Horrible service. Came in right after work at 6:20 they close at 7:00. For some reason they said they didn’t have time to pack an item to ship. Mind you they wanted $50 to pack the item but leave it and hopefully I can pick it up in the morning for an item they can’t even ship themselves via UPS. Said I would have to go from plantation to Lauderhill to do it

Very quick and efficient even with the line of 12 people spaced and abiding by common sense and dignity for others. Staff quick friendly efficient.

First off the customer service was great. I had a return to make for a Amazon order which I did at to different locations on the same day. The first item was sent out on the 23rd of Nov and made it back to the seller on the 28th. This location I sent the item out on the same day and still havent moved from its location according to the tracking number. Now Im in a battle over my refund between Amazon and the seller.

I ship out of this store regularly for work, and they do an excellent job. The customer service is quick, the people knowledgeable, and Ive yet to have any problems with the items Ive shipped. Highly recommended.

I went there at 2:50pm on a Sunday and they were closed. They need to update their hours or be available at the advertised time. I drove 20 minutes for nothing. Thanks.

Robert the store manager is AMAZING!!! Hes very friendly, personable and helpful. I didnt expect to meet him today. But hes outstanding, I hope that the store owner knows that they have a winner on their hand. Hands down this was my BEST customer service experience EVER!!!! Thank you!!!!

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I have had a package wrapped and shipped by them as well as use of their secure shredding service. A great savings of time and very convenient.

So helpful!!! When I went into the store I had a 60lb box that was breaking with a tape job that was sub par to say the least. These guys completely took care of it. They helped me repack all my items into a new box and taped it up perfectly! Chad and who I believe was the store manager were both so helpful and nice, chad even carried the box from the my car to the store! Really could not have had a better experience! Will definitely be returning for all my shipping needs!

Best Experience! I am so happy I went here instead of the post office! I accidentally gave them the wrong address and called after I left, they were so great to take my new address and just have me sign! They even called me to remind me they were closing soon, unbelievable, what awesome staff!!

The employees are kind, the manager eh. The hours changed with COVID since March and they have yet to update it on here. Customers show up before 930 and after 6 with no options. The hours suck for actual working people.

Brought in 2 items for 2 different locations, unfortunately, items were both sent to 1 location. Cashier/Service Rep places me on hold, disputed his error when I have the paperwork to prove otherwise.Thankfully the 1 item was sent back to me by the wrong recipient. Customer service training should be mandatory. This happened on January 10, 2019at 2:18 pm.Beware!

Super bad, he was trying to over charge me. I went to a different ups store and difference in money was over $150 please be aware avoid this ups store
