I was able to get a beautiful pedicure with very nice friendly helpers

My curling iron broke awhile back. I could not find one anywhere around here that I liked. Ive always used a professional curling iron. My Husband went into Ulta. They suggested I go to their website. My fingers couldnt move fast enough. I found exactly what I was looking for. I was not charged for shipping and received two free gifts. I thought it would be at least a week before I received my package. I received it the very next day! Excellent Customer Service...

I love Ulta. I’ve had my hair done here, they did well and I buy most of my cosmetics here, except eyeliner (someone needs to tell Ulta to start carrying Lancome Grandiose eyeliner). Pricing…well…we all know name brand anything isn’t cheap so 🤷🏻‍♀️ location is good but parking gets packed during the day.

I could get lost in this story. This location carries MAC whereas lakeland doesnt. Just hold on to your cc ladies

The staff was very helpful in locating the makeup I needed for a recital(only available at ulta), the down side is that it’s June 2021 and they still require a mask. I don’t plan on returning until they allow their customers to make their own choices.

After a 12-hour shift come in to pick up a mobile order I ordered last night.. two items under $16 I was asked for last name drivers license and then verifying the two little products. Lesson learned Ill just stick with the south Florida Ave locations. Order number or last name thats it.. in and out within seconds with my product

EXCELLENT customer service received from two store employees. Canyon happily helped locate Clinique moisturizer and Dawn was informative about the Ordinary caffeine eye product. Both products have turned out to be fantastic 👏

I dont think I have ever been harassed so much in my life then during my visit here. I simply came in with my girlfriend to buy some ELF products, when we did not want to give our phone number, the cashier literally would not take no for an answer. Jesus Christ, she asked if we had a friends number to give, a relatives number, an email, my number. I just wanted to come inside, buy the product we wanted and leave with no hassle. The cashier Michaela at store 1333 is the reason we will not be returning to Ulta.

Honestly the ladies that work here every nice and they always have helpful recommendations for you what you might need so definitely check out this Ulta its a staple in Plant City.

I love the store but the staff is just horrible. I picked up a mobile order yesterday (wish I got her name) and I literally stood in front of the girl for a few mins before she even said anything to me, then pointed in a rude manner that pick up was at a different counter. This wasnt the 1st time one of the employees has been rude to me.

Shout out to Lauren & the staff at Ulta. I returned a perfume because it was not the correct Miss Dior. Lauren went above & beyond to fine a fragrance with similar notes. Great team work ladies!

These guys were so helpful and not to mention all of the ladies are gorgeous but they did an awesome job toning my hair today. I will be back.

You simply have to check out this location. It is organized, well staffed and immaculate. I went in this weekend and saw Amy, the salon manager for a haircut. My hair prior to that was limp, damaged and I was in a serious rut. My cut went well, Amy is so friendly and i was blown away with how knowledgeable she is. A true asset to Ulta! My hair has never looked better and it is so refreshing to wake up and actually love my hair. Highly recommend. Definitely call and schedule now! You wont regret it! This is the best haircut Ive ever had. Hands down.

Staff is rude.Associate comes up to ask if I need any help, then gets annoyed when I actually ask a question. Another associate who rung me up was condescending when I asked if Ulta did makeup samples (like Sephora). Blonde manager(?) lady was rude to a kid waiting for his parents as I was walking out the door.Didn’t realize how many other reviews said similar things, would have saved myself some irritation.

Everybody was very polite.

Clerks were friendly and in good spirits for it being Easter Sunday and at work

Some of the staff is down right not friendly. They also seem to only greet certain types of guest. The only good thing is all my products was in stock but, I will go farther out for better service from now on.

They have better service in the Plant city store than The Brandon

I have been coming to the Plant City Ulta since the day it opened. Every time I come in the Plant City location I am never greeted and never asked if I need help. I only come to this location for convenience, I usually travel farther out of my way to the North Lakeland location because they are always helpful with all my questions and are always friendly and ready to help. This location really needs to hire more employees and hopefully employees that are knowledgeable and care about their customers and place of business.

Do not buy here... customer service is horrible. Im going to escalate my issue to corporate as a very rude lady threw my products on the floor when I didnt pop my trunk because it wasnt working, she didnt even allow me to explain the reason why my window was down. She was rolling her eyes and unbelievably rude, she threw my products on the floor, and of course the product got damaged. She is an older lady, short hair, wears glasses, light skin. Threw the product and went back inside the store with no explanation or apology. Will never come back to any ULTA store. I felt so humiliated, it took me a minute to process this.

Best Ulta store in the Bay area! Fantastic stylists...love my Tawny, but they are all excellent and aim to please! The assistant manager, Dawn is awesome and will bend over backwards to assist in any way. The floor reps are highly knowledgeable about all of the merchandise and the store is asthticaly beautiful and immaculate. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave there, as I am treated as a princess! Keep up the great work, Team PC Ulta! I appreciate all you do!

