I stopped into TM Auto Repair on my way home to Maine because I could hear a shield rattling underneath. I did not expect the service and kindness I received. Tracy and her team had my car on the lift and the part resecured in about 30 minutes. They were quick, professional and sent me on my way...and refused to accept any money. Have a great day and come back in the future if you need anything! I am so appreciative of the kindness and generosity I was shown and I strongly encourage anyone in the area with car repair needs to give them your business!! Normally I do my own repairs. My daughter who is college student developed a considerable power steering fluid leak. After reading the reviews on T M Auto, I decided to give them the repair. Tm diagnosed my vehicle and fixed what it needed in a fast and professional Manor. Super friendly customer service and a comfortable waiting room were a great bonus I highly recommend them!

Unbelievable service! We had surprise brake trouble on a trip through Plattsburgh and still had over 250 miles to go before reaching home. A call to AAA led us to TM Auto Repair. Not only did Tracy and Mike take us immediately upon our call, Mike diagnosed our problem within a half hour and Tracy ordered the parts we needed. Mike repaired our car and had us on the road within three hours. He even pointed out something else to get looked at by our own mechanic when we got home. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be an amazingly pleasant experience. Their prices were great and the waiting room was very pleasant. Highly recommend TM Auto Repair to anybody in the Plattsburgh area.

Had appointment Wednesday morning for a 20 min check. Friday it still wasnt done. Multiple cars in and out and mind they said that they ran a little behind and would try to get it done Friday. I said no and left. Would not recommend them
