A really good experience with this company. The first time ever using them and I ordered two branded tables that were significant cheaper than other stores. They kept me up to date with all the delivery info and the tables are beautiful. Really pleased with it all. The customer service were really helpful as I placed one order then a second after and wanted to talk to them about just one delivery date, they got back to me ASAP which was great.
Excellent customer service, any delays because of COVID were notified and I was given the option to not go ahead if I felt it was taking too long, so glad I waited as the product is superb quality and looks fabulous in my living room, I would definitely recommend CFS.
Purchased the tan recliner chair. What a bargain for £605! Beautifully upholstered in a lovely colour and far superior to other recliners that I have owned. Sheer quality. I suffer from a an inoperable severed sciatic nerve and the reclining foot rest gives me great comfort. The service from CFS was second to none. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and the armchair arrived ten days ahead of schedule. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this product. A richly deserved five stars. I’ve bought a dinning room bench. The product was delivered in the time described in their webpage I was updated about my order very often before I received the item. The bench is beautiful, heavy, good handcrafted wood product as I expected. It came well packed, no scratches, it’s just so beautiful and we were so happy that immediately placed a second order for another bench to complete the look of our kitchen. Highly recommended!Cassia

I ordered a pine king size bed frame. It was easy to order and quickly delivered and I am pleased with the quality. Two minor let-downs; the delivery team delivered the bed at 7.20 on a Saturday morning (luckily I was awake); the fittings delivered were not quite correct - this was quickly rectified and a new set of fittings provided.

First time we have used this company. Telephoned the order through abs they could not have been more helpful. Once the order was placed they kept me up to date with the order delivery date etc. Managed to get the goods earlier and it was delivered on the day as agreed. I had been looking at a table over the period of a couple of weeks, watched the table go from £799 to £899 and it’s now at £1007 all in just over a weekThis company like many others uses dynamic pricing, based on how many times a certain product is looked at it will progressively rise in price, I got an email from their sales team asking why I had viewed and left their site, they asked was it the price?I told them it was and explained that it was £799 then now £899I was given the excuse of our suppliers have put their prices up so they had to,Funny how the price went up twice in just over a week, more so on the product I was viewing,£208 in total, A 26% price increaseIf you go on their site set your phone to incognito mode so they can’t raise the price based on your views

Purchase a nest of tables which I’d seen for various prices at a range of stores. CFS had them in stock for a much more reasonable price so grabbed them whilst I could. Customer service was absolutely excellent, delivery date was changed a couple of times, however we weren’t bothered as this was only by a couple of days. The tables were delivered in stable packaging with zero damage! Absolute winner! Will 100% be purchasing from here again :) Thankyou so much.

Brilliant service from the point of ordering right up until the end. It was a long process due to covid and delivery delays, but they contacted me every month to keep me updated. Once I got the delivery they waited until I had time to unpack and assemble and checked everything was okay before closing the account. Couldn’t have asked for better service, will definitely be using them again!

I ordered a dining table and 4 chairs from CFS. They were the best value I could find after comparing across multiple websites.My order was expected to take 3 weeks and ended up available in 2 weeks.Delivery was easy to set up. The boxes arrived in perfect condition.Overall I was very pleased with the service and would happily choose CFS again. My only slight gripe was £30 delivery charge to Glasgow however, the price was still cheaper than elsewhere so still get 5 stars.

Yes a little later than originally guided but I’m not sure what hasn’t been delayed in the world we currently live in. The difference with CFS their communication. Ill never use this company again. Placed an order for a table and after 3 months wait, they cancelled it, despite sending me emails every week informing me of its arrival date and calling me numerous times. I could have bought it from elsewhere during that time. Totally wasted my time but refunded me within a week.

