They were very professional, knowledgeable honest. After going to several other shops who said it couldnt be fix they got it done and was in and out very quickly. Had a screw in my 1 month ago tire.

Office staff were nice. The shop is clean. Tire repair (2) were efficient. I was in and out in 30-40 minutes tops with no wait prior to service.

These people are just a pleasure to deal with on all wavelengths. Everyone there works well together to communicate and make you feel Heard and that Whatever you need is not missed. Will continually go back and send people and send people to USA Tires and Automotive.

Brought my car in for a check engine light. The gentleman who helped me (I am sorry I am horrible at names) was super friendly and helpful. He went over everything that was discovered on my car, helped me to decide what needed to be done now and what we could scheduled. They were quick and efficient, I was completely satisfied and definitely felt comfortable coming in as a single woman. (This is important!)

My car messed up after they changed my car oil for 170.00 all thats money for nothing they didn’t even chain my oil filter it was dirty when my brother in law took it out and told me it wasn’t changed. You have to watch them closely I guess because I’m a female they played on that. I will never go back here they are fraudulent.

I came in because I needed and alignment. Tires were rotated at Chevrolet and the vehicle was driving to the left HEAVY. After my vehicle went a very quick time on the machine the mechanics says my tires on driver side needs changing. I declined purchasing any and left. The car was still sliding the same way to the left. When I returned the mecnaic had a smerk on his face telling the receptionist what I tell you. He said mamma you didnt really need an alignment you need 2 tires. I continued to say but before you put it on the machine and took my 86$ you could of told me that. With his smart mouth said we did what you asked simple. Do not go here find a genuine mechanic and stay away from Spanish shops

Went for rear driver side tire change. Left with mechanic saying we need front breaks.ME: How do I need front breaks when you just did my fronts breaks seven months ago?You go for one simple repair expecting to spend a certain amount and the mechanic comes up with thousands of dollars of needed repairs.

Customer service was great, very quick service, reasonable pricing and provided with quotes for future repairs/maintenance, without any pressure to do it that day.

They are good for tires a lot of up sales. I just had got brakes there and I went for tires they told me I needed new brakes. My husband said we just purchased brakes 2 weeks ago. So watch out for that they will tell you this is bad and its really not.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE!!Got used tires from here and in less than 30 days my car was saying my tire pressure is low. I took it to a Goodyear near my house and they put my car on the lift and showed me how terrible the tires they put on the car were. Went back to USA tires the day after finding out the condition my tires were in and they basically brushed me off. I was told that I should’ve looked at the tires when they were changed and that if I noticed within like 2 days they would’ve replaced them for me and that there is no warranty for used tires. Why the hell would I check tires when they’re supposed to be putting good tires on the car. I understand they were used but I would’ve expected them to last a little longer than 3 weeks. Wish I could rate them one star. Tried to make me buy new tires but I would much rather spend the lil extra money on some other place that wouldn’t give me trash tires.

I went for tires and alignment they scratched my Crome OEM wheels up bad and would not take responsibility for it also my steering wheel was to a 45 degree angle when it’s supposed to be aligned with the front tires when I told the owner of the shop, oh that’s how I do business he flipped his lid and was extremely unprofessional I do not recommend this place even if you drive a beater.

Worst costumer service EVER. I ask for a used tire because mine was not good I didn’t have the money for a new one . They used tire they uses was worse than mine. When I came back the day after I spoke with the lady in the front nasty response and not wiling to help. I talk to another guy and he change it for mine the one I just change yesterday. We live in Cape Coral and were in the Fort Lauderdale area, leaving for a vacation. We got a nail in our tire that could not be fixed and had to get to the airport. The folks at USA Tires pretty much stopped everything they were doing. put on our donut so we could get to the airport and found and ordered the tire so that we could stop in and have it put on when we returned. Cant thank them enough for making a scary situation much easier!

