I can’t even begin to say how disappointed I am. I ordered a small custom cake 2 weeks ago. I was told to come in at 9am the day of because the time of our party is 10:30. The owner says to us “just come in at 9. I’m always here” though they open at 11:30. I too her to her word and arrived when we were told to find no one around. My nieces birthday party was today at 10:30. It’s now 10:34 and party has started. Still no one here. I’ve now come here two times today. We don’t live close. Utterly disgusted about this situation. Now, I’m late without a cake that I prepaid for.

Great little cafe with coffee, tea, sweets and cakes. Wish I lived closer to visit more often. We had coffee, a couple of pastries and smoothie. Food and service were fabulous. Highly recommend.

Very cute sweet shop

The coco cabana snow ice is heavenly, so light and refreshing!! I added fresh strawberries and they made it even better. Ordering is currently curbside/take-out only, I appreciate the safe and friendly customer service!! Will definitely be coming back to try more.

I love the customer service, but the food was below standard at best. Their macaroons are the only ones that I know that get stuck to your teeth and also more than $2 per Macaroon is a bit ridiculous. The Boba tea is an absolute mess. Never get organic Boba Tea and if you get any of the Milk Tea ones, they just taste like milk with essential oils. Also, some of the sweets look store bought and were probably frozen.If you are an Asian store/ resturant/ cafe, then why sell Americanized sweets instead of Asian Sweets?

Went here, no inside service so we had to wait outside and order, I don’t mind but other bakeries do just to keep in mind if you want to eat in your car or just go home after since when I went the seating outside was taken. The prices for the tea were a pricey, I’m pretty sure mine was just milk with black boba and sugar, and my friends had tea that tasted like watered down green tea. For that price of tea I would’ve just gone to Starbucks. The pastries are okay, macrons were sold each, even if you a box they are charged individually so very pricy. The other ones I got I ordered a creerme brûlée’ yet they told me it was out so I got two cookies instead, I was happy until I ate them, insanely sweet but then hence the name of the store I allowed it. The other cakes and cupcakes are just ok, not much to write home about. I’m not upset but just was expecting more since we waited outside and spent over 50 bucks for weird teas and okay pastries

Terrible. Its closed most of the time. Never know when its open. Wasted 30 minutes.

Isweets Cafe is a wonderful shop theyve been taking care of me for my birthday for the past three years now the first time I went to the store it was last minute and I needed a cake for Christmas right next to where I get my hair done and I was afraid that by the time I finish my hair they were going to be closed I explained it to Helen and she told me dont worry that she would keep the shop open just for me and she would save the cake for me that is not just an awesome shop that is Amazing customer service I gave her my word that I will be back every year to celebrate my holidays and birthdays I have not let her down yet or she is not let me down isweets Cafe is a wonderful place their birthday cakes are off the chain ( and incredibly delicious) I just want to say thank you isweets you are found a customer in me for as long as I live in Florida granted that they live 26 minutes away from where I live but the drive is MORE than worth it....I wish I could give them 10 stars

The sign said french pastries but there was nothing french about the items they had. I bought a cupcake and it was the worst two dollars I’ve ever spent. It was terrible. Would not recommend this place at all.

I love dessert and coffee shops and this one is so quaint. I liked the smart quotes all over the shop.Customer service is great too and I liked that the staff was patient with me when I was making my order and gave helpful suggestions.I ordered the organic boba cold brew coffee and it was very good. Price of the drinks is very reasonable can’t wait to try the cakes next time.

This place is a joke. I understand when things are not available on the menu, I understand when you try to get in touch with your customer, and instead of canceling the order, they sent us 4 cups of ice, 2 drinks out of the 8 items total we ordered was not available and the cupcakes and raspberry cookies were just smooshed in together as if they just wanted to get it out of the store. NOTHING ELSE WAS AVAILABLE! WHY THE HELL IS YOUR STORE OPEN AND ON DELIVERY WHEN MORE THAN HALF THE ITEMS ON YOUR MENU IS NOT AVAILABLE? Manager’s name is Suzie. ShameIn your management skills Suzie - your workers are only as good as you are and that showed well with this joke of an order. Next time you don’t have half the order on a customers order and the customer doesn’t respond - cancel it!

Macaroons are incredibly small for the price of $2 each, and the cupcake I got looked incredibly dry like it was not freshly made. I will not be returning. There doesnt seem to be any good dessert shops around here. What a shame.

Small local place with a list of organic teas and coffees and non dairy options for the lattes with a staggering selection of miniature cakes and pastries. The atmosphere and music provide a relaxing environment. Highly recommend if you are dissatisfied with the Starbucks across the street like I was!

The staff is so nice! The desserts are phenomenal and their chai is made in house and is amazing!! I literally can’t get chai anywhere else since trying theirs because it is so amazing!! Also recommend their macaroons, gluten free options, great variety and very delicious!

Such amazing humble people, great customer service, i’m originally from naples visiting my uncle here and i wanted boba and forgot my glasses at home and the sweet lady at the front gave me a little menu so i could read it. i got the organic coffee boba smoothie and it’s amazing just what i wanted.

This place was empty at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night.The vanilla shaved ice cream was Bland and possibly frostbitten. Heath bar topping was mushy and Soggy. They offered a replacement or something different but we didnt want it. They did not offer a refund.Chocolate chip cookie was good espresso was fine nothing to write home about. I dont feel that the menu prices are Justified.

Just not good. You are better off going to whole foods or publix. The shaved ice cream is bland and the toppings are stale and taste like sawdust.

Best Macaroons ever! So many creative flavors you can’t find anywhere else. The owner, Helen, and her sister, Sue, are super sweet and really put a lot of love into their goodies. Definitely worth all 5 stars!!