Rubbish inferior furniture. They hide broken parts with cardboard & paper. Check everything over thoroughly when anything has been purchased. Coating came apart on a wardrobe I purchased & wheels werent fixed properly & were broken.
Order delivered well before estimated due date. Delivery guys called ahead on the day to give approx time of arrival. Item had a scratch but I wasn’t to concerned about this. CFS called after delivery to ensure everything was in order I mentioned about the scratch and they were quick to refund £20 for the issue. Overall Excellent customer service from begging to end. Although product was slightly different colour to the image online and the handles did appear different, regardless I would order from them again.
My entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my order mid way it all ran so smoothly delivery was spot on time very polite and helpful delivery men no complaints whatsoever and will again use choice furniture Superstore in the future well deserved 5 stars thankyou so much
Very disappointed. I ordered a marble table from the company, when it arrived my extension wasnt finished so I put the table into storage in a spare bedroom for a couple of months. It appeared well packaged so I didnt check the corners of the table. When I did take off the packaging 2 months later, two of the corners of the table were damaged. I contacted the company but they would not do anything as I hadnt contacted them within a week. Disappointed with the quality for such an expensive table.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sent absolutely awful quality furniture for premium prices, requested a refund and 19 days later still not received a refund. All they keep advising is that they have processed it.... clearly you havent if I havent received it 20 days later. I have disputed it and my credit card company are claiming the money back for me :) happy days. Ordered a set of Tallboy mirrored drawers, they were out of stock but I still pursued my order. Had regular updates from the customer service team.They came in early and were delivered within 3 days, packaged amazingly and the product is fab, brilliant customer service, would definitely order again.

Fantastic company, super fast shipping times (considering production/manufacturing times) amazing customer service, answered all questions I had and called the day after delivery to ensure I had no problems and was happy with my order.
Ordered in February for Delivery in April. It’s now August and we’ve just been told it will be September.Awful customer service and a complete failure to deliver - avoid like the plague.Update: Furniture has eventually arrived at the very end of September. To be fair, it’s really nice and they did offer £150 off but it’s essentially winter now and we spent allsummer lugging a table outside from the kitchen.

2 stars for quality of table delivered, which was good but chairs will arrive 3 months later. Delayed twice now coming from China (Never knew they were being ordered from China). Was told, they will arrive June 1st week, then July 1st week, now end of July they will arrive in the UK and God knows when they will be delivered.... Got £50 refund as apology but does not make up for the 3 month long wait. Misleading lead times on the website. I understand the delay due to covid etc etc but make the changes on the website to show people the correct times .. dont take the money, then keep delaying the order ! and offer pittance as an apology.

Not even worth a starI purchased a dining table & 6 chairs August 2020 it cost me so much money! Promised me 4 week minimum delivery it took months to come when it did its faulty, the marble was damp and yellow ! They wouldnt take it all back, as they are saying we didnt buy as a set which they sold as a set in there show room ! Why would I buy it all from them separately!1 year later we are still waiting for a new table!!! They they keep telling me lies thats its on its way,The service is disgusting and when you ring they are so rude, iv rang so many times and im still waiting, iv never known such a bad company please please avoid 😔 i saved so hard for this table and chairs and Im left with a concrete table they also say is a marble top, which isnt at all! its fake with gloss a top that bubbles if you put anything warm on nothing marble about it.We are now taking legal action but wanted to warn others

