The people are extremely nice and very professional. I had to learn to use contacts for the first time and they were very accommodating and took the time to help even though it took a while for me to learn. So all in all, great customer service, short wait time, and great glasses. Really recommend coming here.

I have been here for eye check up and it was seamless experience. They have the newest equipments and Dr.Michael spends appropriate amount of time with each patient even in rush hour. I purchased lenses and they even gave me free lens samples of 2 different brands for 1 week to check my comfort zone. I came back and then ordered the lenses. I will definitely come back . And I recommend them

Purchased a pair of new glasses a few months ago from Central Park Vision, today I accidentally sat on them, went to the store just before closing time, to see if the glasses could be repaired. The young lady took them in the back to fix the frame, came out with a new frame just like the one that I broke. The frames are the wire type ($$$$), when I asked how much, she replied No Charge. Have a nice day.Now thats great Customer Service.If you need glasses do yourself a big favor, go to Central Park Vision, Great pricing with very friendly people.

I called Central Park Vision Center because I needed a appointment asap because a vision issue I have. After explaining my situation to them they placed me in a waiting list and called me as soon they had a cancelled appointment.When I made it there the experience couldnt be better. Im not a person that writes reviews, but the A+ services I received was wonderful. Dr. Holifield explained me in details what was the issue with my vision. His knowledge and patience with patients is what I was looking for. They even help me set an appointment with a specialist. I got my eye exam today here and i would give 10/10 stars if I could. Dr was super kind and patient. He guided me through the whole process and explained everything in detail. Gave me different options for contact lenses and took his time to make sure I was receiving the best service. Front desk girl was also amazing. Helped me chose my frames . My entire life, I have been struggling with finding a great pair of contacts. I have spent thousands of dollars on appointments with specialists and have had my eyes scanned in ways that I didn’t know existed. After one visit here, I got the perfect pair. This is the greatest practice armed with the greatest doctor. From a person who is close to blind, I have never been to a better office. 100% recommend.

My 8 year old daughter had her first experience at the eye doctor. The experience started with a very friendly and welcoming staff. From the time we walked through the door through the exam with the doctor they kept my child very comfortable. This was coming from a child who suffers from several fears.They knew exactly how to communicate with a child and include the parent at the same time. The doctor went out of his way to help assist me with any needs or questions.I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. A+++++

Dr Lauderdale is remarkably skillful in contact lens prescriptions. My son went to a corneal expert in Chicago more than 6 times with little success. Here ..... First prescription was perfect. Extremely personable care as well.Highly recommended! Prescription for eye glass wear excellent as well. We got both.

My experience at Central Park Vision Center was so very pleasant. The staff was helpful, sweet, and quick to help. I got in and out of the appointment quickly (didnt even have to wait 5min), I got to try on many different contacts to find the perfect fit for my eyes and I was given great information about how to care for my eyes best and what the perfect prescription was for me.Having been to a number of different eye doctors before I can say this was the best experience Ive ever had and I look forward to going back.

This was my first time going and they were friendly the entire way! When I first walked in there was a Spanish speaking family and one of the receptionist took her time speaking what she knew in Spanish and googled what she didn’t to explain to them whatever they needed to know. They were friendly and the doctor was very fast yet still sat and talked to me as well. Explained every little thing I did not know about using my insurance, talked to me about my prescription and gave me a sample to handle my eyes. They even helped me choose my frames and cared about my budget instead of trying to push expensive and unnecessary things on me. I recommend a thousand percent.

I called today as a first time walk-in for my 13 year old with glasses/lenses purchased at another store/DR, and with my son not under our vision insurance. The Dr Holifield gave him an unbelievably thorough exam, likely 3x as thorough as what my son had over a year ago elsewhere, didnt opt or attempt to prescribe something new when he could have and we would not have questioned, adjusted his frames at no cost, and all of that was done for $85. I do not write reviews unless something is truly horrific or well beyond expectation. This absolutely was the latter. Great operation.

