I found Mattress By Appointment on Facebook. Derrick responded to my messages quickly and thoroughly. He scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience. When I arrived, the process was explained in detail and I got the chance to check out the different mattress options. As a first time mattress buyer, I felt comfortable making my decision based on his expertise and the information he provided. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend!

Derrick was super friendly and easy to work with. He was able to explain the differences in the mattresses and make recommendations for side sleepers. It was easy to make an appointment and the mattresses were delivered quickly. He took away our old mattresses for a small fee.

If you want a new mattress and you don’t buy thru Derick I guarantee your giving away your money. His prices were easily 1/3 to 1/2 off the box store prices. Also he provides exceptional customer service.He helped us find the perfect mattress and box spring, it wasn’t in stock but arrived earlier then expected. Beware if you buy from here, make sure you can pay off whatever you get in 100 days or you’ll be charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money. I agreed to pay $800 and snap finance is trying to charge me $1,600 + for a basic queen size pillow top mattress. Seller was fine but the financial dealer they go through is a COMPLETE rip off

We went up by appointment, he for us in on time which was great. we told him we were looking for a queen temperpedic, he didnt have temperpedic but he had off brand ones. so we ended up grabbing a perma sleep infinite bliss medium mattress. it is air cooled meaning top vents cool air which is awesome, its so comfortable that I try to stay out of it till bed cuz i never want to get out of it. its a bit expensive but they have 40$ down and weekly payments for 100 days which will be the same as cash. if you go past the 100 days then interest is tacked on I think(dont plan on finding out lol). overall guy is pretty laid back, easy to work with and our mattress is amazing. so thanks for the good experience!
