My milkshake was delicious however I can’t say the same about the service… Cynthia was having a hard time taking my order ..it would’ve been a lot easier if she took her AirPods out of both of her ears then she wouldn’t have to say “huh” so much

Two year old kids are more efficient than the kids that works at this Häagen-Dazs. How can you screw up an easy order. Seriously, pay attention to what you are doing. People are lucky to have a job these days.

Although the staff was polite and professional the quality if the food is very poorly maintained. We ordered 2 large milk shakes and took a sip in the car to discover the milk was spoiled. Went back and they exchanged it after advising that they have been serving that all day but after smelling the gallon agreed it was bad. I also requested a sprinkled cone and again it tasted awful. It was clearly old and I had to throw it away. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

The ice cream is ALWAYS great.... BUT the employees talk so much with each other like customers aren’t even there!!!! Believe me we overheard the conversation and it wasn’t about ice cream we were waiting for atleast 5 mins before they decided to actual serve customers by that time so many people came it that it was very crowded.... Its ok...But nothing like the British ones

This place is part of downtown Disney.You get one hour free parking. If you patronize one of the sit down restaurant you get free parking longer. But this is ice-cream made with real cream or so it tasted that way.
