Dont waste your time going to this place. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Farida the cashier is rude and mean spirited. No way will I spend my hard earned money at a place that employs individuals like this.Totally unacceptable behavior.

A little over a week ago, I gave the cashier at this location a total of 5 winning Fantasy5 and Cash For Life tickets with two number matches (FREE TICKET), expecting 5 free quick picks in return. She took all five of my tickets, but only gave me back 4 tickets. She kept insisting that thats all she owed me. I took a quick look at the machine through which she ran my tickets, and noticed a Cash For Life ticket propped up in plain view. I asked her why that ticket was still there, and she picked it up and handed it to me. I scanned it again, and sure enough, it was one of my free play tickets. She could not explain why she chose to keep it instead of redeeming it for me. I believe she was trying to deceive me and keep one of my tickets. And when I asked her why she never redeemed it, she had the audacity to tell me that if I have problems with this location then I should redeem my tickets someplace else! Maybe management would be interested in knowing that Ive reported this incident to Florida Lottery and the Lottery investigates every reported case of possible fraud.

Made me prepay then pump didn’t work. Refused to give me refund. Had to call police.

Horrible place, Scam & Fraud. Leaving Pumps with no receipt paper, charging for car was while machine is broken, refusing to refund and arguing for 2 hours.

Pretty convenient place. I Wish it had hot dogs and slurpees, but either way it’s a good quick stop to go to.

*THIEF Alert* Check and request receipt! The woman behind cashier gave me a fake refund receipt (e.g. She did not ask me to put my credit card in machine and I received a receipt that said 0.00. It should say refund and -30.00). When I insisted on putting my card in the machine to get back an actual refund, she denied me! They stole money from me and pretended to refund me $30.00 worth of potential gas I didn’t receive because more than one of their pumps were coveniently “broken.” I had to file a dispute with my bank.

Really bad experience with the general manager. She doesnt has respect with their customers. Really bad customer service ever!!! Corporate should do something. You guys are losing customers.

Great location and cheap car wash. I have the impression that when in buy gas there it last longer..

I was here just now and myself along with two other individuals had declined transactions...beware this location might have a scanner...when i asked the cashier about it being declined...she responded that it was common...ended up paying cash which going forward is what i think will be safer...just sayin..

This is our local Corner Gas Station and it has pretty good mini-mart inside and they are open late. Owners typically keep the place clean.

The wipers water is nasty. The water is dirty and stinks of urine

The pump broke and gas was leaking from the tube all over me and my shoes they promised to reimburse me they never have bad station and bad management

Very bad gas stationthey have signs for handicaps but no phone numbers to call for assistance i waited outside and checked each and every pump if they have a phone number so i can call them for assistance but they dont it means they dont help handicaps wow thats amazing they dont even deserve a starworst gas station and its shell i didnt expect that from shell

Never has Premium Gas. If your car needs higher octane, dont bother going to this dump. They apparently either cant or dont want to bother bringing in Gas to serve those customers.
