I went in to have my rings checked and everything was fine with that 5 stars but I have to give 1 star because the guy who checked my rings did NOTHING to STOP me from buying another bracelet while I waited!! Lol

If you go to the zales in broward mall I highly recommend Rey, he help us so much with all the questions we had and to find the right set of rings.

What a disappointing experience. My fiancee and I went in to order a ring which not only took 3 months to arrive but was not the one we ordered at all and to top it all off the manager was all about excuses and was inconsistent with the price she gave us and did not make an effort to correct anything. I will be sending a detailed email to the corporate offices informing them fully. Judge for yourself, look at the picture below and see what I am concerned about. What a waste of time due to poor and inefficient management. Our sales rep was amazing though.

At first on my birthday the staff was very helpful and courteous. But not Long after for my repairs done on my wife’s ankle bracelet which has to be repaired again due to unprofessional work and my Movado watch which took approximately 2 months to fix for a job promised 2-4 weeks I am very disappointed with the services provided. Now I returned to pick up my watch and their courteous and professionalism went out the window.I would recommend to avoid this location and find somewhere else to go.This has been a very stressful experience.

I had a great experience at Zales in the Westfield Broward Mall. Thanks to Angela Brown my husband and I found the perfect ring for me. She was extremely helpful and a very pleasant lady. The ring was too small for my finger and she arranged to have it sized and everything. Thanks so much Angela, we will definitely be back. You made our shopping experience a pleasure! I was highly disappointed with my experience at Zales. I had received a birthday present watch that was purchased at Zales with a lifetime warranty a little over 5 years ago. two years ago I had gone there to change the battery and they had given me a hard time saying that it is only a two-year warranty as opposed to a lifetime which is what their receipt had said. Apparently two years is a lifetime for Zales, when they looked up the account with the phone number they were able to see that it was supposed to be covered for a lifetime you know for as long as the wash lasts and that changing the battery would be covered under that warranty. about a week ago I went to change my battery again and force you to have the same issue, the woman would not even look up the phone number for the account. She also proceeded to inform me that battery changing is not covered by any kind of warranty deed provided by Zales. instead they would charge you $25 to have your battery on your watch change as opposed to the $12 or $13.50 from the watch repair kiosk right in front of them. the woman was very very rude and I will never shop at Zales again, and well inform all of my friends and family of the poor service received at this particular establishment. and to that woman who was oh so rude, even if you are angry or frustrated with a customer you have to take a deep breath and then speak do not sit there with such a rude to him because it is off-putting and you will lose business and lose sales and therefore lose your job. Terrible experience in reparation, I have warranty in my ring I lose my diamond and they replaced, sure, but with a smaller diamond, they changed the head of the diamond for another smaller omg the ring looks totally different, I told them about the big change but they do not have any note of the ring I have before, not even a picture, thats unacceptable.... also I keep bringing the ring for repair because the head is really sharp, I told them the ring is damaging my clothes, I have it on and I cut the people around me because is like a weapon but they keep giving me the ring in the same way. At the end they do what they want and your opinion did not count.. IN A YEAR CALLENDAR THE RING HAVE BEEN IN THE STORE more than in my finger, they keep it 3 months and give it back to me in the same way....... totally unacceptable

Went into the store to get my jewelery cleaned earlier this evening and what a nasty experience. I brought in three pieces of jewelery and I asked to get them cleaned because the maintenance warranty requires semi annual cleaning.... it goes like this ... Zales Employee: Take out the paperwork from the packets .... myself: OK... Zales Employee: Take out jewelry from boxes ... Myself: OK.... the same employee signs the paperwork and leaves it on the counter as I start putting the paperwork it into the packets again. The employee then returns with the cleaned jewelry on a napkin, leaves it on the counter and walks away. No discussion about the jewelry to make sure everything was ok, does not assist me with putting it back in the orginal zales boxes. I have been to several zales and this has been the worst experience I have encountered, what a shame.
