I thought all the radio shacks went out of business but this one prevails! And for good reason. Great workers and amazing variety of all your electronic needs.

I went into the store looking for a new phone. I was there for 45 minutes to an hour, and wasnt even acknowledged for the longest time. I was pacing around waiting for someone to become available but 15 minutes before they had even closed someone announced that they were in fact closing soon and that they wont be letting anyone buy new phones.

The sales person assured me that this model was compatible with my computer and told me I had 30 days to return the printer if it did not work as I asked before I bought it. It did not work and they tried to prove me incompetent which failed so instead of taking it back and the sales person taking responsibility, they gave me a partial refund and harassed me with excuses. You have to open it to install the software to find out they were wrong. Buyer beware and research before. Do not trust the words of the sales people. They said it was privately owned and wanted to kick me out without even refunding what was owed. A partial refund and no more sales from me at least. If you have better luck, so be it.

Grate customer service and helpful staff and of course being local US Cellular dealer and satellite service dealer and just about all your electronic needs.

We had troubles with our subs and amp so we went in and asked for assistance and got them checked out and were told one of the problems, fixed it and came back because they still were not working and we were told another problem we fixed it and got it working again really appreciate the amazing workers here. (all was done with 0 charges)

I called on Wednesday morning and got Lisa on the other line, from another phone, because my phone kept saying insert sim card and wouldnt work, we couldnt track down my issues that way, so Lisa advised me to come in. Lisa helped me diagnose my issue, pay off my broken phone, set up and accessorized my new one for me!! and was patient with all my questions, concerns, and just all around Made my day after the already rough start. I appreciate Lisas kindness and fun personality and wont hesitate to come back for anything i need!

Wasnt impressed with the sale and knowledge from the people when I bought an item.....but was happy when i had no issues returning the item.

Been here many times. This is probably the biggest RadioShack that I have seen in the last 7 years. They have an outstanding selection of all the important parts of things you would need. The customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. There has been plenty of times when we have had issues with employees. Unfortunately because of the items they sell that I can only get there (or wait online for a week) I have no choice but to frequent this store. Whether its leaving a line customers to set up a cell phone plan or following me around the store like Im a criminal trying to rob them, there is always a problem with staff at this store. Sad because this could be an amazing store if the staff would put themselves in the shoes of the customer sometines, should really be a 2 or 3 but I know how important these are and I dont want to do that to this owner.

I went in for a couple of power connectors and I was able to get what I needed with the help of a gentleman who knew what I was talking about.

Radio Shack is not dead. A small but useful collection of electronics hardware is here. Nice that its local and fast and doesnt require shipping.

We needed a tv antenna installed and Brandon did a wonderful job. He was timely, courteous and very knowledgeable. Brandon deserves a raise! It was cold and windy but he finished the job and was delightful to work with.

Went to get a SIM card for my new phone and waited for about 20 minutes without any contact from staff. There were 4 people working and 4 customers in the store. One of the staff members was speaking with one of their friends the whole time. After making eye contact multiple times she looks over and asks, Do you need anything? I replied with what I needed and she says to write my name down on a list and wait. A half hour wasted in this store, Ill just go somewhere else next time.

Always great service here...I was lucky to have the cutest guy ever as my salesperson! Very professional, patient, listens without interrupting, soft- spoken & speaks clearly, makes sure a senior citizens understands all aspects.

You know its sad... I just spent 25 minutes in the Platteville Tri-Com, Inc, Radio Shack. I walked in with the intention of spending $200+ on car stereo equipment.Two reasons I walked in there:1) I like buying LOCAL. The money would stay local and I dont have to drive to Dubuque or Madison.2) Brand specific preference on what I want to spend my money on. (They carry Kenwood head units and speakers).So... Several attempts at making eye contact with employees, I was beginning to think I was a ghost? After spending 25 minutes with absolutely ZERO, ZIP, NOOOOO acknowledgment from one of the five or six (that I personally saw), not-so-busy employees... I walked out... Out the door empty handed, with the exception of my debit card, unused...Still NO acknowledgment...How can you spend 25 minutes in a store with clearly displayed signage referring to the fact that youre basically ALWAYS under video surveillance while youre within the stores confines....Yet.... Not an utterance of customer service???Sadly this store already has a poor reputation for less than stellar customer service, but how can one waste 25 minutes of their own time trying to spend money... And go unobserved????I HATE going too big box stores when local establishments carry the SAME products at competitive prices, but I guess Im off to BEST BUY...

We were waiting for 30 minutes before being helped. Employees were not busy and not with customers. Before being helped the employees proceeded to say what are they doing here. We were there for your services. Next time we will just go to Dubuque. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful.

Worst costumer service. They do not support what they sale. Spent over a thousand dollars and when it went down they stop all support. Don’t waste your time at The Radio Shack in Plattville Wi.
