The shelves were pretty bare. Not a lot of a variety of sizes or colors. Staff just keeps head down. If items were on sale it was hard to see the sale price...if those items werent on sale then the prices were too $$$ high

Wanted to share a a pic bc of nice deals on sandals but the store is annoying. No checkout at shoe dept. Had to pick up an online order upstairs n of course they were offline for a bit. Waited n line for a bit until other staff were able to help but staff were very helpful but the store is umm, not so great.

Stay away! My mattress arrived filthy covered in dirt 1 month late. When I called corporate, Trinity and David (manager) were nasty and sarcastic on the phone. They treated me like the villain and blamed me for the issue. Unprofessional customer service. I will never order from here again!

I was very disappointed with my visit at JCPENNY. I went there to buy shoes. I thought I would have the traditional salesman there to help if I needed it. Was I ever wrong. I found what I thought was on sale and went to the checkout counter only to find out these particular shoes were not on sale. This meant I had misinterpreted the signs. So I went back to the shoe department to find the right shoe in the Priceline I was looking for. When I returned to the shoe department I encountered a couple who had questions. There was no one there to help them. I dont plan to return to JCPENNY Im the near future because the is no one there to help if I have questions. Thanks for everything you have done in the past.

Great day at JC Pennys portraits taking family pictures. Diego provided excellent customer service to us and took some awesome pictures of us. The only bad thing is the prices for the pictures are little high. Nevertheless we will recommend them to our family and friends.

The selection of clothes and shoes were not as good as it used to be. I usually take my kids that for clothes and shoes but when I took my daughter for back to school shopping, we hardly bought anything.

Offers cheap junk at high prices. No service from anyone actually wanting to help. Shoes were cheap, hard and un-wearable but cost plenty. Not going again.

Always loved my JCPENNEY..the Shopping at Broward County Mall was too good. I found some lovely gowns and dresses, mark down for less than $40,00 and less than $30.00. I would definitely visit again soon.

Friends Im going to tell you I was surprised! There were a lot of nice things there many many name brand the inventory in this particular store was very good. The inventory in the mens shoe department was also very good I found two pairs of shoes one for dress casual of the other for weekend boot stomping. I bought both pair I also bought some activewear and the main thing I went in there for was a semi formal outfit for a job interview so I got to Van Heusen white stretch dress shirt this was a slim-fit so I look a little bit more modern the pants were I forget what brand but they were not pleated they had a flat front. The shoes are dress casual I found a nice belt and I spent $375 having rounded off the purchase with a pack of t-shirts and a pack of socks. Not to mention the tie and if I didnt say a belt already I got a belt.

Very good deals this weekend. Helpful staff and good variety for men and women.

This place is amazing. One of the sales associates in the mens department literally offered to take the sports hub off of a mannequin because it was the only size left that fit me. Dont be mistaken. JCPenneys Maybe a place for bargain shopping, but its not a place where youll be greeted with anything less than respect. Got a great deal on some new suits today here and everyone was helpful and friendly. It honestly blew me away that everyone was so willing to help and make an effort to please their customers.

Caters to mostly African Americans. The store didnt have as much apparel or variety of as they did in the past years. Mens department was completely lacking in quality and items. Prices were not great. Hand gel not available upon entrances to store.Huge disappointment...........

Im happy with the buys that I got. Most things are on clearance at 50-80% off. Other things are 30 or 40% off. Best sale ever!

I ordered converse that were on sale online..I picked it up in store and when I got home to try on the shoes they were both for the right foot..I returned them to the store and the women helped me reordered the shoe. When they arrived at my house they were in the wrong size so I called to return them AGAIN and now since I’ve waited so long my size is OUT OF STOCK... they told me there’s nothing they can do and sent me a return label and now because they messed Up my order TWICE. I no longer get the shoes I wanted. This is more than unprofessional and they have no regard for their customers inconveniences that THEY cause. I’m done shopping here because they can’t even get an order right.

They are very low on stock of the size I needed for a brassiere. There arent any salespersons in the lingerie department. They are low on staff and the customer service is quite poor!

Went in to buy some pants for my work. The cashier pointed out that the pants I was buying was not on sale. Then she proceeded to show me on my own phone how to look up and use online coupons that saved me money. I wish I could remember her name, she was so awesome.

The customer service was great when we could locate a salesperson. Our aim was to purchase a few items of clothing in the big and tall dept. While they had a decent amount of up to date styles to choose from we couldnt find any jeans until we were directed to an entirely different section. Voila!! I understand the marketing consept, convenience is what I look for.

I used to visit the one in Coral Springs were the employees are helpful & friendly but I relocate to Plantation & this store is close by but it was an awful experience when I went 2 pick up a package I ordered online & one of the Managers there that goes by the name of Jenni or something like it apparently she forgot that day she wasnt working at the swap shop & started interacting with me like if I was a vendor there, I made a complaint & they told me someones gonna be calling me back and.........guess what..... still waiting 4 that call

I loved this particular location. I went in early at 10:30am. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, and it was clean. It had so much of everything- it was great! All in all, it made my shopping experience in a way peaceful. Im no longer going to any other Jcpenney, but this one.

This JCPenney is pretty good, it has a lot of items thats usually not available in my local store. The things you look for the most online are in stock at this store, but of course its Broward County so they need to have the in demand items. The people who work there were nice, but they dont price match their online store, so it makes it weird when you get to the counter leave with nothing to save 25% or more.

Liked this store. Have always found clothes I liked at Penneys. Like to shop their January sales.

Today I went looking for a particular type shirt for my daughter. It wasnt out on the floor, wonderful woman in the childrens department went to the back and searched for it and brought it to me- sorry I didnt get her name. Another lovely lady at the register- Velma, went above and beyond to get my coupon to work and made sure I got the most for my money. Loved all the options and the merchandising was eye catching. Great job!

This is a department store that has its own credit card and some kind of incredible discount membership program that the cashiers will be happy to explain to you. Otherwise, they have a full selection of clothing for nearly everyone. They also run sales frequently and have some incredible deals. One of my favorite things about JCPenney is the way they enforce fairness in waiting to see a cashier. In some other stores, you will see a person grab a salesperson on the floor and bring them back to the register, jumping in front of other people who were already waiting. Also, there is the sneak-around-the-back-to-the-cashier-who-just-came-on-duty trick. Those practices seen in other stores can add unneeded stress to your day. Thankfully, JCPenney enforces a strict line or queue system that just works. It doesnt matter if a new cashier comes on duty. Everyone waits their turn. Even if someone jumps the line to ask a question, they are always sent to the back of the line if a skip-the-line purchase is the real hidden agenda.

I liked it because it has many options of clothing, toys, and other stuff like that. I especially like the part that you can apply for a credit card to get 40·/. off but like any store it feels like Im trapped in a box once I get in, and many item dont have the right tags
