Never in my history of customer service have I ever experienced a moment where a store manager attempted to fight me and my family members.The manager Rick, would not allow me in the store to make a simple return. He said I was a thief and I can only enter if I left my purse and belongings in my vehicle. When my mother arrived to try and help clear up any confusion he attempted to get into her face aggressively so that she is in the process of filing a police report. Truly frighting. If you check there are similar stories about this man.Lets also make a point that- I have a receipt, the video of the instacart customer dropping off the item as well as the bag and merchandise!!!!

I love this time of year when Spirit Halloween pops up around town! This year the quality of the products has gone up, which was a nice surprise! Saw a lot of awesome items and themes, as well as a variation of masks and materials. Granted some prices were a bit high but for people who want the convenience of buying in a brick and mortar store, theres a give and take. I always enjoy roaming the aisles and looking at the accessories!
They should really change the google site so it doesnt say they’re open…?? literally drove there just to be told they don’t open for a week.. um hello

One star is WAYYYYYY too much for this horrible place, I wish there was a negative star rating. My daughter came in and bought $88.77 worth of costume products to put together but when she got home she noticed her mask was missing. I decided to pick it up for her since I was going to purchase other custom. Manager Rick was completely disgusting, he didnt even look or acknowledge me all he said was (I DONT KNOW WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT) I asked him if he could look around the registry instead he laughed in my face and repeated the same phrase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
If I could give this review a negative stars, I would. Two friends of mine who get through life with the help of their service dogs went to this location and were greeted with hostility and discrimination. Management didn’t want to “deal with” dogs in their store and the police ended up being called. One of the handlers was put into handcuffs, and both were treated as criminals. All of this chaos for them simply trying to live their lives. These two friends of mine are DISABLED! They depend on their dogs to live! They weren’t doing anything wrong! They are protected under the ADA law and let me just say, you guys better get your act together. News companies have already been contacting these handlers, and legal action WILL be taken as well as your store being on the news for everyone to see how awfully you treated these innocent people. You’ve lost my business and if I were you, I’d prepare to loose MANY others as well.
This spirit was definitely a let down this year. They had all the usual costumes and was clean but the building itself needed some love. There were at least 5 boxes in the floor collecting water from the ceiling; talk about dangerous! It also didn’t have half of the cool outdoor Halloween decorations we are used to seeing.
Today Wednesday October 16th, two service dog handlers were told to leave and had to police called on them (one was put into handcuffs) and were escorted out after only being there for 2 minutes totally, the manager on duty that had called the police made a comment about their disabilities (oh the disability must be mental) while laughing. This is not only DISCRIMINATION against service dog handlers, but also disabled people alike. Please educate your staff and especially ALL managers on service dog laws. This place discriminates against the disabled! I will not be buying from spirit halloween this year. Boycott with us! You do not get to decide how many disabled people go to ur store with thier medical equipment! I hope the news puts yall on blast!

Customer service was awesome! Store policies are terrible. One store told us we could bring the costume back if it didnt fit on the 22nd then a diff store had a sign saying no returns after the 19th. This store however had great customer service and and took care of our situation

Most employees dont knowbwhat they have, however being it is seasonal they have the ability to learn fast.
October 8th 2018. I drove 30 minutes to this store, is 12:30am. They are closed. No employees. No answering calls. At least 20 people showing while we are waiting for someone to show up.
Me and my friend was totally hyper going to the store and waited a whole month when we get there there’s not a lot of selections for customers or customs
Too pricy but got what I was looking for. Buy Halloween gear the day after Halloween.
