This place give me anxiety. It’s a small shop, which is fine, but I hate it when the entire staff asks you,“need a bag, how is your day, is there a certain fragrance you’re looking for, need a bag? let me tell you about our buy 3 get one special, need a bag? Let me know if there’s anything I can help you find!…you sure you don’t need a bag?”….yada yada…just pay the extra shipping and buy online.

I’m just a stray dude not sure what to get my lady friend a gift. Dana was up and beyond.

Very friendly staff and a well maintained store. I was shopping with someone who has disabilities and the young lady who was helping was kind enough to bring items to us to check out. We had a good time, and will definitely be back.

Their scents are great!! I have quite a lot of their stuff and am happy with it. French lavender and honey, a thousand wishes....are some of the best.

Dont get me wrong, products are great and staff is friendly but can I not be harassed by every employee in there when I go in. Every time, every single person working will ask me if I need help, sometimes multiple times per person. I constantly say, Im fine, Im fine. But they continue to try to sell me stuff and look at other stuff i dont want. My last visit ended with 5 different employees asking if I need assistance. Two of them asking me 3 to 4 times if Im still doing okay, and one constantly trying to redirect me to other items in the store. All this and I was only in there for about 15 minutes. A greeting and being asked once if I need any help is nice and appreciated but after that just for the love of everything, let me just shop.

I am a person that loves this store. I have nothing bad to say. The customer service is exceptional, always making suggestions, showing new lines that just came out and are absoultly friendly.

Daughter loves variety ...overkill of scents give me headache so I cant stay long. Staff super friendly and prices great

Typical Bath and Body Works. Im not too big on the fact they keep bothering you with sales pitches while looking.

Found those travel size hand sanitizers but those for men have been greatly reduced! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful!!!
