Please tell your drivers to stop throwing/dropping all of my packages. I catch it on camera constantly and one item had damage upon opening after being delivered by FedEx. USE👏🏻KINDNESS👏🏻 AND👏🏻 PROFESSIONALISM👏🏻 FOR👏🏻 YOUR 👏🏻CUSTOMERS! Or find drivers that use common sense and courtesy. Something.

Terrible delivery I’d give fedex zero stars if I could. Always terrible. I had a package that was to be delivered today and was out for delivery on a truck and needed a signature. I took day off from work to be home to sign and then get a tracking update that delivery is now scheduled for the next day. This has happened multiple times. And when you contact them they never give a reason as to why they postpone the delivery.

No fuss, no muss. In and out on a timely fashion.

Driver left order in driveway . When house is right there to bring to door. Lucky someone was home and watch him drop it off and run away . Sure if u need any more information Ill be glad to help

I have been expecting a package out of the Plattsburgh center for over a week. Every day, I receive a an email claiming that delivery was attempted and that no one was at home—while we were at home all day long (and there is no tag left on our door)! The driver is either lying or going to the wrong address (its a remote rural area). I have phoned FedEx twice (so has the sender) and implored them to have the driver call me. I was told they were investigating and I would hear back. Needless to say, I have heard nothing ....

I am so appreciative to have this FedEx! You can bring in packages in the evening and have them go their destination by the next day. The staff is always incredibly helpful as well. I hope the employees know that they are the unsung heroes! Thank you for always ensuring my parcels safe travel, whether it be to me or away!

I have a package I have to sign to accept and I had a signed paper they left on my door permitting to leave it. Just NOW, hours later I get told theres a delivery exception which is an absolute JOKE, just tells me noone came by and just marked it off as visited

Waited all day for a delivery because I needed to sign for it. Got an update after 7PM (store closes at 6PM) that there was a delivery exception. Called the 800 number and they explained that they had to delay the delivery because the location got 6 inches of snow. I live about 3 miles from the location. We havent had snow in two days. Ill be going to pick it up myself just in case we get more imaginary snow.

Problems relieving a package that you have to sign for. They expect you to be home all day because they dont give a time frame. Called customer service 3 times and requested a phone call and still have not gotten one.

If this is your area delivery facility dont expect anything on time. The tracking is a joke, my package went from out for delivery to being delivered a week later.

The staff are always super nice and pleasant! Got a PC dropped off by FedEx home delivery and the delivery driver was amazing! 😀 👳‍♂️

Very poor customer service from the woman with short hair working when I went to pick up the package, she tried to tell me it was the wrong facility before I even gave her a tracking number. I will never be working with FedEx again, but especially this branch.

They are absolutely the worst shipping service in the Adirondacks! Packages are never on time (always some bogus exception), drivers are rude when you are answering the door. I have requested from some of the main online merchants to never use FedEx or you will lose my business. That is how bad FedEx is as a shipping service. Unfortunately, I cant pick and choose my delivery from some online auction merchants :(. FedUp with FedEx! Avoid if you can, choose another option!

Terrible, didnt deliver package, keeps telling me package exception. I ordered Samsung gear s2 watch, over night shipping. Its been 6 days and they keep saying delivery exception and pushing it to the next day.
