The manager is lacking in knowledge about their own mask mandate. It clearly states that anyone with a medical exemption does not need to. Not one person would help me. I called to talk to her and tell her to review the website where it says all this info and she did not care. I was also hung up on 3x by the guy who told me to put a mask on when I first came in. Total disrespect and harassment towards me. I told her the store could be sued and she said she didnt care.I have already reached out to cooperate. Hoping these people are taught their own policy and they can do their job right.This is the second time this year I have been harassed at this staples location. I will never go there again.

I dont know if its the Staples culture or just this store, but the lack of service is terrible.

Although the atmosphere at this Staples was nothing one could complain about I was quite perturbed by the untowered selection of artistic utensils and notebooks. This ostentatious display had me recoiling with shock, and as I browsed the rest of their wares I found no solace. I wish there was some redeeming trait I could highlight in order to not cast this establishment in such a mediocre light, however, there is not. Advance with caution should you not heed my warning, as any purchases made from the halls before thee shall not make for a hearty soul.

The people there are always great and more than will to assist you with your need. They always try and save you a buck at the register as well. Though I have going there for years and using my wife reward account. This time I created my own and it took like a block of an eye at the register. Now I dont have to try and remember my wifes account info . I just have to remember my phone number. This is my place i prefer to go when my wife goes to Micheals next door. I have baught anything from candy, phone cords, speaker wires, glassed, pens, markers, paper, filers, enveloped, printers, stuff I shouldnt be buying, and much much more. They have all your shopping needs for the office, to include coffee.

Staples to me is like Home Depot to my husband. Being a rewards member I get many discount offers. The Plattsburgh, NY store has a great personnel who are always ready to assist.

I stopped in to use the printers earlier this week. After 15+ minutes of trying, and an associate insisting that they werent having network issues, the associate finally relented and admitted that the stores internet was unbearably slow, making it near impossible to print documents from Google Drive or Dropbox. I had been on a time crunch, and noted such when stopping in, so this kind of back and forth was incredibly frustrating.In the end, I was unable to print the documents I needed. I later checked my bank account and found that even though I was unable to print anything, not a single page, I was still charged $10. I will be stopping in to speak with a manager, in hopes of securing a refund. I find it incredibly frustrating that this associate essentially lied about the stores network capabilities, insisted their printers would be able to print my documents, and then still managed to charge me for services not rendered.

Staples is really great place to get school supplies for my children and the staff are a lot better than Wal-Mart .