Worst place in the world to get an oil change. The supervisor talks low to women when they are without a man. The place is filthy dirty with dust and spider webs all in the customer seating area. It is actually cleaner outside. Than they are always trying to upsale you when you only come for an oil change. The oil change isnt cheap at least i could have drove off with a new oil change sticker. This is the Worse place and i would never recommend anyone woman to experience the horrible experience i just encountered. I had someone on the phone listening and stated for me to call the police or just walk out for the rudeness. I used to work with a mechanical shop that use to use them, i see why he found other business to work with. Poor customer service!!! Unsafe environment.

Went for an alignment one afternoon on my pick up truck. The mechanic did the alignment without bothering to look for any imperfections in the suspension that may cause me to come back in. So ended up stopping by again after paying 100 dollars for a wobbly alignment experience to only hear that I have to pay another $45 because the mechanic wasn’t looking for something wrong, only to do an alignment. Not great customer service at all.

Replaced my cars battery, changed my tires as well as the spares, did a wheel alignment, all at a reasonable price. Even offered me a free car wash. Customer service was excellent. I have no complaints and plan on going back when I need work done to my car. They were great!

Top notch equipment and techs who try to make sure my car is coming out better than it went in...they are so busy i know its hard to keep track of every little item ..I have patience tho and they are WORTH IT

Friendly quick sevice

Sam and James took time to find me the best tires for my Aston Martin. The dealership basically lied to me and my tires were wearing badly on the outer edges due to a misalignment. Sam looked at my tires and determined they were just melting in the Florida heat. They were busy for a Saturday, but he still took time to research and make a phone call for another opinion just to make sure Id get the best ride and longest lasting tire. Totally satisfied with their level of service and expertise.

I called and spoke to a man that told me a price over the phone for 1 tire.When I got there he told me a way more expensive price.I wasted my time and gas to drive all the way down there for him to change the price all of a sudden.I ended up going somewhere else and getting a better tire $50 dollars cheaper.I will never go here again. BE AWARE OF THE COSTLY SUDDEN CHANGES. After reading these other reviews, it looks like I made a very good choice after all.

Listen stay away! These dudes are not honest mechanics. If you have your own parts they act like its the worst thing in the world because they want you to spend your money on their parts. Went here for a simple replacement struts and shocks and that turned into a potential $800 job which is not cool.

Purchased tires and had auto checked for maintenance. The automotive technician was awesome and very helpful. One word of advice, the person in the front office is representing the company. If they aren’t friendly and up-to-par, a customer may deduct the same about the business.

We needed just two used tires on Memorial Day weekend, pulled in after almost passing it, it was around 1pm. We worked with James the manager, and he did a great job, great used tires mounted and balanced within an hour while they were working on 4 other vehicles. Well b back.

I had a nail in my tire. This place did not have a tire to fit my car. They charged me $10 to put on my spare tire. This place is a rip off. They told me that my tire could not be repaired. I took my car to another shop where the tire was repaired and installed for $10. I gave the other shop $25 because they were honest and did a great job. This shop takes advantage of people. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.

Redoing my review from 8 months ago. It was way too long and detailed. Ill try to summarize. Prices are reasonable. But be prepared for some major upselling. They are in business to make money. When they point out the things you are gonna need, take a deep breath and always get a second opinion as to whether you really need to fix it. I just bought new tires somewhere else and thought you had to do alignments when you buy new tires. So I came back here. Turns out new tires have nothing to do with needing an alignment which I had done here 8 months ago. That was my misconception and my mistake. My camber in the rear tire is off a little bit. Another mechanic from work tells me hold off on it since I only put about 2200 miles a year on it. It wont shorten the life of the tire by that much over a long time. They are okay. Alignment working out good. Straight and narrow.

They sold me a dry rotted tire with the tread peeling off and tried to tell me the tire was fine then gave me an attitude when I asked for my money back. This place is terrible do not recommend to anybody badd service and the Hispanic man in the garage is a Dick.

Sad case! Automotives is okay but DO NOT buy tires from them u will be stuck with bad tires per the “10 day warranty” I had to pull over to a REAL TIRE SHOP and the first thing the man said was the 2 tires I got from USA was DRYROTTED go get your tires from elsewhere! I’m a single mother and I definitely learned my lesson!
