After owing a modular from this company for 15 years, I can without a doubt say this wasnt a good experience. Over the years weve found more and more corners that were cut during the building phase of the home. Specifically, zero insulation around the front door frame, which leads me to believe there is little to no insulation around all the windows in the house (based on drafts during cold months). The majority of windows have failed (eg. fogging). Sliding glass doors fogged. I know you get what you pay for. Were looking into entire window replacement for the whole house now.Over all the company was a pain to deal with from start to finish. We had to be all over the contractors and they did quick shoddy work for us. I would never go with this style house if someone had told me this before I got into it.

Nice people to talk to but when you start getting into the details of the deal you will see their numbers just dont add up to what they quoted . Never got past pricing stage and went with another home builder. Wish I did a little home work to see the good reviews are friends with the sales people on Facebook . Totally padding the Google Reviews numbers . Notice the one lady who even said a Jon was the hardest working person she knows.

Our family recently purchased a home from Plattsburgh Wholesale Homes, we worked with John Dickinson and we were very pleased with everything thing that he did for us through the whole process. He even suggested that we try to get different financing which saved us about $20,000. He tried his best to keep all his promises but sometimes his hands were tied and out of his control.

Friends of mine bought a place to replace their burnt down house they paid thousands extra to have sinks and other fixtures improved and was never done. Also pressure tank was not right and the furnace wasnt switched to propane instead of natural gas ad promised. Dont go here very crooked business practices

House is about 15 yrs old have replaced just about everything faucets, door knob s,shingles fell of the roof and replaced by them with a different color .Front door leaked which rotted the floor .if I had to do over again it would be cheaper to build ourselves .

In 2016 I lost my home to a fire. Plattsburgh Wholesale helped us find a home that fit our budget and our needs. They did everything they could to help us through a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend seeing what Plattsburgh Wholesale can do for you!

These guys are jokes, I would never recommend anyone to shop for a home here or any of their sister companies. Rates are high and management is highly unprofessional. Then if you give them a bad review you get threatened by them to have legal action tooken, even though slander is perfectly legal and freedom of speech is a birth right. If you feel like buying a home and being bent over backwards this is the place for you, if thats not your preference I suggest going else where. People want a home from a decent honest business not one thats going to go lengths to stiff you.

I bought a mobile home from Plattsburgh wholesale homes in May 2016 and I worked with John Dickinson . He worked with me to find the land I wanted and after the home was put up I moved in and found some work to be done and got ahold of John . I have been very pleased with his work and the wholesale company. I would recommend my friends to buy from there.

Worst place to buy anything home is junk no wood fiber board under siding land was survived by neighbor after we would not sing without one neighbor took the chance to steal 5 feet of land slab was way to small and blocks fell out weeks after buying no one ever came out lol for anything they will lie to you to your face no stars watch out
