I had ordered a vanilla frozen yogurt with Reese’s topping and the yogurt tasted like Pantene shampoo or perfume. The Reese’s were good though.

I asked for a chocolate shake and the response was “I don’t know how to do that.” Like why do you work here then? She then continued to stare at me so I left. Worst experience at a store ever. Part 2: well I got my shake this time but guess who has food poisoning 😁. Thanks Sweet Frog, will never go here again. Stewart’s only from now on!!!

Bright and comfortable. Lots of choices. Very fresh ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and maintained. Delicious and yummy.

Seriously over half the flavors are always empty or broken. This place is rarely a pleasurable stop. Disappointed kids. Save time and money by going to Stewarts or one of theany creamie stands around the area.

Terrible place to work for. Dont treat their employees well.

If you dont tell the kids its frozen yogurt they will never know! Love how friendly the staff is too. They are why I go back.

Great yogurt, awesome topping selection and very friendly staff. Always clean and has a up beat atmosphere. Loving visiting this establishment every time I am in the area. Rain or shine, cold or hot, frozen yogurt is great all the time! Awesome way to cool the fire after having a hot meal. Cant wait for my next frozen treat fix!

Amazing frozen yogurt, kids love trying toppings here. Also have ice-cream.. The spoons change color with temperature (yellow in the ice cream and once you like it changes to green) . I took my spoon home :)

As soon as I walked in it smelled so so strongly of bleach, I was trying to get my ice cream and get out quick because it’s not good to breathe in that much bleach fumes. The ice cream was okay though.

Great! You can either sit down for a few minutes or get in and out very quickly. There has never been a wait when I have come here, which is usually around 8-10pm.The frozen yogurt is very good, and they are never out of any toppings that I have experienced. The staff are very nice and keep the place clean.Would recommend.

Clean store, friendly staff member that greeted us as we walked in. First time there, so it was nice to have it explained how it works. Does seem pricey but considering quality of ice cream worth a taste. Keep in mind you pay by weight.

Great varieties of ice cream, frozen yogurt & toppings. I was able to bring my service dog in with me & get him a dish too.

Yogurt is 50/50, some flavors are okay and the others are too strong or overwhelming. The store is very quiet, very low traffic. Would go back because of the selection of toppings.

Went here for the first time. The wife and I really liked it. We come down to Plattsburgh every 6 months or so and have a feeling we will be going again during future visits.

There were many signs in this store praising god so i thought that was really strange.......... but anyway the staff is amazing and its a great place overall!

Excellent first experience. Prices are high for ice cream but the array of toppings is nice.

The staff is friendly. But I was the first customer and the trash hadnt been taken out.from the day before and the fruit flies arou d the trash was awful. Also the bathroom was gross even the sink looked very bad and a small of dead rodent in bathroom. The yougurt is good but over priced..

Beware this yogurt is NOT cheap! One small 12 oz cup cost 10 bucks, which had about as much weight as a medium to large ice cream cone. Prime rib is less expensive.

This a fun place to go to with a group of friends.