I am disappointed with Central Park Vision Center. I Went There For Eye Exam in December 2019. Dr Holifield, the owner,performed the exam. He said I Needed To Change My Perscription of My Lenses,I Then Ordered New Glasses. When The Glasses Arrived I Went To Pick them Up,And When I Tried Them On I Was Not Able To See Any Better. I went Back For Another Exam,and the Dr.Then Informs Me I Have a Cataract problem. It seems to me that had he done the exam properly he would have found the problem. Instead he chose to sell me new glasses and recommend I see a Dr at Ft Lauderdale Eye Center,who confirms that I need cataract surgery. I Feel that Dr Holifield sold me glasses I didn’t need. Beware he’s out to just make money.

I was so impressed by this office - what a lovely group of people! Everyone was helpful and professional and the fact that they fit me in same day was just phenomenal. They have a great selection of frames and Im really looking forward to going back for new glasses.

Dr Holifield is amazing! Anytime I needed help during a weekend when he wasnt in the office he had no problem meeting me to help. Such an awesome guy. Office experience is just as pleasant. His assistants are very sweet. Although I moved 25 minutes east I still see Dr Holifield. I refuse to leave his office.

After reading so many positive reviews, I was surprised to have a negative experience with Central Park Vision.I went in for a routine eye exam for an update to my prescription for contact lenses. Dr Holifields top priority, however, was to hard sell higher priced daily contact lenses. He told me that I was not seeing well with my current brand, despite the fact that I had no complaints about my vision. He told me that my current brand gave me headaches, made my eyes itchy and irritated, made my eyes more susceptible to infection. Ive never experienced any of those issues in the several years that Ive used those contacts, but Dr. Holifield was adamant that I switch.Well, I switched. Not to daily contacts, but to his recommended brand in bi-weekly lenses. My vision is approximately the same, despite his claim that my vision was poor before. I experience significantly more irritation with his brand though, and the lenses seem of noticeably poorer quality - they tear and deteriorate faster than any lenses Ive used before. The only reason I can imagine that this office pushes this brand is that they likely have very profitable arrangement with the manufacturer.Unfortunately, this leads me to believe that Dr. Holifield is more a salesman than a doctor, and so I can not recommend him to anyone.

My entire family (wife and three boys) use Dr. Holifield and have done so for years. I cannot say enough of Mike - phenomenal doctor and true professional. We have never been disappointed with either care or product (glasses or contacts). I highly recommend Dr. Holifield!

Update: After having an unpleasant experience (which was reflected in my previous review), Dr. Holifield personally reached out and did what he could to address the issues that I had. He is definitely interested in making sure everybody has a pleasant experience.Absolutely the worst all around eye doctor experience Ive ever had in my life. Avoid this place like the plague.

I came with my 5 year old son for an eye exam for both of us, and glasses and contacts for myself.Angelica and Melissa are very kind and professional. Dr. Holifeld spent a lot of time with us and was really great with my son. He is very serious but kind and very professional in my opinion. He explained the tests he did on us and showed us the images of our eyes (amazing by the way). I have had glasses since I was 5 so I have visited quite a few offices, but never in the past 14 years I have been in the US was I as comfortable. I dont think I will be visiting any other office. I have found the place to take care of my son and I.Thank you Dr. Holifield and team!

Ive been with Dr. Holifield for almost 10 years, and their is no other DR. with as much COMPASSION & CARE for his patients..Within the past 2-months Dr. Holifield answered his after hour emergency line to help me on 2-EMERGENCY situations when his office was closed on a Sat. & today Sun.. One time my glasses broke in half and he came from his residence to give me my extra pair he was fixing.He was a lifesaver that day because I was blind without Dr. Holifield going above and beyond. Today on a Sun. I lost my glasses in the ocean and I was in big trouble living in Palm Beach and I was in Broward County..Dr. Holifield answered my Emergency call and was able to get my Prescription sent to another Optical center since he wa closed..No other Dr. have I ever seen that will answer for his patients at 8pm on a Sunday...Youre the best Dr. Holifield and you truly are COMPASSIONATE & CARING FOR YOUR PATIENTS...I can see now at 10pm...lol

After having a slight problem with picking up my glasses (previously posted here) Dr Holifield called me on a Saturday and said he wanted to make things right. He came to my house (did you catch the part about this being Saturday?) picked up my glasses, fixed them, and drove them back to my house. Cant ask for better service.
