Employees were very helpful and well kept, definitely put up a good sense of the store. There was great options for name brand clothing, and I got great deals on some of my favorites. They also had awesome shoe cleaning products. I walked out with 1 Adidas long sleeve, on discount from 45 down to 22, one nike tshirt on discount from $30 to $20, and one Jason Markk premium shoe cleaning kit for $10

I ordered 2 pairs of Jordan’s from this store on October 21,2020, because they didn’t have my size in either pair of sneakers, the sales guy promised that I would get my sneakers within 3 to 5 days! Well it’s now October 31, 2020 and still no sneakers. I have made numerous phone calls and sat on hold for over 20 min each time. Still no sneakers or and explanation of why I haven’t received them. I will never go to footlocker again!!!!

What do they sell you tell me? I say, the best possible brands for sports wear you can find. They have brands such as Adidas, Nike, New Balance, and more. Quite attentive customer service picking out the right shoe size even if we made a mistake asking for a size too small.

Ie always loved footlocker Im a sneaker buff. And in Plattsburgh its really the only place to find Jordans bikes etc.
