These guys are the quickest service I have ever seen. They always are helpful and give me the best rates. They ask if I need insurance and I always get a tracking number. They are very helpful and I never wait long for service. Best place to go when you have time restrictions

I’ve been coming to this store because any other store is no option, for about a year and a half. Every single time I’ve gone to any other store i have to track somebody down to get assistance, every single time i come in THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION I always get assistance right away! At first I was appalled on how quickly I was assisted. I was having a rough day so I cut him some slack. But literally every day is the best day for every clerk that works here. I mailed a check from this location return receipt on October 15. This year. I used the UPS store instead of USPS because I needed something printed to go in my envelope. My check has yet to be received the US postal service says that they have no record of my envelope being received by them. I went to the UPS store with my receipt and they were so rude un helpful looked at me like I was from another planet. As far as I know my envelope is still sitting in their office some where. They refused to help me look for it. They blamed the post office who have no record of ever receiving the envelope. I would not recommend useing this place for anything! I am still trying to find my envelope with my check. Oh and they charged me double what USPS would have charged me to send the same thing! Double the price and no tracking in their system that I was ever there even though I have a receipt from them go figure!
Ive been to this store TWICE. The first time the rep did not want to help me. He eventually did help after I insisted. The second time just today was HORRIBLE. This one employee was absolutely rude, non-helpful and obviously did not care. I dont like posting negative reviews and Im truly glad that so many other customers have had pleasant experience. My experience was AWFUL and I will never use this store again! There are plenty of other places that can help with a smile.

I love coming here to ship out my stuff. I have never had an issue with anyone working in this store, everyone in there is so friendly, great to conversate with. I come here with multiple packages to ship out whether it’s for business or it’s personal, these guys always know how to pack my stuff up correctly so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit. I come in here for one thing and I get so many other things done at the same time, it’s literally my one stop shop, glad these guys are here…
The store was very organized and inviting. Employees are very helpful and on the ball. They listened and were patient and knew what I needed done. I had a young man help me they called him Nate very pleasant, funny, very professional. I always recommend this particular store.
This morning I arrived at this UPS store around 10:30 or so to have a package shipped. While at the service counter awaiting at the counter to send my package off to its destination, the employee or manager went who waited on me went back to get a package for a customer who came in after me and proceeded to service him before me. How rude and disrespectful. The custmer service is awfulfrom everyone except the African American employee. His professionalism and cutomer service skills are GREAT!!! His professionalism should be rewarded!!! I use this UPS store often for all of my mailing needs. I am not a person who normally writes reviews for businesses, but I was so upset with the professionalism of this particular employee that I could not proceed any further with the remainder of my day until this review was written. I hope that the customer service skills improve for this company..because you should be happy that you are employed. If you do not like working with customers find yourself another job!!!!

The owner of this establishment is a liar. I came to his store to ship a package to Italy, when the shipping cost was priced out to $200+, he intentionally told me if I tried the post office when I tried to leave, I wouldnt have a tracking number for International packages, and I wouldnt be able to track the package. Why the intentional misdirection. All for money? I have had other ups office direct me to Usps before. You can only fool a customer once.

Quick and friendly service very helpful employees. Covid protocol is being observed and enforced. Wheelchair parking and wheelchair accessible. Close to eateries as well as numerous other types of businesses at this location. It is well kept and constantly be cleaned and disinfecting counters as well as floors and work stations.
Employee with tattoos refuse to help me in anyway shape or form. My package went to the wrong address and on the Tracking information it says it was trying to obtain a new address but he refused to even look at the package or tell me where I can go to get assistance. All he could say is contact the seller.Ps. I contacted the one 800 number and they gave me all the information I needed and also let me know that this guy could have given me the same information he was just lazy and did not want to deal with me!

The store owner, Matt, was extremely efficient, helpful, and friendly with my Amazon return. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Was met with a very large straightforward man that was fast and to the point. I had a very important work of art that needed to be wrapped and sent to Ohio safely. Needless to say it arrived well packaged and on time. Very thankful and happy with the outcome.
New to the area and have found my go to mailing place! I had 19 wedding invites to mail, each card had a decorative piece attached (extra cost for postage expected) and I also had a return address on each envelope. I went to the Plant City post office and was told each card would be considered a package (because of the decorative attachment) and would cost me $3.20!!! Plus she would not take the cards without me adding my name to the return address. I then was given a history lesson about the UNI bomber and 911! I asked if she would scan the postage so I could add the name at home, in the matching gold pen, she said flat, NO!I went to my car, Googled the return address rules, it is not even required!!!! I found the UPS Store just minutes away, the owner and his employee were so friendly, plus it only cost me $26.00 for 2 books of stamps to be mailed as an envelope not package (my envelopes were too thin to be considered packages)!! The owner even helped me put the stamps on the envelopes. He SAVED me $54.00!!!These days every dollar counts and friendly, helpful people count even more! Thank you UPS in Plant City.

