Staff @ plattsburgh shop were professionals and nice. The Safelite phone system sucks, couldnt talk to a person unless I went there. I hate recordings and computer/voicemail/prompted calls. Should have access to a operator

Verry happy with the service. There all verry professionals did a great good ..I would give them a 10 ..on a scale of 1 to 10...

The tech did a fine job. But a few days later a truck tossed a rock and now theres a new puck in the window needs to be filled so it doesnt get worse

Had a new windshield put in this past February, amazing job. Couple weeks ago it got a stress fracture and they gave me NO hassle. Fixed next day where my truck was parked. Great customer service

I just had a very pleasant experience with Safelite in Plattsburgh. My car window was smashed two nights ago due to what is believed to be an act of vandalism. I found it like that yesterday morning and immediately called them. Safelite was able to service my car today, which was a big relief given as I am in nursing school and don’t have much free time. The man who replaced my window was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who may need their services. Thank you so much guys!

We had a wonderful experience with Safelite. Not only did they come to our home in horrible weather, they completed the job with extra care. Cleaning our other windows and very friendly. Travis, our installer, was outstanding. He was so friendly and efficient in his job. I recommend this company for everyone in need of replacing their windshields.

Was scheduled to be at my house but tech had called and asked if I could bring my car to their shop later that day due to the extremely cold weather and I had no problem doing that. The tech was very nice and did take care of our car as soon as he got back to the shop.

Tim was our service tech, he came to our house. He was very professional neat in appearance did his job and treated us with respect just the way you would want to be treated. He explained what he was doing as he went and we just really appreciated his professionalism. We would use Safelite again. From our conversation on the phone when we had to make our appointment the way they handled our insurance and the installation process it was easy and effortless on our part.

This was the most horrible experience that I have ever had!! I will never go back to them as they did more damage to my car then what my windshield cost!!! I called the manager Allen in February and I am just now getting my car fixed from the damage they did!! After the manager Allen refused my phone calls so I could see when my car would get fixed. February to June!!!! The technician that did this damage to my car was Travis so I highly recommend to not have him work on anything. It’s sad that I had to go higher up to get my car fixed. I get it people make mistakes but own up to them and fix them the right and reasonable way.

I received EXCELLENT service in replacing my Jeeps windshield. Friendly, professional, do-it-right-the-first-time kinda people. I will be visiting them again when the time comes - because my Jeep loves to crack its windshield - knowing I will get fast, at home service (yes, thats an option) by a professional who cares about me, the customer. Highly recommend.

My daughter had her windshield replaced on January 30. It took them 2 days to make it here after canceling the first day. I heated my garage all day waiting for them. The were two hours late. Then when they came left the garage door open so alkthe money I spent heating was wasted. Then 7 days later 5 cracks appeared in the New windshield. They came back out today and we were told they are scratches from aluminum. So not only did they not stand by their product, they are saying she purposely used something aluminum to scratch her windshield. Does this make sense to anyone.

Windshield was replace on 2/29/20 they offer fast and friendly service.The tech even agree to come in early to start working on my vehicle ... made a very satisfied customer

My electric wheelchair ran out of power so they helped push it into the garage and then power it up for about an hour at no charge and even offer me a cup of coffee that was nice of them hats off

I couldnt talk to someone on the phone about a question I had and their website didnt allow me to have a chat with someone. I got no response to an email I sent. Usually I have never had an issue with them but recently my experience was not to pleasant.

This company put inferior, poor quality glass in my windshield replacement. What I had in the Honda was clear & fine, what they put in had a dense inferior crystal like reflective quality that was BAD and it had a very negative effect on visibility. BAD BAD BAD and they got away with it with me. Dont let this happen to you. It may not be obvious until the sun is shining on the windshield, & the light and the refraction of the weird, cheap not clear glass shows up. Have a fit & demand a replacement, pay with credit card so you can demand a refund from your credit card company if they dump cheap glass on U.

Hey, it does exactly what it claims. Theyll never win any awards for Beautiful Decor, but if you go youll only be there for an hour, tops, and so you play on your phone, or read something, you watch teevee, you listen to conversations, you leave.And yes, they do make acomodations to get to your home town --- or home, if you have a warm, dry place for them to work in. In certain cases, they have arrangements made with other establishments to use their repair bay space. Just ask.Me? I usually have errands to run in Plattsburgh, so its just as easy to stop there, eat my breakfast, then drive away.Safelite repair ... Safelite replace ....

Had my windshield replaced, the Mobile Tech was extremely polite and held great customer service skills. Would definitely recommend and go through Safelite again.

I’ve used this twice for replacement windshields through my insurance company, both times bringing the car to their shop. They started on time and finished close to the scheduled time (said about an hour, took an hour and 20 minutes). On my most recent visit, the windshield was severely shattered by ice on the highway, and the interior of the car was covered in small glass pieces. They did a decent job of cleaning it up, and also recommended not blasting the defrosters since there could be additional glass in the vents.We made an appointment online in late morning for the next morning; we were worried they wouldn’t have the windshield in stock that quickly, but they did.The only downside is they don’t have a local number to call. We were hoping to make a same-day appointment since the car wasn’t driveable, but all we got was their corporate number.They do have WiFi, in case you want to get work done or watch movies while waiting.
