Lovely place. So spacious but cozy at the same time. The Almond Joy Latte was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Excellent coffee shop with excellent quality and service. Staff is always friendly and the quality of the coffee is top notch. I am a big fan of the Americano. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming, plenty of space to give you room to relax with friends including a nice outdoor space (while the weather is warm).

Excellent espresso. As a decaf drinker, I normally get so-so coffee, but the barista made the best decaf espresso that Ive ever had. I lived for 45 years in the SF bay area trying some of the best and Chapter One tops them all.

Even though they are a little more expensive than DD they make most everything in house or get it from local shops and its all delicious. Thier coffee is amazing, especially with their homemade syrups and whipped cream

Chapter Ones coffee is the best grab and go in Plattsburgh. I used to go to Koffee Kat for years.The service is great at Koffee Kat, but they cant compare with Chapter Ones brew. The people working at Chapter One are also really nice.I highly recommend Chapter One. You can also buy bagged coffee and they grind it for you if you wish. I get the mocha java.

Sacred maple latte (hot or iced, doesnt matter, both are great) and a molasses cookies = heaven. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Always friendly and prompt service. They display local art and promote local artists. Plus, if you get the urge, you can buy or sell a house while youre there. Seriously, this place beats the chain coffee shops by a mile.

Chapter One makes the best espresso I’ve ever tasted. Today, I ordered an Americano and was blown away by how smooth it was. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the baked goods available are also delicious. I will definitely be back soon!

Chapter One in Plattsburgh NY offers excellent coffee and a nice relaxing atmosphere to sit. WIFI available too. On vaca....first on list is to scout out the best coffee. Love Chris place....cozy, comfy sofas and nice selections of coffee and tea beverages as well as a few selections of morning sweets. Chris and staff are very friendly and informative. Sipping a 20 ounce Mocha right now...HEAVEN!! Coffee is very smooth no bitterness. Had 20 ounce Iced Vanilla Chai yesterday...awesome! Had a very nice subtle floral endpoint. Beans, ground coffee and tea available for purchase. DEFINITELY recommend!!

The Pumpkin spiced latte is amazing! I even picked up a Chapter One sticker and put it on my computer. If I could have a pumpkin bar every day of my life I’d be happy.

Just went here for my first time and was blown away! I love this place! I wasnt sure what I wanted so the man working at the time was very helpful in telling me whats popular! Very comfortable rustic setting which is my favorite! 10/10 would go again and probably will soon!

My new favorite place to get a great coffee, latte, lemonade, and locally made baked treat. The atmosphere and staff are both lovely. Spend an hour enjoying the outdoor tables and view of the Saranac River. What a treat!

Beautiful café with lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches. Theres a free little library, a little knick knack shop and I believe I saw some boardgames to choose from. I love the changing artwork on the walls each time I come in and I love the choice of different types of seating to choose from. I usually order a different drink each time and Ive never been disappointed. The baked goods are always fresh and delicious as well. Very glad to have this as an addition in Plattsburgh.

If you didnt know better, youd think this iced soy latte was made at some upscale cafe in a major urban city. Nope, its made right here in Plattsburgh at a trendy coffee shop that makes GOOD coffee. Love this shop bc their hours make sense, the aesthetic is on point, & you cant beat this latte anywhere in the region.

Awesome coffee, atmosphere, and staff. Hands down the best coffee in Plattsburgh. Nitro Cold Brew, lattes, and all that yummy caffeine goodness you’d want in a local coffee hotspot. Besides having amazing coffee and tea they also have cute merch. Enamel pins, stickers, paper goods, and pencils.

Stopped in with my wife to grab a coffee before heading back to Montreal. Had a great chat with the owner - very cool guy. Great coffee and great experience. Will definitely be back!

I love this little hidden gem of a coffee shop. Nothing like a hot cup of coffee, or a latte made just how I like it when I am looking around for a good book, or stopping in to work on a home work assignment for college. The staff is friendly and well informed about the products they carry, and I always appreciate that.

Every other coffee from now on is going to taste horrible. And theyre closed on Sundays so expect that to be the worst day of the week, worse than Mondays.Try the Mocha. Youre welcome.

The proprietor worked with Lakeside Coffee to make an absolutely excellent house blend. And their pastries are evily good.
