Carol was a sweetheart right from the minute I entered the store. She made sure that I find the exact shoe size and bag. Overall impressed and happy with the customer service at this store.

I wish I could give zero review. I was only few days to return the glasses that I bought for my mother. However, store manager Rachel was not accommodating at all to make any Courtsey exception. As the owner of multiple businesses myself It’s so discouraging and not accommodating at all. She right away responded with an attitude as though she was doing me a favor. That’s really bad on Rachel’s part. Really bad customer service here.

I love this store. The merchandise is top notch and much better quality than Coach. Bought a gorgeous wool coat today. The sales people are friendly and helpful. They offer to search the storeroom if something you like is not on the floor. I cant say enough about the service you receive. This is a regular stop for new everytime I shop up here.

I drove two hours and they closed for 2 hours so I didnt even get inside.

I went there Monday after Easter and they had an great deal going on. The sales lady who assisted me was helpful and nice. Wish I knew her name but she was tall-ish with blonde hair. The man who checked me out was also very pleasant. I ended up buying a small wallet and a iPhone case! Love it

Beautiful store nice selection. However, theres this girl who stands at the front of the store usually. Shes constantly running up to you reminding you that theres some sale going on. If she sees you eyeing a bag or something she says oh yea, that bag is only (insert $) do you like it? We can ring that right up for you! If I want it, I know where the register is! Omg how annoying.

Worst tippers for delivery drivers ever. Over a $200 order was delivered and these people actually thought $5 was a reasonable tip.Get a clue and read up on delivery driver etiquette. You should be tipping your delivery drivers at minimum 15% just like when you go out to eat at a restaurant.