Scam Company- We will have to get Trading Standards involved.If I could give them zero stars I would. We placed an order on the 14.06.2021, and that it will be delivered within a week. Then it was going to be in the warehouse on 28.06.2021. On the 27.06.2021, they decided to now tell me that the table is not available and will be available in two months. At that point I asked them to cancel the order and send me a refund and because of our business we wanted the table earlier and could not wait until August. You would think this is simple, not with these people, two weeks later non of our money has been sent back to us. At this point alarm bells started ringing, after receiving calls about how sorry they are and that they are genuine company. They said they would offer us a partial refund and send us the table as soon as possible, BUT THEY CAN ONLY OFFER US A REFUND IF WE TOOK DOWN OUR REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT (This did not sit right with me so I recorded the calls and I have emails). We run a business and because we have lost money as a result of this delay, I thought because they called and seemed like they wanted to help I would give them another chance. They agreed to send me £165 as a refund and this could cover the loss, we incurred from this delay. 7 days later and nothing has been sent, they have sent fake document about how they approved this refund. NatWest confirmed that there isnt a refund from them and that the document or so called evidence is fake and fraudulent. This is a fraudulent company, avoid. The five stars are fake. We will have to involve the authorities in order to get our money back and raise the matter with trading standards.
Unfortunately when the wardrobe was delivered it had a broken slat.When I contacted CFS this was quickly and pleasantly resolved and a replacement quickly sourced and sent
Fantastic service! Ordering was easy and CFS contacted us themselves if any issues occurred. We were sent regular email updates about the status of our order and it ended up being delivered by a team of lovely people earlier than expected. They called us 30mins before arrival.The dining table we bought is absolutely fantastic! High quality and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.
We bought a table from CFS for almost £500. We weren’t sure about spending so much but we thought it would last and so we went for it. The table is terrible quality. It’s oak and we have a lot of oak in our house from John Lewis and the Cotswold Company, which are all fantastic. This table however, is terrible - it’s so dry that even a dishcloth marks it. We complained to them in June (a few weeks after we started using it) and they now won’t reply to our emails or answer our questions. At one point they said they would give us £20 to buy wax for it, but they never did and we haven’t heard from them. The table came with no instructions to wax it either and we certainly wouldn’t have bought it if we knew it had to be waxed every week for a number of months (not something we’ve had to to with any of our other oak). Their lack of response and rudeness saddens me. I wish I’d gone to John Lewis ☹️.

Worst service and quality - customer service doesnt helpI bought a mirrored chest of drawers and it came mobly and damaged - they took ages to send someone to try and fix and they didnt fix it.
Please DO NOT purchase from this company. I am exceptionally disappointed with the service I have recieved in relation to my order. I ordered multiple items of Casablanca bedroom furnature in January 2021. It is now July 2021 and I have still not recieved 3 out of 5 items (Bare in mind I already had the delivery pushed back to May 2021 for these two items I did recieve). Every time I contact them the delivery date I get is pushed back, first it was March, then May, then July, and now the 28th August. They are even saying they have delivered one item to me, when they have not, as they contacted me the day before to say it now wasnt coming. Please note however that this contact was made over the phone so that I didnt have this in writing, and they are now suggesting I have had delivery of this item when I have not. I am really concerned that I have been scammed by this company, they have been happy to take my payment but it has been months and I have not recieved my items.

Hi,We were reluctant to order as there is a few negative reviews but we all need to consider COVID has had a major impact on supply chain and time frames etc.We are currently doing the whole house up amd used a fee different furniture suppliers amd these have been the most consistent and well packaged quality items.We have done a whole bedroom out with 3 different orders and really overwhelmed by the quality of the wooden olive bedroom furniture and the last 2 final pieces ce this weekend of 2 bedside cabinets amd these were once again fab.We would definitely recommend and will be using them especially as you are very local to where we live which was also nice to use a local firm.One very happy customer 😀.

We received a faulty mirrored chest of drawers. The product was unusable, where the drawers wouldnt even open and close. There were marks everywhere too. We also felt that the product wasnt sold as seen from their website. It looked different on the company website.When the item was delivered, the delivery men left the item upside down in the room of choice. We then had to unpack this ourselves after turning it the right way around which clearly added to the damage on the product.We rang straightaway when we had seen the damage and we were told that someone would come out as soon as possible to collect. It was even quoted that they would try and get someone out immediately. We then found out that the collection date would not be for another week and a half, and had to wait for the faulty product to be collected without recieving any of our money back. We were told that the refund would be actioned within 24hrs, but this did not happen. The business held onto our money for nearly two weeks where we did not receive a refund.The drivers who collected the product were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I was outside at the time and said Hi as they pulled up and asked them if they were here to collect the drawers. They walked right past me, ignoring me and not even acknowledging I was there. They then entered the house, ignored my partner the whole time and rolled the box out of the front door (it is no surprise that the product was delivered in the poor condition it was in the first place) without saying thank you, goodbye or even acknowledging us again.The customer service was nonexistent, unacceptable and was insulting.We received no compensation for all of our problems and delays with the return of the product, poor customer service and the poor service provided by both their delivery drivers. Id strongly recommend that you consider avoiding this business where possible.

