I wouldnt even give them 1 star if it were possible to write a review with 0 stars! I purchased a wedding band from them. I was so disappointed. I sent them 3 emails trying to find out how to return. Never go a response so I returned it to the address on the box. I sent it registered so I know they received it, however I have yet to get my refund. Its been 3 weeks. I have emailed and called. They have not responded to emails. Answered the phone once and said they would check into it. Now they will not answer calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is not trustable “Would give it a 0 star if I could.” I ordered 2 diamond rings.i wasn’t happy with the product.The ad was VERY VERY misleading. 1st. The ad didn’t specify the diamonds were enhanced.I emailed prior to receiving the product to ensure they were not.I didn’t receive a response.I don’t want enhanced diamonds.  2nd.The ad said the diamonds were regularly priced at $10,200.00, but their certificate shows the MSRP of $6800.00. I found this disturbing If the diamonds were in fact not enhanced, 1.04ct VS2 (without enhancing) and regularly priced $10,200.00  seems somewhat believable. Never would someone buy enhanced diamond of this quality for $10,200.00. They told me they would replace the right items but they didn’t do it and took 5 months to return my money.
