Whenever I have gone in to Netux Solutions with my MacBook Pro and external hard drive, I would always explain my situation, then be told they cant do much until they perform their $60 diagnostic test.Long story short, I was doing a routine reformat where you delete your entire hard drive and reinstall for better performance. Everything was fine until I had to select which hard drive to install Snow Leopard on to and my hard drive did not show up. I took it to Netux, paid for the diagnostic test, and when I got my computer back it was in the same loop unable to do anything. I eventually found helpful people on Mac forums and Reddit.Applied Micro is one block away. Save your time and your money!
