This place was great!! They got us in quickly! They even drove my mother home and offered to take her to the store if she needed anything. The receptionist was so kind and friendly!! The price was reasonable and they really did a great job!! I highly recommend!! If I need this service in the future, I will absolutely go back there!

Amazing and very professional! I wish I could remember the receptionists name because she was absolutely amazing and so kind and understanding. My windshield had been smashed and I had called a few places for a quote to have it replaced. I got a quote from North Country Auto Glass Repair that was $100 cheaper than other repair shops in town. When I asked about fees, I was given a total and that’s exactly what I had paid. I was also able to get an appointment for the next day after I had called. I go to leave and my car wouldn’t start and I had help coming so I could get it going. I called and mentioned I’d be late, she told me it was fine and to keep them updated. I was finally able to get there 45 minutes later than the scheduled appointment. By 10am I had dropped it off and was told it should still only take about three hours. By 12:15pm I was called and told that it was ready to pick up.Excellent customer service, speedy and accurate work. Professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

The very minute we arrived at North Country, Trevor and his crew immediately went to work. They replaced the window in one day.
