I always enjoy shopping at Tractor supply. I love all their beautiful farm decor. I love tractor supply.

After having customer service issues at the tractor supply literally 10 minutes from my house, over an issue that was THEIR fault. I reserved my item at the Plattsburgh store (approx 45min from my house). Went to pick up my item, had issues with my TSC credit card, and instead of treating me like i was an inconvenience like my local tractor supply did, they went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation and purchase my item, which was actually a new lawn tractor. Lisa, the store manager was AWESOME and very helpful and actually stayed late to make this happen. Any and all of my bigger purchases from TSC will be done through the Plattsburgh store because of their level of customer service. I don’t do reviews often, but when i do, it’s because i feel these places and staff members need to be recognized for their efforts! So Lisa and Ari, thank you for your help, it was very much appreciated!

Decent prices and staff is helpful

Brought a propane tank to have filled that was just filled at this store 2 months prior and tank was purchased at a Cotas exchange at local gas station in March. The obviously uncertified women named Michaela didnt Wana do her job told me tank was stamped of the year 2014 and couldnt be filled. Per state regulations last certified stamp date cant be older then 10 years old or last certified sticker date cant be more then 5 years old. So tank was stamped 2014 and stickered by Cotas 3/2020 so as of that youll loose my business sense I am in your store 2+ times a week Ill be taking my business to other stores including runnings. The attitude from the 3 women cause they didnt Wana listen to my end of the situation. Good luck your store wont be in town long.

Good supply of outdoor supplies. Ive purchased products online for pickup, but waited at the pickup counter awhile. It would have been faster to find the product on the shelf and just go through the checkout. Hopefully they improve in that are. They seem to be short on staffing at times.

Good folks. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to assist. And by the way, dog friendly!

I used to get my ferret food here. They said their corporate company decided to pick a different food. Some weird pellets that my ferrets wouldnt eat. So I had to stop going there to buy food. I had to put my ferret on a completely different diet which they didnt care for so much.

Tractor Supply is the place I go to get all my critter food. They have exactly what I want at a reasonable price.

I go a lot friendly people great prices but yesterday around (3ish) the women who checked me out was busy talking to someone all she said was do u have a card nothing else I said thank you and nothing was said back. Ive worked in customer service for yrs and you always acknowledge the customer no matter what talking to a friend who doesnt work there can wait the 3 customers ahead of me the same thats not right!

Decent prices, always friendly staff, and now they have a convenient self checkout option if youve only got a few items.

This is a great store and it is well stocked. The people who work here are helpful and are willing to answer questions and find out answers as needed. I enjoy visiting the tractor supply store whenever I go to Littleton, New Hampshire. I especially like the variety of different types of dog food and the great selection of feed available here that I can just grab and go.

Great story for supplies for Farm, and animals of all kinds. Also great clothing and shoe wear. Very dedicated and knowledgeable employees. Would recommend the store for anyone, looking for supplies or even gifts.

Excellent supply of items for pets, gardens, and farms and those who care for them at lower prices than most comparable specialized stores like Pet Smart, etc. Theres always an employee to help and theyll offer a discount on bulk purchases that are intended as contributions to local non-profits like the SPCA!! I truly recommend this store and Its more than friendly staff!!

Ive come to live Tractor Supply as they have good prices. We buy our do food there as I buy their brand and my parents do too. Its cheaper and the dogs seem to love the food.

Im not sure what to really say about tractor supply, they usually seem to have what I need when Im working around the house. My complaints about the company are the lack of staff. It doesnt seem to matter what time of day what day or how busy the location is theres only one person running a register to help manage the checkout lines. Ive also noticed that if I ever buy anything that needs to be retrieved from the outdoor locked yard Im going to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come unlock it for me. Overall a good location that has what you need, but you might have to wait to get it or to check out.

We love tractor supply especially because they always welcome my puppy Newt Scamander (when you are 84 lbs at 7 months not many places love when you come shopping 😉Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and in addition to the farmers Staples theres always something fun, unique or wonderful to find.

I go there to get my cats and dogs there shots. Very professional. Cheaper than the vets and they have the clinics once a month. The vets accept the shot record because the shots are given by a certified vet. The visit is $3 per animal and the shot packages plus dewormer ranges $60-$75 per animal. $19 microchips and $20 nail trim. Check out the website for pet vet clinic. No appointment needed. Just show up on the day and time mentioned. Love this option. Just make shure you always have a regular vet for your pet.

Great store, lots of handy items but management, if any, need to open their eyes. They refuse to open the outer cash register; so shoppers are forced through the maze of junk with heavy item such as tools, pellets, coal, live stock and wild animal food to the only open registers in the center . I mentioned this to Earl he replied, I like this register. Not very customer friendly.

They have a lot of mechanical, farm, home and pet supplies here. You can usually find most anything you need. People here are very helpful and friendly.

A basic chain farm supply with same plan--o-gram. Difference is either a local staff that gives good or bad service. Up north service that doesnt care. You hunt for help, cashier etc.
