I called to just get a quote or set and appointment for some one to come and look at what I was wanting done. They answer the phone by just saying Hello. I had to ask if this was the right number for the fencing company. I explained what I wanted done. She said we can be there tomorrow at noon text the address to this number. I was looking at my calendar to see if I would be home. The lady on the phone hung up before I could confirm if that time would work for me. Very unprofessional. I will not be using this company.

My fence looks great. Totally impressed from beginning to end. Prices are very reasonable and all my questions were answered professionally. I am recommending them to everyone and they are a local family owned business!

My first interaction with this company was arriving home on Friday evening to my fence completely torn down. Imagine my shock when neither my neighbor nor myself were expecting our fence to be removed. Come to find out, they were supposed to tear down someone else’s fence and accidentally came to the wrong house. Now, had that been me who tore down the wrong fence, I’d be doing everything in my power to make it right, do it the right way, and I’d be profusely apologizing. Is that what this company did? Nope! They didn’t attempt to contact us, we had to contact them. We had to reach out to our neighbor to get their contact information. Did they apologize once? Nope. Did they do it in a timely matter? No again. It took until Thursday of the following week for them to even begin the work and when it was finally completed on Friday, it was terrible. There are gaps so large under the fence that our neighbors dog came running to greet us when we got home, they left scraps of wood all over the yard, chunks of concrete all over the yard, and completely trampled my once beautiful elephant ear plant. Again, keep in mind, they should have never been in my yard in the first place. And to make it up to us they left it looking far worse than they found it. If that’s the service you’re looking for, this is the company for you! They’re supposed to be coming out tomorrow (8 days since the start of this nightmare) to fix the problem but who knows what the result will be.

Their prices beat everyone else by a few hundred dollars. We had our fence up within a week of our quote. They were fast, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

110% satisfied, Ana came out with a quote that beat every competitor by $300-$500 -they came out as promised 9 am Saturday and had the job finished with 4 hours .professional and the quality of work is remarkable .I would recommend Agustin fencing inc to anyone .
