I found my new superhero! Before I found Carlos/plantation Car Care, I was quoted $650 for a new alternator. I declined the service and found PCC online with great reviews. The charge was $340. Like other reviews here, Carlos is fair and honest. Besides being a very nice man, he’s also very qualified and professional. A big thank you to Carlos and his team. What a relief!!

Carlos is wonderful. In and out in 15 minutes with AC problem fixed. I bless this man for his professionalism in a world of amateurs. Carlos is the maestro for me. Never going anywhere else!

I called to get a quote they quoted me a fair price for a young girl over trying to change her own head lights. I came in the receptionist was sweet and the gentleman who changed my lights did it quickly. I love small mom and pop shops they give more value and it was clear today. Great service . Great prices & honest always

I have a Toyota Tacoma and went to 3 mechanics because my A/C was having issue . this other mechanics gave a price very high . I got recommended to Plantation Car Care because of my friend who always due his vehicle services here and I decided to check . he found the problem immediately and the price was reasonable . My family and I have been taking our vehicles to PCC for maintenance and repairs since before it opened at the present location years ago. We know we can trust PCC to be competent in the repairs they do, to resolve vehicle problems quickly, and to always charge a fair rate. They are everything you could hope for but thought would be impossible to find in auto care.

Carlos and his team members are always working together to deliver the best and on-time services. I have been going to them for the past 10 years and counting. I like that he is fair on his prices and always tells me (and shows me) whats the issue on all the family cars. Very trustable and reliable.

Would never recommend this place to anyone based off of customer service alone! My car was side swiped by a woman and this was the place she recommended to have the scratches on my car repaired. While there, I asked one of the mechanics for pricing on fixing something else on my car unrelated to the incident. He told me $75. I said ok. I never gave authorization for the service to be done. I dropped my car off two days later to have the scratches repaired. When I arrived to pick up my car the guy at the desk (who is also the woman who side swiped my car’s friend, I believe his name is Carlos), told me to go check out the car and told me the scratches were repaired and the service I had priced was also done. I told him that I had never confirmed for the second service to be done, I had only priced it. I didn’t have an attitude, I didn’t cause a scene, I didn’t refuse to pay, I didn’t do anything but walk out to check my car as he had instructed me to do. I walked back in with my wallet in hand, which I had retrieved from my friends car. The guy at the front desk told me to wait and went to talk to the mechanic. When he came back he held up my key, asked me if it was mine and I said yes. Still, there was no discussion of me paying or me refusing to pay. In front of two other customers he slammed my key on the desk and told me, with an attitude, if it was up to him I would have to pay I’m lucky I got something for free today and shewed me off like I was his child. Very disrespectful, demeaning and embarrassing. I’m a VERY fair person. Had his customer service been better I would have not walked away without giving the mechanic at least something for giving me the service for free. I think the guy at the desk already had something against me because I followed proper protocol by calling the police when his friend swiped my car. They were speaking Spanish in my presence when they both speak English. So I get an attitude for someone hitting my car and for me not ignoring it and making her fix the issue? I also get an attitude for saying I never asked for a service to be provided? Not good customer at all. On the other hand the mechanic is awesome, very nice, very sociable, very funny. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the company because of one bad seed. PS, I’m an African American woman 🤷🏾‍♀️. I’m sure that played a part! Ijs

Plantation Care is hands down the best auto repair place I have ever been to since coming to Florida. I have had my car repaired here multiple times and each time my need is met with outstanding service. The men who work here are trustworthy and friendly and they offer very affordable and fair prices. I could not be more pleased with the service that I have receive here.

This is an excellent place to service my van! I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna Mini Van. Carlos keeps it humming like its brand new! I read some of the comments before I posted. I had the pleasure of working with these guys. The best car service I have ever received. I am glad to have found professional guys for my work! 100% recommended!

I had my truck towed to this shop. He kept it a week and did the diagnostics and found nothing wrong. Then it started and he gave it back to me without fixing the problem. The next day it didn’t start. 2 hours later it did start. Intermittent starting is a computer issue. Why he didn’t try to fix the problem is puzzling to me. I will buy the part on eBay and have it installed elsewhere.

Carlos and his team are amazing. They take their time to look into the issue and correct it. They are trust worthy, which is hard to find these days. I had an issue with my Sentra, which no one could fix. At least 4 mechanics told me it was different things, but within one quick road test, Carlos immediately knew what it was. I had went to National Tires on 441 and they had me change my new motor mounts, which was recently changed, stating they were cheap parts. Carlos laughed and said it was the axle and he was correct!!! Right side axle was changed and all the shaking went away...

This is by far the best place Ive ever taken my car! I never write reviews but my experience was so amazing I had to let everyone know! From the moment I parked my car in the parking lot I was greeted by a friendly mechanic who asked me how he could help me! I quickly explained my issue and after a test drive they knew exactly what was wrong with it. Did I mention before this I went to 2 mechanic shops and both couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. The owner Carlos even introduced himself and made sure I was being helped properly.
