I always use the UPS store to ship my packages to my parents in Indiana. My info is on file. I write the address of the recipient on paper and my return address as well. Theres no sense putting it on the box as the store prints out the label with all that info already done. I pay with debit and get my receipt with the tracking info. Im prepared when I enter and the very proficient staff is very friendly. This is a VERY busy place. Try to have your parcel ready to ship and all info readily available as its small inside and theres always a line waiting. 5 stars for sure.

Maureen was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help a person from Ohio finish a transaction in Plattsburgh, NY. I highly recommend this UPS store for a get it done approach, and a yes, how can I help way of thinking.

I just want to say that this UPS store is the best.Not only was I able to come and ship everything I needed to in a timely manner. It was cheaper than USPS!!!When I came in I was offered free boxes, tape, peanuts, bubble wrap and markers to get everything done.I had many packages going to many different locations and I was helped with each step through the entire process.Will come back again!!!Thanks!

We took our Christmas presents to be shipped. We live in Canada and have family in the US so we take it to the US. The lady at the counter was wonderful and she really cared about our packages arriving on time and in the best shape possible. The only thing is, we feel it was a bit pricey. But at the same time it is going all the way across the country and would be hard to get it there ourselves on time at that price. Not sure if they raised their rates recently, or if they only raised them for the holiday season, but last time we shipped it did seem a bit cheaper. We will be back though as the customer service is top notch.

Unfortunately if you read the reviews of this store, youll realize that there are some people giving them low ratings because theyve had problems with the company UPS, especially deliveries to their home. To be clear, The UPS Store has no control over those things. Theyre just there to help you ship things, or you can get deliveries to the store.I have gone to the store several times to ship things, and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They make things as easy as possible, and make the whole experience as simple as possible.Not sure what more you could ask for.

The price is right! The service is great! We use the UPS Store mainly for printing. It is super convenient for us to email our documents to them; typically they are completed by the next morning for pickup! They also have access to a great variety of WEDDING INVITATIONS that you can actually touch right in their store! Keep us the great service!

All though our request was a bit-out-of-the-ordinary, the manager, Dan, was more than willing to meet our needs.

I live out sid the usa i would recive my documents in this store i culled them so told me you cant open box in our stor because you must present your self in this stor so i cant i told them to send me the ups form pdf to fill it they said we cant

I ended up running into the UPS store the other week to get programs printed for my grandmothers funeral. The two employees at the time did an awesome job helping me and my family during this rough time. They helped me get all the programs printed, folded, boxed up while staying past there normal business hours to help me. Thank you UPS Store of Plattsburgh.

They ding dong ditched our delivery.They left a note in the door before they even rang the doorbell saying they missed us and will be back tomorrow. They rang the doorbell and in the literally 7 seconds it took to walk 20 feet from my living room to my door, they were driving away.Their note said they would try again tomorrow. I was home all day. They did not return and now the tracking status says I must pick up at the store because they were unable to deliver.Absolute laziness and not the first time the local UPS has done this.

The staff at this UPS store are both helpful & friendly. They are great & efficient to do business with. Highly recommended!

This place is trashed the service is garbage and everyone who works there is incompetent. I sent out two packages to separate times and they messed up both times. Then when I called to complain about the situation they tell me to go to their competitor down the street. Thats an actual quote from the manager. FedEx from now on from this guy.

I often order products that can not be delivered to Montreal, or it would be too costly to do so. I have it shipped to the UPS store in Plattsburgh, the friendly and professional staff make it a real possibility for me to do that.

Stopped by for a passport photo. They do them, but the employee working on Saturday doesnt know how. Only the manager who works Monday thru Thursday.