Rebecca in the salon is amazing! She is a magician with color and always makes me feel great! I drive 2 hours round trip, and even tolerate I-4, every month just to have her work her magic!

They are not telling you which way to go in aisles which is helpful but they are not so busy that you have to pass by people unnecessarily. I feel very safe shopping there and they are still very helpful in assisting you.

The people who work there always check to see if I need any help finding anything. They also do their best to make sure Im getting the best deal and let me know about any offers they have. Its very clean and well kept.

So many products to choose from. Ulta has definitely come a long way since they first started years ago. My mom gets her hair cut here also and has been the best yet for her although its kinda pricey for me.

The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about their products and different lines of make up. My daughter asked if she had a certain make up line on her face and the young lady told her yes and they gave each other some pointer about the line it was fun to watch. We bought some more stuff because of this.

Good location. Im always happy that Ulta sells regular drugstore makeup alongside the upscale make up. Sometimes I dont need a 35$ product and I can still shop at Ulta in those times.

While theyre not necessarily inclined to go out of their way to ask if I need help finding anything, I greatly appreciate being asked if I need help with anything. I went down every aisle in the store on multiple occasions all while passing by idle employees who never attempted to assist me. I once asked this employee about foundation, after being taken to the side of the store with all the most expensive foundations, I revealed to them that the one item they had taken me to was beyond my price range. After this, they seemed to have no intentions of assisting me further. They never even attempted to show me other foundations of a lower price. Beyond that, most the workers are helpful and willing to assist you if asked. Out of all the employees there, only one of them has went out of their way to ask if I needed help. They werent pushy, they were professional without seeming too fake, and they would give their honest personal opinion on items that you have shown an interest in. Other than the foundation thing, I dont have much to complain about. Like I said, I would appreciate it if they seemed willing to help me without me asking for their help, and I would feel more comfortable buying something when they seem genuine. Other than that, its a pretty good store. Clean, neat, organised, and everyone is willing to help you if youre willing to ask. Sorry if this seems like a bad review, Im just stating my honest opinion based on my own personal experience.

We took my 7 year old niece to get her hair cut. The staff treated her like a princess. They were great with her. I will probably go and get my hair done there soon.

Great customer service. I didnt get the girls names but both of the girls that helped me were great. I purchased the promo IT cosmetics they had at the counter and I really like them both (mascara and eyeliner).

My daughter had her homecoming makeup done by someone we had never used before only for my daughter to leave in tears. Her make up was very bad. The employees were very sweet and understanding and had her come back in to have her makeup done by a real professional . Ewelina took all her makeup off from the previous person and did an amazing job on my daughters makeup. She truly saved the day! I DO NOT recommend Cherry.

The lady with the short blonde hair working on Sunday is rude and lacks customer service skills. Hopefully she’s not the manager because I would feel sorry for her employees. If she’s rude to customers who are the ones funding her job then I can’t imagine how she treats her staff.

The staff here is amazing. After i was done shopping i realized i lost my keys and half the staff dropped everything and helped me find them. Im very grateful for that.Anyways during my visit if i had Any questions about any make up items i was easily able to go ask. I was looking for a specific item and they helped me find it in 30 seconds. And that was just travel time!!Super clean environment. You could tell they constantly kept up with it.

My mom went with a receipt a few days ago to return some products, because it was more than 60 days they informed her to contact customer service and wrote the number on the receipt. I contacted customer service that evening and was told that she would resend the receipt to the store and it’s basically giving me a new 60 days. Today 5-6 associates refused to hear exactly what was wanted and stated. They then decided to give the lowest price in a store credit which is not what I wanted at all. I do not recommend this store or will be going back to it ever again. You have completely lost my business as a customer.

The clerk that helped me was great! I told her what I was looking for and she helped me color match for a concealer! I cant wait to test it out!

I have been going to the Plant City Ulta since opening, I never had a bad expierence until today. My husband was checking out when He realized My phone was in the car that had my coupon, it was close to closing time so my husband informed the cashier ( Mikyla not sure if correct spelling ) he would be right back. When we came came back the doors were locked on us. We knocked and Mikyla rolled her eyes at us and continued to sweep. Another employee (Trista the sales manager) explained to us they just couldn’t let us back in. We left empty handed quit upset about how we were treated 😢

Tauny is an absolutely amazing hair dresser and colorist. She colored my hair total blonde from a dark brown and did a layered cut. My hair came out absolutely perfect. Thank you

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mrs. Rebecca in the salon in INCREDIBLE and made sure my hair was absolutely be stunning, healthy looking, and smooth for my wedding. I live 2 hours away from this particular Ulta but would make the drive just for her services. Thank you again!

