot of money and that isnt good customer service to send a person home and say call and set it up when u get home. Thats like Walmart checking out my own groceries. Hello where is Customer Service at???

I dont use Verizon for my phone service BUT, I had the opportunity to take one of my friends, (who is suffering from Alzheimers) to make some changes to her cell service. I thought it was going to be a huge hassle and I was prepared for a long difficult day. It was anything but that. We were greeted as we arrived by Mr. John Rachal. I explained the situation and told him what she wanted to do. This gentleman went way above and beyond what was required of him. He treated her with respect, and I could tell he actually cared about making sure she got what she needed and he didnt try to sell her anything she didnt ask for. He was very knowledgeable about all of her options and no matter how many times she repeated the same question, (and believe me it was a lot), he answered her with respect and honesty. He never once got that look on his face. It was actually (dare I say it?), a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Verizon and thank you John Rachal.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service to work out an early upgrade on my phone, when I arrived at the store to execute it; I was told that the store manager wouldnt sign off on it. He implied he has more say then the corporate office. I called customer service back from the store and put the stores general manager, Tim, on the phone with corporate he came back and told me had to call his district supervisor. After another 10 minutes I was told he wouldnt be able to provide the deal offered by corporate customer service. I simply walked out and drove over to the AT&T Store. Customer Service is vital to the survival of small businesses, but at the level of Verizon customer service is out weighed by the bottom line. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. Do not see Tim or his staff, they will only aggravate you further.
I went in with an issue with my phone not charging properly, they tested it and confirmed there was a problem. The worker assured me that the issue was simply because the phone was 1 year old and thats just what happens with older phones. After a call to support and a warranty exchange, it was clear that the people working there do not care about helping, they only want to sell you new products.
Now waiting. Sales clerk was ready to sell me some cell phone accessories! ALWAYS A GREAT JOB at Verizon.
From out of town and came in just to get a car charger for my phone. Not only did they open the door for me on the way in but they also got me out in less than 3 minutes and walked me back out to my car. Best verizon store I have been in, hands down.

I bought four iPhone 7 from this store and we upgraded our data plan as well. We also bought four cases for the phones and glass screen protectors and allowed the lady to put our screen protectors on. She did an excellent job at it however one of the phones started peeling a few hours later and it has been in the house the whole time. Than I went back to the store the next day and the manager, Mihir, was very rude and made every excuse possible so that he would not have to replace ONLY the screen protector for me. He started saying that he cant replace it because he does not know if I caused the glass screen protector to peel such as going into a sauna or putting it in the rain. Mihir was very unprofessional and had no respect for me and probably has no respect for any of his other customers either. I do not recommend doing business with this store and it will save you time in the future if you drive another 10 minutes to another Verizon store.

I purchased a phone yesterday on Tuesday 8/30/16 from a gentleman by the name of schaine, he tried to set up my new phone for over 45 mins I left the store without any of my content and was stuck on the phone with customer service until nine pm, I was told by customer service to get my brand new phone replaced by the store I purchased from. I went back in today Wednesday 8/31/16 and dealt with a female manager by the name of Jennifer. She had the absolute worst customer service Ive ever received in my 70+ years of life. She screamed at me told me to go to another store and get put of hers along with not even looking at my phone or helping me she also said there was no way shed replace my phone until I could prove it was defective.... My phone was not set up and after going to a non corporate store and two reps helped me learn and complete the set up of my phone I would not wish to see anyone be ripped off such as myself. And then being treated like dirt is quite terrible. If there was a negative star option I would give it.

I purchased a HTC DNA 6 weeks ago from this store. The DNA had a known issue that was not disclosed to me by Robby the sales person. After 6 days I took the phone back in and still one too Carlos because it could not find the simm card. He reset the card and told me that was a known issue, and that Verizon and HTC were working on a fix. Fast forward 5 weeks. The issue was still ongoing and I had had it with this model phone. I explained it to Marisol at the store, and Adam the assistant manager. They were both very understanding about it, and understood that since I came in with the problem within the 14 day window I should be eligible to swap the phone. Verizon tech support only wanted to send me another DNA and I did not want another phone that would suffer tis issue. Marisol and Adam both told me they could not do anything further at that time and that they would tell Steve, the manager, when he came in yesterday afternoon ad have him call me. Steve never called so I called the store. The number on the card did not go back to the store, but to a phone tree that advised their business hours . I left 3 voicemails on Marisols cell that were not rotund and one on Steves. Adam did answer and told me he would have Marisol call me but she never did. So I went back in today just a little upset. Especially when Steve told me he never knew he was supposed to call me. Remember I left a voicemail on his cell too. So he lied too my face. Bottom line is that even though I came in within the 14 day window with the issue, and they never fixed tree issue that is rampant on this particular model they would only replace the phone I have with the same model that has the known issue. Steve was condescending when speaking to me, Marisol was as nice as she could be when I was in the store the first time, but was horrible after that. Do not give a customer your card and then not answer or return the call. I am now going to look into moving my companies 7k a year cellular business to another company, and will never do business t the Plant City location. They remind me to much of the stereotype that peyote use to ascribe too used car salesmen. And no I did not goo into the store cursing or yelling. I made sure I acted in a much more professional manner than them.

When I switched from Verizon land line to Verizon Wireless Home Phone Connect, the sales rep never went thru the necessary steps to turn off my land line. So after getting another full months bill in the mail, he admitted he made the error but as far as helping iron out the charges, Sorry, theres nothing I can do. Im on a fixed income and that $78.45 hurts.
