The store was nice and clean. But overall bad experience since the first call I made to get cable. Ive been lied to several times. Had a tech come out, he was nice but they tried to charge me $100 for him coming out without telling me. Then had to change the modem at the store again, they said I wouldnt need to do anything other than plug it in and of course that was not true I had to call and get support for the 5th time in 3 days . So overall good software but bad costumer service.

My first time at this location, Excellent customer service was provided by kristian Hernandez, he walked us through the steps we needed to set up our new 4k box, we didnt have to wait long at all the store was very well organized and clean.will Definitely Revisit if neccessary and Definitely will Recommend.
Overall awful customer service in every aspect regarding Xfinity mobile. For home business they are fine. Mobile=ZERO to NO service regarding every aspect of mobile service. Not worth aggravation to save few dollars/month on bill. When have an issue or problem, will be very difficult and time consuming to find an Xfinity employee online, by phone and majority even in store who are helpful or knowledgeable

Customer service is not great in this Xfinity Store. I was not provided any number, but the associate took my name. I waited over 30 minutes to be served.The associates called to the counter another customer who arrived after me. I had to assert myself to get service. This is unacceptableI was just there to return the TV equipment because I am only geting internet service from Xfinity.I was in the Xfinity store 50 minutes on a Sunday.
New store hours so check before u go..or make appointment online.But they do have all the safety precautions in place.I was in & out fairly quick
Ive visited this store on several occasions. The staff are generally professional but a few gave off dismissive attitudes. This dismissiveness could be over worked and a full house of customers waiting to be helped. Overall, the location is nice. Its always clean. Lots of parking. The location is easy to find. Be sure to know how to explain your needs or youll have to visit more than once to resolve your issue(s). No one considered the possibility that they kept giving me the wrong cable box. I had to schedule an in-home visit before the technician discovered that I had the wrong equipment.

I want to take the time and recognize an extraordinary sales agent: Mr. Mycolson was great. He was patient, helpful and helped me find a good deal that fits my home needs. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He was not rushed and pushy as other agents can be at times. His thoughtfulness and calm demeanor warrants recognition and I hope he gets recognized for his talents.

Change my plan to unlimited internet, since December 2020, week ago I received a email and text, letting me know that I exceeded my internet data, when to this store and they can’t help me they told me I need to call customer service, I did and it was somebody from India also didn’t help me where the hell I can call or solve this problem
Their packages are too expensive, this company is abusing their power and they charge ridiculous high prices for their services. I decided to go with AT&T because they are way more affordable!
A 25-30 minute wait just to drop off equipment that I am no longer using? Seems kind of ridiculous. Last time I came here, I left them with the person at the counter. They scanned it, and I left. This time, the person at the front counter just takes your name down like its a bank... and the wait is about just as long. They told me it would only be a 10 minute wait. Dont lie to people... it will result in a bad review.

It is refreshing to see a company take precautions during this pandemic and still provide stellar customer service. The line moved relatively quickly and I was not rushed once in. The service was warm and welcoming and I was not sold on a service. Its great to have options.

It went pretty fast. I got a really good rep. He had helped me at the Pembroke Pines store, but they closed due to Covid, so I went to the Plantation Office and it was much better.
The Xfinity service was outstanding during this pandemic. Diego took my name at the door and the service attendant came to the door to get me. I got my replacement cable box quickly and was on my way.
Incredibly disappointing and pointless. Not only was there no communication between the employees that a customer was waiting to be served, but then the employees did not listen to the issues to understand. They only were worried about making sure that Comcast was receiving its payment instead of ensuring there were no billing mistakes.
They have the best representative.And people skills

The Comcast techs told me to make the TV work, I needed a new MODEM. The Comcast technician said that I needed a new ROUTER.Both statements were lies. I had 8 hours dealing with the Comcast technology that can bearly speak English. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I cancelled Comcast on April 21, 2020 as I closed my business due to Covid. I received two additional bills which I paid as I have good credit and was told I’d be reimbursed. It is now August 18,2020 and I just received a fourth bill! When I call they say it’s cancelled and I’ll be reimbursed but instead I get billed! I’m no longer in business! HELP!!
I was trying to pickup my device I ordered from this store and the customer service was awful. This store treated us terribly and we were displeased with our service. They would not even let me pick up my device from the store because I wasnt on the account list for pickup even though I have familial connection with the registered account owner. Absolute waste of time. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back.