They shade matched me for a foundation i had been eyeing, as a splurge, and it was the IDENTICAL shade of my neck!! Ive never been able to find a shade the exact color of my skin before. Obviously this was more the foundation then the artist but she was so kind and even offered to do the rest of my face with samples for each!

While I was inside the store I had a coupon that i wanted to use and had to go get it from the car and said I’d be back. During that time they had managed to lock me out of the store and when I had knocked on the door, the employee with glasses and with the name makayala (however you spell it) had looked back and rolled her eyes and continued to do what she was doing not even trying. Not to mention she had already been rude from the start. Another employee named trista had opened the door only to not let us in even though I was in there about a mjnute ago saying I’d be right back. All I needed was to go get a coupon, it wasn’t like they had to do any extra work, she had already rung me up and took information. Overall very bad experience and rude, careless customer service.

Last month I went to the Brandon location to chop all of my hair off (like 24 inches)and the girl seemed a little overwhelmed with how thick my hair is and the texture. I was not happy with my service but after 2.5 hours for a haircut and other clients waiting for their services I told them it was fine and I left. I decided to go to this plant city location as it’s closer for me any way. Rebecca did a great job! She even waxed my eyebrows for me because the brow bar was closed. She has great customer service and knows what she’s doing. I’m glad I finally found someone that understands my hair because it’s a bit tricky.

I thought I was going to lose all the hair on the right side of my head there yesterday due to a fluke event. While my hair was being blow dried, it got sucked up into the motor of the hair dryer. After 10-15 minutes of pain while the stylist worked at pulling it out, she finally ended by having to cut only a few strands to clear it out. She was horrified and apologetic, said it had never happened before, and couldnt find any major damage. I was scared to death and in pain. My dissatisfaction is 1. It should never have happened and it hurt really bad. 2. The manager thought a 20% discount on a product was a satisfactory solution. Personally, I think its one haircut that should have been totally free. No, She had the audacity to ask if I wanted to tip the stylist and assured me she would get a new hairdryer. Terrible experience. Cute haircut. Nice stylist. Terrible manager decision. May she have to sit in a chair with her hair being pulled out of a dryer motor one day!

I was at Ulta tonight they had a BOGO free sale on Ulta products... I asked a sales rep if I bought sponges and mascara if one would be free since they are different items. The sales lady said It will take half off both products at the register.... After everything was rang up I noticed the items were not discounted and questioned it. The manager on duty argued with me stating that the mascara was not part of the sale and didnt qualify for the BOGO. There is a sign sitting right next to them advertising the BOGO. Granted its only a matter of $10 its the point of the situation. Dont argue with customers and dont advertise something in a place that it will not be honored.

Pricey. Finally got assisted with makeup but with my second visit for foundation it left my skin itchy so I ordered what i really wanted online through ipsy. I really like how the cruelty free products are mostly in front of store.Id like to frequent this place but gets very expensive and the ladies arent very friendly. You think if ulta orders directly from manufacturer itd be cheaper for the consumer but everyone is making bank here.Try the too-faced chocolate soleil bronzer or eye shadows...they are made with cocoa powder which smells amazing.Try the brow wax/powder compact by urban decay...its so tiny but so effective.

I used to go to the Ulta salon in Brandon, even after I moved to Plant City. Unfortunately the girl I used to book with no longer works there. I decided if I had to start with someone new anyway I might as well go closer to home, and I tried out the salon at the new Ulta in Plant City.I set an appointment with Trish (which was a total crapshoot because I didnt know anyone at this location) but I completely lucked out! She is a total sweetheart, and she did an amazing job listening to what I wanted to do and then making suggestions accordingly. She was also honest about what my expectations reasonably should be if considering a drastic change, which I would waaaaay prefer over someone promising the world and then not being able to deliver. Because Ive been there before, and its not cute. Hair color is a process.... literally a complex chemical process, and the results you want are not always as easy as going straight from point A to point B.We talked about a few different possibilities and what steps would be required to get to each of them, and she really helped me to make an informed decision about what would work best for me in the immediate.

Omg aryn is the best!!! I went it for a brow fix, after having them waxed horrible at another place. Anyways i love the way she took the time to hear what i wanted. She goes over them with a pencil first to see if thats what you want, and go along with your face shape/ anyways they came out perfect!! And even filled them in for me!! I know where ill be going for now on, i recommend her. Better than roops eyebrow threading in brandon. Saves you the drive . It is a bit more pricey $22 but sooo worth it!! Wish i could show my brow transformation

I made a salon appointment with Rebecca because she had great views. She did not disappoint! I had a cut and color and it turned out fantastic. I showed her a picture for reference of how I wanted it cut and she did a great job. I let her recommend a color and I love it! She is very easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. The services are really pricey ($107 for cut and color & blowdry- most I ever paid! Shhh dont tell my husband ;) ), but now that I found Rebecca I will pay the price.The store is great. Everyone is always helpful and there when you need them. Thanks for being in Plant City!
