Do not do COVID test there, it is the worst, and distrustful place that I have ever seen. I have not received my result yet, I did my PCR test 5 days ago. I also heard that customers complain about the other pharmacy services as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AT ALL.

I got a PCR Covid test here 72 hours ago and it hasnt been received by the lab yet, which makes the test completely useless (it was supposed to be received by the lab the morning after the test). No one was able to tell me if/when the test was sent to the lab or verify the requisition number given to me when I did the test. The rapid test works well, but they havent had it at this location in months. Horrible experience for the PCR test.

The friendliest staff ever!! I have gone a few times to get my medication and pick up small stuff here and there and every time the staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have a great assortment of candy (they were the only place in Plattsburgh with sour skittles for a while). Great place to go if you need to pick up your prescription or some small first aid items.

Called me a week ago to tell me my prescriptions would be ready soon. I heard nothing, so I called them today only to be informed they no longer take my insurance. I was told to call another pharmacy and they would transfer everything over. Meanwhile, I have a day left of my scripts and unless I want to pay hundreds out of pocket, there is nothing Walgreens can do. REALLY?! If you had notified me that you stopped taking my insurance, I would have had ample amount of time to transfer to another pharmacy. No phone call, no email, no letter, no text! Nothing! Very unprofessional. Putting peoples lives at risk by making them go without their medications is not something I consider quality care at all. Absolutely disgusted.

Walgreens is my new go to pharmacy/store . They have some pretty neat items u cant find at the other drug stores. I highly recommend shopping at Walgreens!

Went to pick up a few things and get photos copied. They were very helpful on showing us how to do.

The only real pharmacy & drugstore in Plattsburgh!!! Only place I use now.Very prompt and extremely professional in providing a rapid Covid-19 test - for free!Very friendly, efficient, professional staff.Great facility, conveniently located. Fully stocked.Personally I am never again bothering with the loser places in Plattsburgh that also claim to be pharmacies. Waste of time, waste of space, and just plain worthless, in my experience.

Forced to wait an hour and a half to receive my vaccination, even though i had a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend especially if in a rush.

Everytime I go there the staff and the pharmacists are always super polite and always greet me. The store is always very clean and well organized. When I call ahead my script is always ready. If its busy and theres a long line, I leave and come back another time when its less busy just like when I go to restaurants or any other establishment. If I cant wait then thats my problem, not the store.

Went to get a prescription, after receiving no calls after 24 hours if it was done or not. Lady put in my new insurance card, told me that it was ready. Then stated she needed to change the leaflet. Instead of just doing that, she had me drive around to help the customer behind me, making me wait longer for my script.

Wish Rite Aid was still open. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Most of the staff are friendly. BUT If you want your prescriptions you will have to leave wherever you are very early because its a long wait. Also they mix up generics and if you put in for your prescriptions the morning of and pick them up late afternoon they wont be ready. Even if you put it in days before. You will have to wait 20+ minutes.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for over 6 years, picked up pictures, never a problem friendly staff. Clean spacious store.

Pharmacy is super slow. Expect to wait over an hour on the weekend and bring plenty of reading material. Staff is nice though.

Went there tonight, the item I wanted was in the flyer, but one get one free, the item wrang up more than the shelf tag, the cashier agreed, that it was the right tag wrong price, she got on the phone called someone else upfront, that girl told me that if I wanted to pay the shelf price I could not get the flyer price of buy one get one free, but if I wanted to pay the higher price that it wrang up than Id be able to get what the flyer says, I explained to them I worked retail my whole life and I know how to read a shelf tag, needless to say, I left there feeling infuriated, because they need to honor there shelf price and honor there sales flyers.

I cant believe they closed rite aid and moved my prescriptions to walgreens. It takes forever waiting to get them! Please fix this! Ive been in line for 1/2 hour already.

If I could of gave zero stars I would of!!!! All my perceptions where transferred when Kmart closed and everythime I go pick up my scrips I get nothing but attitude. I ignored it up until the last few times I was there. I’m having everything switched elsewhere since they don’t know how to talk to customers. Maybe if they gave there staff attitude adjustments and not rolled there eyes when people mention it to the managers then things would be different

I used to love this pharmacy! unfortunately, this place has gone downhill!! rude, unprofessional and not very organized!! today is the last day i will be sending my medications here!!! Everyone i know that goes here i will make sure they know my terrible experience!!!!

There are not many big drug store chains left but I find the selection of products as well as the knowledgeable staff the best in the industry their prices seem better than cvs

This pharmacy has gone way downhill. Scripts take days longer to be filled than the website quotes, Ive tried to call twice in 2 days and both calls were over 15 minutes on hold to get a tech for an incorrect prescription.

Stopped by to get a passport photo. The employee was nice, but their passport photo computer was broken.

Worst pharmacy. Premium prices for service and convenience. But no service or convenience. Nearly four years and RX rarely correct and ready for pick up. Always and issue. Shortages. Spend way to my out of pocket covering issues. Jason manager is clueless. Derrick not focused. Rather play arounfld. Kristen excellent...but you have to waitwubtil she works. Staff of asdistance badly trained. Clueless over phone. No reason to give them info..it never gets to pharmacist or ignored. Service form Corporation Customer Service doesnt follow through either. Hard to have online account deleted. Even harder to have credit card removed number removed from file. The rewards program is meaningless.Too bad..you go in..pick up RX and shop! They hold you up in RX so youll shop. Spend loads of money spontaniously. No more. Go elsewhere or online. Plus, what pharmacy makes ill people STAND in line to wait to pick up RX. No respect. No consideration. No more my business...but thats ok the pharmacist doesnt care! He said so! Yes, Walgreens empowered staff to pick choose customers..hmmm. Go elsewhere!

I was transferred here from Rite-Aid when it closed. I am very unhappy with their service. I wish Rite-Aid was still here in Plattsburgh. It is just such a hassle to transfer to another pharmacy. I think that the drug companies are ripping us off and the pharmacies are in cahoots!

I normally have a good time in here however the one woman with dark hair probably late 50s is so terribly rude. Ive heard this from several people as well.

The woman with the limp and short dark hair is always so rude. She never greets customers unless there is a shift supervisor or store manager around. She is so snarky and gets quite abusive. I come in here alot but i will nring my money elsewhere.

Went in today and had the most horrible experience. Rude staff, unprofessional horrible attitudes. Refused to let me speak to a manager.

Their pharmacy sucks, it took 30 minutes for my boyfriend to get his meds and he has a bad injury.

Wont fill prescriptions from one of the big 5 insurance companies.
