********Please do NOT buy GE Monogram********I purchased GE Monogram from an Elite Appliance, Pleasanton, in December 2020 and it was installed finally on 04/07/2021. In just three months after purchase, we noticed the Refrigerator Freezer section is not cooling. This should NOT happen to new refrigerator. I called GE and scheduled a service. Today, a GE authorized technician came, diagnosed the problem as coolant leak somewhere & suggested to replace to the Refrigerator! :-)) Later, I called the technician company and they said GE will send another technician from another company!. After which, I have been trying to get in touch with GE customer service and was kept on hold for two hours. I am actually frustrated with this whole experience! Who knows what other surprises we have to unfold!Bottom line, I am writing this review for Elite Appliance Sales Team to look into this problem and I have a suggestion please do not recommend or sell GE Monogram to your clients! It is a horrible refrigerator.

In the middle of the Pandemic, we needed two dependable appliances, a washer and a dryer. We wanted a basic, reliable appliance and bought a Speed Queen washer and a Speed Queen dryer. Speed Queens are what you see at a laundromat Were very pleased with our purchases. The delivery men had the correct straps to take out the old washer and dryer in minutes. At that time, I had a broken arm. The delivery man offered to clean the space behind my old dryer. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

We recently purchased and had installed 5 Bosch appliances from Elite. Hazel was very responsive and helpful every step of the way during this crazy pandemic. Marco and Elliot were polite and very careful when installing in our new kitchen. We had a minor problem and they returned quickly to rectify it. If you are in the market for new appliances I would encourage you to visit their showroom. 👍👍

Elite appliance sold us brand new $10000 broken GE Monogram refrigerator. Now they do not even want to pick our call and help us with replacing the refrigerator. This place is the worst!

Don’t go to HD or Lowe’s - Elite is THE BEST value for your time and money. I needed a dish washer and HD said it would be months before they’d get the Bosh back in stock. I don’t want to do dishes by hand for months si I kept looking and same story at Lowe’s. I went to Elite and 30 minutes later (I got a floor model so they had to disconnect it) they were loading my new Bosh dw into my car for me! And it’s beautiful, not a scratch and way cheaper than anywhere else I visited. You’ve found what you’re looking for, great service, great selection, great value, and you can help to keep the local shops in business too!

I live in San Ramon and had two choices on places to purchase my column SKS refrigerator, freezer, and Vent-a-hood; Friendmans in Concord and Elite Appliance in Pleasanton. Prices are fixed, so the decision came down to customer service, knowledge, and hopeful follow-through on installation. Elite Appliance did not disappoint and Im glad I went with them. I did buy a sub zero refrigerator drawer from the other guys and I got no phone support or sales support on my questions.Nichele Hopson was my salesperson and she did not pressure me in any way and was courteous each time I came into the store to ask questions. When you are spending $15k+ on a refrigerator you want to make sure its the right one. Nichele called me weeks later to follow-up and I was happy to give her the sale. She also offered to inspect the products when they came in so that my installation wouldnt have any hiccups.Pedro and his team did a fantastic job installing my fridge and freezer, along with the custom panels. They were incredibly punctual to the appointment, took extra care to protect the surrounding cabinetry and obsessed on getting the reveals even around the fridge. They were knowledgeable about the product and even provided a better water line tube that came with the appliance. I really felt they were elite and that my product was being installed properly and to specifications.Kudos to Hazel, who coordinated the install and had to deal with communicating two unplanned changes to the install date. No one likes changes to scheduled install times, but she was quick to call me and made sure Pedro was available to install on the weekend and with plenty of time to do a perfect job.I would not hesitate to recommend Elite for your appliance needs, 5 star sales and service.