Dreadful company. My first order (mirrored sideboard) arrived smashed and chipped and then took 6 calls and 8 emails with photos to get them to come to collect.I asked for a replacement which then cost £120 more at my own expense and appeared better quality - however 4 weeks in and it’s fallen apart with a door hinge completely out of rotten and dry wood.More phone calls emails and photos and they’ve just said I have to pay £25 to get it repaired! Not a word of apology for my inconvenience nor the fact I’m unable to use an item that cost £400 just 4 weeks ago now being unusable!Dreadful customer service and I’m highly sceptical of product - feels like a company selling shabby seconds which are not advertised as such. Avoid! The cheaper prices are reflected in dreadful product and non existent customer service!

What a company, terrible service and really despicable communicationWhen I placed my order the company were very helpful and I was pleased with how they handled everything.But the contact after the balance has been paid has been shocking, the delivery did not arrive on the day it was arranged and then came two days later when I was not at home.The company then stated that they had been to deliver the item and it was my fault I was not in to receive it.Absolutely shocking service and a company that I will steer clear of in the future

This was £1400 furniture.Terrible communication after sale, poor after sales service, misleading stock level. And now have to wait for a refund. I wont be holding my breath
Ordered some dining chairs and they arrived damaged and aside from that, they are really poor quality anyway. Trying to return them and find that the email I was given doesnt work.. the phone doesnt get answered, the website is useless and there is no order confirmation or delivery note available.. very poor service would not recommend
I ordered my product weeks ago, I was told it would be delivered in November as it was in stock. A week before delivery date I get an email saying it is out of stock and won’t be delivered until December, a month later. I have paid for this product when it was in stock and they aren’t meeting conditions of the transaction. Where is the item I bought that was in stock??Further to that, they emailed and said I could have a refund of 50% of the order value for the inconvenience and they would keep 50% for the deposit of the item and then when I get my goods I repay the 50% refund I received to fulfil full purchase price. Have you ever heard a more absurd policy?You inconvenience me by selling me an item in stock, then delay this by a month saying it’s not in stock. Make out you’re offering me an inconvenience refund but I have to pay that back? This creates more inconvenience for me as I would have to go out of my way to pay you back when the goods are received and I receive nothing but having to wait longer for goods I was promised.You offered me a 5% compensation and said you would email me to confirm but I am yet to hear anything from you.I won’t be shopping from here again, sort your policies out and care about your customers.Absurd.
Avoid this company at all costs. They cancelled my order after taking the deposit and lied by saying that the deposit has not gone through after 2 days. They asked me to call my bank to get a 6 digit authorisation code which my bank could not provide as the money had already cleared. I could also see that the money was no longer in my account. they could not answer my questions as to why it was cancelled and even tried to make my guilty by saying that they have families and kids and to remove my 1 star review on trust pilot. When I didnt they cancelled the order even though the manager guaranteed to me that the order has gone through and that it was a misunderstanding and they have the deposit funds. They even suggested that I have placed a large orde and where would I have earned so much money when it was just 2 wardrobes and both my and my husband work full time and we are not young.They are rude, do not know anything about customer service, definitely a call center based in India as they do not understand a word you tell them and cannot form 1 sentence together without grammatical errors. I have asked more than twice for their complaints procedure and they are just deciding to ignore me.I will be reporting them to trading standards as wel as to the Furniture Ombudsman as such a company should not be in operation.
I want to be fair, five stars for the order and delivery more or less on time, the virus now is an excuse everywhere for most furniture company’s . The 4 stars is for the oak bookcase that was more then 300 pounds! We have lots of oak items in the house so we know how oak looks like, that bookcase is maybe 50% oak only. Will do the job and it’s nice but not really fully oak for the money we paid.
