Be careful at the pharmacy with shots, the pharmacist makes a custo.er service unexperienced, do the injections. This assistant (hispanic, skeeny, long hair in her early 20s ) do the shots. Well she does not know what she is doing. She would not take the air from the jering prior to the injection making people bleed. Some one stop them. Im about to call the insurance to report this situation. The real phatmacist had to continue to do the job becaise of her assistant being icompetent

The worst the place. The phone rep was trying to make noises and was speaking very inappropriate. I am moving forward and they still have not reached out to me.

Yesterday I needed to go straight from a doctor appointment to the airport to catch a flight. My appt ran long (of course) and I still needed to stop at CVS. Thankfully Kanani was there to help me. I explained the urgency and she told me she could get it filled right away no problem. Two minutes later it was ready. Because of her customer service I was able to make my flight on time AND get my prescription. Thanks Kanani!!!

This is one of the worst Cvs to visit. Especially when the lady with the locs is on the register. She has a very nasty demeanour! At she was rude to me on more than one occasion.

This location is very handy for me. The people always seem helpful to me, and the pharmacy always goes out of their way to coordinate with doctors if there is a question. The store is well stocked, and we are always greeted with a pleasant welcome.

We drove a little further because this is the most organized CVS pharmacy! .. its never crowded, which is perfect when you need to grab a few things in a hurry.

Very upset since in google it said it’s OPEN on Christmas, so I called the doctor for a prescription for my daughter that I need and now I find out when I called that they are closed smh

This is my favorite CVS in this location, tonight theres a gentleman there with an New York accent who seems to be aggravated and unwelcoming with the customers. This is very unusual for this location or possibly Ive missed this gentleman before. The other staff are very welcoming no matter how busy it is or jowany items theyre stacking on the shelf. They simply stop and ask you of need help. Oh wait! They also share a greeting upon your arrival in the the store you chose to stop in and be a patron out of l the other options.and

Wow! They were just about to close and the pharmacy snuck in my prescription. Im from out of town and they really pulled through for me. Such great customer service too. Great attitudes after what seemed like a long Sunday from what I gathered. Really impressive!!! Thanks CVS!!! Love you folks.

Worst pharmacy with regard to customer service. Latoya is very unprofessional and requires thorough customer service training! She expected me to simply accept her explanation and pay $900 for a prescription that should only cost $90. When I request that she look into further she became very argumentative. The pharmacist (who was professional) had to intervene and discover the error. Totally unacceptable conduct for a CVS employee.

I received a warning in the mail about a prescription product. I took the bottles to CVS Store #3263. They checked the batch on each one. It took a while and I could not have done it. For that I am thankful.

My wife did a shopping trip here and she loves this cvs! Very nice lady helped her and knew a lot about the couponing my wife was using.. Very happy my lady is happy 😊

It truly is one of the worst pharmacies I have been to. Unfortunately the blond lady who works there seems to always be angry. I had to pick-up medicine for my kids once and the pharmacist who was helping me didnt seem to know much, thank goodness another sweet pharmacist interfered when she overheard me, I was about to leave when it was something so easy to resolve. Its almost like all the mean pharmacists have been placed to work at this location together. Also, in multiple occasions Ive had to wait in the front until the cashier re appears from whatever it is she was doing in the back.

Going to echo the other pharmacy reviews on here- Go elsewhere! Stopped on the way home from the doctor’s office to pick up antibiotics for my mother post surgery. The blonde pharmacist refused to give them to me since the dosage instructions were not clear . I told her he had given me the instructions but she said she couldn’t give them to me and just walked off . As it was after hours at this point, I couldn’t get hold of the doctor or nurse at the office. That meant no antibiotics for the night. I called again the next morning and the pharmacy had not heard back from the doctor, so the man said he’d call . I asked him to let me know ASAP. He told me to call, which I did and left two messages at the office - this was around 11 am . I never heard anything back from the pharmacy. I called them again at 1:30 and the girl said it was ready. Thanks for letting me know! They never called or texted, even though I told them it was urgent and to get back to me.So I get to the store, and they couldn’t find the prescription! Three people looking before they finally found it- Thank God!Next time- Different store! Totally unhelpful- could not care less. When I looked at the reviews on here, I saw that this service level seems to be pretty standard at this pharmacy. You would think someone would be doing something about it, but I guess not.Also- no drive through, so it’s one more inconvenience.

The Phamarcy staff is super rude. Only reason why i go here it’s because is the closest to my house. But i think I’m willing to make the drive to nob hill and clearly to deal with nicer staff. The manager needs to clean house and hire new staff !

Just went to pick up my medication after they’ve been callIng me day after day that it’s ready. Got to the pharmacy 30 seconds before 6 o’clock and they closed the gates on my face. We’re not open up & told me to go to a 24 hour CVS and have my prescription transferred there. I will never go back to the CVS. Walgreens is my new pharmacy of choice. Good job CVS plantation!!!

This CVS is in bad shape. Its dirty, kind of ghetto but has friendly staff. Id suggest going down the street to Walgreens, its cleaner and well maintained.

The pharmacy worker are extremely rude at this location. I love CVS over any other pharmacy but this particular location is the worst of all. This would be my second run in with the same pharmacy staff and my last. I will never go to that location for my meds. Who ever is on staff on Sunday October 29th needs to quit if she does not like her job. There two on staff and the rude one has short hair and was working in the back.

The most disgusting Minute Clinic I have ever visited. The person on duty was disorganized, rude, and unable to understand basic medical forms for camp and school. The clinic was dirty, unorganized, and probably needs to be shut down by JCAHO.

So disrespectful!!! The pharmacist never has filled my script as if they know what I have been through!! Thats what the doctor I see is for... I am active duty and was injured been through two surgeries and a lot more and some kid wants to tell me that he wont fill my script... The worst most disrespectful pharmacy I have ever went to in my life!!!