I got there 30 minutes before they were ready to close and I was 9th in line. It would have been a good hour wait, at least... but I decided to come back at a less busy time. They dont have enough people servicing at that hour. Im guessing its like that every evening. Its nice that you can pick up the TV boxes at a store but Im not sitting there an hour... likely more.

Store is spacious and clean. There’s plenty of seating and great ac ventilation. I came in to go over the options of getting a new phone. I came after noon and the store was busy. I was told upfront the wait would be at least an hour but I was actually called after a half hour. The associate that helped me was courteous and knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t end up getting a new phone, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this location.

Went to see about exchanging a remote. Figured Id gave to wait in line for awhile as I didnt set an appointment. There was an attendant outside who I thought Id have to sign up with....imagine my surprise when he just reached behind him and handed me a remote in exchange for my old one. I was done in less than 2mins. Way to go, Comcast/Xfinity.
I was in and out there were no lines they were kind and very fast also it was nice to see them back open because dealing with there phone robot make you want to scream and pull you hair out.

I paid my bill at this store after finding out about it while speaking to a representative on the phone store is beautiful I mean when you go in its laid out nicely they have kiosks machines where you can pay your bill skip in the line they also offer phone service now theres a lot of parking around this place and its right behind and its actually where the old golf course used to be miniature golf course by Mickey Ds McDonalds so Im sure youll know where it is. Its much better than going to the Comcast out in Davie Ive had to wait there 3 hours. Back to this Xfinity store its not hard to find I never knew it was there as I said and its worth a visit especially if youre considering getting on Xfinity for your cell phone.
The greeter was wonderful. Friendly and while I was waiting made some suggestions. None of that great service was evenly remotely displayed by the associate. He acted like he really resented having to talk to me much less even help with suggestions

3 to 4 weeks ago I called reporting issues with my TV box. They promised to send me a new one. I never received it. Im always frustrated with calling and immediately realizing that I am connected to the Philippines or India. Connections are bad and the rep has a hard time with English. While it may be a hassle, I recommend going in to the store! The folks there address problems immediately and are friendly and there are no problems with language. Kudos! My issue is resolved!
Its Comcast. That should be enough said, really. Long story short, took the time to drive to this physical Xfinity location on a holiday after spending all morning and half the afternoon bouncing around different call center departments and being told 20 different things by 20 different reps. Arrived at the store, stated my issue and was rudely told there was nothing that could be done. The only meager defense or explanation offered by the employee was basically, AT&T is just as bad. It is long past time for Comcast to be regulated as what it is -- a monopoly that has no incentive to treat its customers properly because, at least in my community, we have no other options.
Services are good but billing is horrible. Comcast runs algorithms which raise monthly billing arbitrarily causing aggravation to population. Everyone should document billing spikes for later reimbursement.
Prepare for a long wait when you go to this place. However, customer service is very good. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The store on Sheridan Street is closed for whatever reason I find that totally unacceptable I had to drive to another store 1000 miles out of the way. Open up your stores Comcast no reason for you to still have them close.
The employee at reception was helpful. Although the store was crowded with many people waiting to be helped, the guy working reception was able to help me with equipment returns so I didnt have to wait as long. They might benefit from having more employees to help since my weekend visit was crowded.
The guy who helped me was nice but a lot of misinformation went around. There needs to be more information available to the sales team on what to do and what to tell customers on specific situations. Because of this, I lost 2 hours of my time, and 2/3s of that time was spent waiting. Not mentioning the 30 minute drive there and back home.
Imagine a fancier, better furnished DMV, Thats this place. Cant blame the miserable people working here, the failure starts much higher up than that making people pay for a premium service and equipment rental, install their own hardware and then are forced to return the old hardware, wasting hours of our time in the process. I cant comment on the services here but from the looks of all ~50 people in store at the moment theyre unhappy too.

An experience at the shop was nice. Staffs there are great. But my experience with staffs outside the store really upset me. Better go to the store if you need help.
I went there to drop off used cable boxes so I wouldnt be charged for them and had to wait almost an hour to do so. That makes absolutely no sense. They need an agent dedicated to drop offs or something.
The representative by the name Cerlisa not quite sure if thats her name but she was very nice and helpful and very informative.

Fast service, kind people. I wish I could say the same about their INTERNET service... when it works everythings fine, but as soon as something goes wrong they take a LONG time to fix it.
