Unfortunately they don’t wear name tags, but the plus size young woman (no offense) who took my order had a condescending and unfriendly attitude.Not really looking forward to going back.The rest of the staff was sincerely friendly and fantastic!

Every once in a while, I stop by to get the double smoked bacon + egg sandwich. They were out today so had the gouda... Basically fake food. Spongy + gritty. Out of honey also. Not good :(

Staff was very welcoming and everyone was wearing masks! Our drinks tasted great, happy for the very pleasant service.

Drinks were in the wrong cups, the wrong size, and prepared wrong. I understand there are supply outs but maybe say something when the order is being made instead if wasting my time and money.

Love their lattes, banana nut bread and egg bites but so overpriced.

The staff is very friendly and they make good drinks. The hours are very inconsistent though. Sometimes I will go and there will be a sign on the Drive through menu that says closed and sometimes there won’t even be a sign at all.

20 minute wait. Messed up two of the four items. Rude staff.

The place is usually busy but, once in a while we just must indulge. And, rhe dogs mouth begins ro water as soon as we pull in just rhinking about a pupachino...

I had an issue with Uber eats this morning (no fault to anyone, drivers just werent out yet no biggie!) And waited an hour before calling the store to see if theyd let me pick my order up myself. Lindsay was super cool about it and told me theyd remake it since it was an hour old already, and the food was great!!! Just wanted to thank her and her team for awesome service, this is my favorite Starbucks!!!

I called and asked if they had any coffee ground for my garden and they said yes, but the coffee shop was open only via drive thru, but I should give them a call and someone will meet me outside. An associate met me outside with a huge bag of coffee ground. Kudos to Starbucks because they could have said no. Thank you. Job well done!

The Coffee was delicious!☕My only complaint would be the size of the facility,but for when the warmer weather approaches, they have a GREAT outdoor patio space with seating, that includes an Umbrella!🌞☂️🌈Also as a BONUS, connected to this coffee shop is an AMAZING Salon/Spa, called Steven Bailey! 💇‍♀️💆‍♀️💅💕

The staff is always smiling and friendly and excited to see you. They are always delighted to make you exactly what you asked for. I have never had a bad experience at the Starbucks. Yes I think they are over price however the people and the coffee is great. The best part about it is the consistency you get whether you go to this Starbucks or you go to another.

I love Starbucks. Imagine my disappointment when I come to town to work, starting at 6 am each day, to find out the Starbucks doesnt open until 6am and I have to miss my morning coffee. That sucks all around.

Lets just say that after visiting many different locations all over the northeast, this place continues to be the best on the list. The managers and employees always aim to please!!!

Got the drinks right and the atmosphere is perfect for studying.

Its a great place I really love it. Great staff and wonderful beverages. However the one shorter guy with glasses goes way overboard with bleach. Its so excessive that you can smell it all throughout the cafe and leave with massive headache and burning nostrils.

Nice surprise location but most welcome one. We stopped by on our way from Canada. We thought that we would hit the location in a Duty Free on the Canadian side but that location closed at 6pm so no luck.The location was small but working hard and it was really welcome because driving 4 hours from Mont Tremblant in snow was really tiring and hitting Adirondacks into the night with more snow coming required some fuel.

The gentleman who was at the register was VERY helpful. (First time going to a Starbucks,plz dont judge. lol) If I liked STRONG coffee, I would be there daily. The decor is FANTASTIC for those looking to relax and enjoy their beverage. If you like strong coffee and want to sit and enjoy it, this is def the place for you!

I sit reading the paper and checking my email and least two mornings a week before work. Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Try the coconut milk latte macchiato.

I like the food and drinks, of course, but the main reasons I go there as much as I can are the relaxing atmosphere and the staff, who are friendly and down-to-earth and involved in the community with volunteering and philanthropy. Normally I prefer local small businesses but this is my one exception because it feels like they -are- one. Theyre really great people.

Not the best coffee or service that I usually receive at a Starbucks. I used the app and drove through. Caramel frappacino had no coffee flavor at all and was not blended well enough.

To this day I have no idea why people like Starbucks coffee. I am a huge, avid coffee drinker and I cant stand it. It does come down to personal preference, however Ive tried starbucks at several locations and it always tastes burnt and bland. When Ive had no other options I get it, but the coffee, no matter which location you get it from, is beyond scalding hot. Its to the point where I cant even hold the cup with a cover on it and I have to wait twenty minutes or so for it to cool down before I can sip it.Green mountain coffee in my opinion, is ten times better than this corporate shill of a cafe

Guessing they don’t understand that 6AM means they should be serving coffee at 6AM so I left.Looks like Plattsburgh need a good coffee shop would easily put SB out of business

Not sure whats going on with this particular location. They seem to always mess up drink orders and wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

Long line on Saturday at 6 PM- we were told that they were closed after the person ahead of us in line. Hours are listed as 6 am to 10 pm...way to go Starbucks.