Understanding that this is the first Monday after Christmas returning packages all day can be extremely hectic and and times frustrating. Needless to say when you let the UPS employee know of a label on the side of your package so it can be covered or removed the response shouldn’t be, “I got it, you can go”. I have been to this location several times and often met with a non customer service approach. It is not comforting to not know if your packages are being handled with care.
Efficient, extremely helpful, and great attitudes from both of the men working there. Sure makes a difference in your day when you encounter people who enjoy what they do. 5 stars hands down.

I went in today to ship out some boxes for my company. I’m shipping large quantities to multiple people, it’s always a pain. I was helped by Nate who was very kind, courteous, and understanding. He helped me bring in the large heavy boxes from my car and processed my shipments in a quick and efficient manner. He really went above and beyond!
I went in with 2 packages, the man was rude and said he would tape and label them up and set them off to the side. These were 2 iphones. One being 300$ and the other being 85$ well he put the wrong labels on the wrong boxes so the phones were swapped and now im at a loss on money. Ive contacted customer support and have yet to recieve a response. Now i have to refund this girl 300$ because of UPSs rude impatient employee. Tape up and label your own boxes before you go in. DONT LET THE EMPLOYEES DO IT.
This store is great. The clerks are always so nice, and helpful. Yesterday the store was busier than I have ever seen it. A customer asked what their email address was. The clerk jestured to the sign right next to him. The customer started being very rude cursing and everything, accusing the clerk of being rude, but the clerk maintained his composure and kept doing his job handling the line. Great job. Dont let the jerks in life bother you.
DO NOT USE this ups location all the staff is verry rude including the manager. And you better check ur receipts and weights of what you are shipping because they will screw you hard on pricing if you are not paying attention.
The Plant City UPS Store was great. I had a large bulky shipment and UPS Store associate Ryan helped me unload the box from my van and finished packing it for me. Very polite and helpful.

Guy in front working the heavier set fella is beyond rude. Always seems unhappy to be there at work, sometimes will disappear in back to avoid customers. Today was a line of 4 people just waiting. When he came back no apology on keeping us waiting for 10 minutes no hello, nothing! And then had the nerve to start arguing with one of the customers. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE.

We were there this morning, waiting in line. There were two clerks, one a woman and the other a guy. We were next to have service only to have a guy walk right in and go to the female clerk. Never did he wait in line and the lady did help him instead of telling him to wait. So, my take is this...if they know you, you get special treatment. When it was our turn, the clerk who waited on us was not friendly and seemed irritated. I was courteous enough to ask him if he was having a good day, he didnt respond. I asked him who was the owner of the establishment, he told me Matt and asked why..........Will not be back!!!

Awesome store! I moved from Lakeland, FLA, where I lived since late 2001 until now, and Plant City had no FedEx Office like Lakeland did, but this UPS store does shipping, photocopying, and printing in 8.5x11, 8.5x14, double or single sided, colour and black&white, and reasonably priced. Great staff with excellent communication skills, job skills, courteous respect, and patience when the machine goes haywire (which occasionally occurs). Fax service is horrible!!!I know what you’re thinking; “who uses a fax anyone?” ... but just be prepared when you DO, they tell you one price over the phone and then you get to the location to hear a totally different price that is the amount of your own fax machine. Just terrible smh.

Well... These guys are Awesome! They went above and beyond. I had something that I had to ship frozen so I bought dry ice. Who knew that you cant ship dry ice priority mail through USPS. Not me. So I went here to see if they had any boxes with holes in it but they didnt plus they cant ship dry ice. That sucks. So I thought ok... just send it over night. One of the guys there told me that he would keep what I had frozen till around 5pm when they come to pick up the packages! Now thats way above and beyond! They have my loyalty from now on. In fact today I went and have something notarized and it took 2 minutes. Next time I need anything shipped... I will be going here!

They have 2 men that work there that are great. And they have another guy that sits in the back and does nothing. If he is the only one working you might as well not even bother to go in. He is very put-out by being there. I cannot imagine why anyone would keep him on staff. Must be family.It is sad cause the other 2 men are great. This review does not reflect the 2 better guys - except that I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

The epitome of customer service. I left my wallet this morning. Raced there when I realized in the late afternoon only to find the shop had closed. I was freaking out thinking how the store would be closed on Sunday and I was now penniless until Monday morning. Suddenly, the bell rings and its the fine young man with my wallet. Awesome.
