Open early . Closes late. Great sandwiches, fresh deli. . Fresh pizza. Snacks,drinks, mini grocery. Coffee bar/ self service. Lots of choices. Great location. 1- 2 blocks from downtown .

Over priced. They rip off by overcharging. Nothing special their pre made foods and hot foods. People over paying..(Go get the ingredients and make yourself better off!)

About 80% of the time I say something like “have a good day” I’m ignored. I know they can hear me because I speak up pretty loudly sometimes just so I know they hear me. They also don’t like phone calls apparently, but I’ll take a bad attitude over the phone before I walk all the way to the store just to find out the info I need. Practically a daily customer who spends a lot of money by the way.

The store in general is clean. Stocked (most of the time) . The staff for the most part are friendly, minus a few . There getting way to expensive, even for a convenience store !!!!! Everyone goes here so it’s always packed ! At the same time it’s too dam small, it holds people up for awhile. The other day, 2 ppl working, one at deli the other at register. Literally have 9 ppl in front of me and had to wait 9 minutes !!!!!! Seriously ? Just they need to really work on the dedication of there employees. Elaine is my favorite convenience store . I should say the old one . They had a good crew back in 2010 . ALSO CHANGE UR WEBSITE ! This site says your open right now ! Your never open this early on Sunday.! Plus more days !!!!!

Express lane is a daily stop for me. This is the best convenient store in Plattsburgh and the people that work there really make the store what it is. I dont know what I would do if Plattsburgh didnt have this store

I have been coming here for 5 years and have never had an issue and have always had great service. Today, however, at around 12:40pm, I had received the most disgusting service ever experienced. A younger blonde cashier looked at my Canadian Government Issued ID (Canadian Passport and Drivers License), and stated it’s against the law to sell cigarettes to non-Americans. I am employed in Plattsburgh, I live in Plattsburgh and spend my money in Plattsburgh. I am not a college student, I am a visa approved resident and have NEVER been denied service. The cashier continuously told me I am not American and would therefore not serve me. This is a form of discrimination, I will not return or recommend this store until she is terminated. Until then I went to another store where a friendly cashier served me without the non-American hatred. *Id like to make it clear my age (26) was never questioned, or an issue but rather my citizenship.
