The Assistant Manager is a wonderful person and has been very helpful since I first met her around 6-7 years ago. Great outlet prices on quality products, friendly staff, and make sure to sign up for their Rewards program! You wont regret it!

I love coming here but I will no longer be coming, I will be supporting johnson creeks locations because this is the 2nd time they closed early . I even called at 515pm and asked when were they closing because the day before they closed 4 hours early. The lady Ari told me they will be closing today at 7pm I arrive at 6:05 and they closed. This is horrible for business and PLUS. GO TO JOHNSON CREEK THEY PRICES ARE CHEAPER!!!!

Probably the most useful of all the outlet stores. Columbia is such great quality and even though theres a good chance they will be out of your size or the price will seem discounted, but still be expensive, its worth it to check out what they have. Plus, you can check against amazon or google and see if the discounts really are good and will be set for the winter!

This is a great place for deals every day. The prices are great plus they always have sales. Get on the Columbia rewards program for more discounts. They proudly serve the military community with another 10 percent off of the sale price (show them your military ID first otherwise you mess up the people behind you when they have to re enter every thing). Weekends are busy so try during the the week .

Great place for good deals on outdoor gear. Customer service is superb and the employees there are really helpful. Being from out of state its nice to be treated with respect. Would highly recommend!

I enjoy walking around this store. They have quite a selection of clothing for all ages. My son and I have both had luck finding great snow pants and other cold weather accessories here. Can get busy during the holidays and start of cold months. Sizes are limited for older kids, so if you find something, dont put it down on busy days or you will loose it. They do have shoes here too, and sometimes find some great Sorel boots!

The staff here was very welcoming and were doing there best to keep up with the rush. We were there on Saturday afternoon and it was very busy. The store was clean but the racks were a mess. Like I said the staff were trying to keep with with organization but with all the people it was getting a little out of hand. Prices are great as well for what you are getting.

Always a great selection of outerwear, clothes and shoes at discount prices. Also, for back to school, they have very sturdy backpacks. They are also dog/pet friendly and are very nice to my dogs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Very good store for those who are looking to defy the winter. Here you will find very warm clothes, with good quality and maybe reasonable prices.

Workers were helpful some how. Store is always busy. More workers are needed. A long waiting line for the cashier. Manager wasn’t not friendly.

Love this place! Columbia over NF all day. Same type of equipment with a lower price point. Look for the deals on the clearance rack.

The place is pretty pact with little space to walk around. If it was not as crowded I would give 5 stars.

My shopping experience there was terrible. I asked them if my item could be returned by phone and they said yes. When I get the store, they have a very bad attitude and not returning the coat. Dont by things there unless you never need to return them!

I had attempted to visit this store while at the Outlet Mall over the weekend. I had driven here from Chicago and was looking for a particular pair of boots. While at another store in the shopping plaza, a representative recommended visiting Columbia as they had what I was looking for (winter boots for a significant other). The hours for this location were until 9pm, and had it been close to that time, I had asked the individual at the store that recommended Columbia, if the stores close at 9 or if they begin to close earlier, around 8:50pm. She kindly assured me that the mall, including their store and Columbia lock the doors at 9pm. I gladly headed to Columbia and arrived at 8:51pm. To my surprise the doors were locked, and I was able to see that other customers were still in the store. I understand it being 8:59 and the doors being locked, I get it, but 10 minutes early is a bit much. I then waited for an individual to come open the door, either from seeing me wait in the cold, or by allowing a customer to exit the store. In the meantime, another couple had arrived and was waiting for the doors to open (at this time it was 8:53pm and the store was technically still open).This couple was furious as they had called, spoken with an employee from Columbia earlier and had made the drive from Woodfield (1 hour drive away) who had told them they close at 9pm. After knocking on the door, and being ignored for a few minutes, an older gentleman named Jim came and unlocked the door. To my surprise he said we are closed and the couple expressed their drive to this location and how they called ahead but Jim closed and locked the door before they could finish their sentence. We were in shock and knocked again on the door. Jim returned again and repeated himself that “we are closed”. The couple mentioned its not 9pm yet and that they drove from Woodsfield and had spoken with someone that they were on coming. Jim replied “I know but we are now closed!”His rude and inconsiderate behavior is unacceptable and really unnecessary. I myself wanted to buy the boots and needed just a few minutes to ask if they had it available and in the size I needed. I am most certain that the couple, as well, were going to make a purchase, especially that they came out of their way for this particular store. That is 2 transactions that were missed out that night by this store. I understand if you are tired or had a long day and just want to go home, but that does not justify or should allow someone to behave in this manner. Your acknowledgement of wrong doing and willingness to ignore customers is very wrong and I’m hoping is against the “customer service” vision of the store and management. If Jim is the manager at this location, then that will be the icing on the cake for this story.I will most certainly never go to this store as my feeling for Columbia has been tainted and this interaction has left me with a bitterness towards it and the company. If you have the pleasure of visiting this mall, do yourself the favor and NOT waste your time, energy and good spirits on this location as it will probably end in a disappointment and may ruin your day/night; I know it did for me and the couple on this night.

Well, outlet stores are always hit or miss (for instance, at the Kenosha-area mall, the Adidas store is terrible, Ive NEVER found anything worth buying there and I LOVE Adidas gear), but the Columbia store almost always has good stuff at discounted prices (the whole reason for going to an outlet mall, right?). Also, Columbia gear tends to be on the expensive side, but the company stands by its products and is run extremely well!

I went there last week and purchased a new coat. A minor flaw occurred and I brought it back to the store. Mark the manager was extremely helpful and replaced the coat. I left some money in it and called back 3 hours later and talked to Mark who found my money and is holding it for me. Customer for life.
