We went into Champs near 8pm, and we thought the mall closed at 9pm. Ana was very kind and patient, and she let us try on several pairs of shoes. When we determined that they didnt have my size, she ordered it for us. Once I got the shoes in the mail, they fit perfectly. Thanks to Ana for going above-and-beyond!

My husband asked the cashier if they give military discounts for some reason the cashier caught an attitude,you would think he would appreciate those who put their lives on the line to protect this country,however we did buy the shoes without the discount but I will not shop there anymore.bad attitude I can shop somewhere else with or without the discount

They are located inside Broward mall and is having very good collection of sports items and accessories.

Over the last 2 weeks Assistant Store manager Eduardo P. Has helped me tremendously with an item and issue that arose. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me as a customer and pretty much reformed my whole idea of what I came to think of retail/customer service reps. More often than not you run across just bodies fulfilling a shift obligation rarely do you think/feel you are receiving the best customer service given these premium ticket items at Champs but Eduardo has been nothing short of stellar and spectacular! Hes the reason why i will continue to shop at this location.

Omg,young lady that said she was a manager last night 11/5/2016 at 730pm was rude and loud and told the customer she was putting her out because she wanted assistance and the guy gave her the wrong shoes and went to help someone else. SMHLady threatned corporate she rold her I am bot going no where and will still be here. WOW

Stait up nasty attitudes in the store.Walked in there to ask if they where hiring and the first guy i tried talking to strait up ignored me. Left a bad impression. Nothing wrong with the products but I dont think ill ever buy from there again.
