I was 1 of 3 cars in a “no-fault” accident and I chose Caliber Collision (name just sounded good. I had no prior knowledge of this business) to repair the slight damages of my rear bumper, Although the insurance provider failed to email or text me the confirmed scheduled date, upon arriving at C.C, I was immediately taken care of by staff (Amanda - reception and Reesa- adjuster ) from start to finish. The whole repair process was explained very thoroughly, and I was updated throughout the day/s that my car was in the shop. Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and I loved how fast they worked!The only negative point was upon going home after picking up my car, I noticed that the paint job on the bumper wasn’t perfectly matched to the original color. It was a shade darker. I thought maybe it was the color coating that wasn’t completely dry so I didn’t mention anything for 24 hrs. Unfortunately, it’s been more than a day and the paint is still darker. Will have to coordinate with the shop to hopefully get this fixed. Otherwise, I highly recommend this business!

Reesa and Amanda were just awesome!! I felt like I knew exactly what was going on and the repairs that would be needed. The car was done a few days early but the shop was happy to hold it for me as I was out of town. Great experience!

Amanda and James were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable at what they do. My vehicle was at Caliber for repairs from an accident. They took care of everything with the other persons insurance including the rental car. Excellent service and my vehicle looks like brand new.

Great communication and friendly staff. Only knock was quickly bring my car in for hail damage repair but not having windshield available. This unfortunately cost me extra money with needing a rental car.

This place ROCKS for superb & caring service at a cost competitive price.. Reesa and Amanda were attentive, very detail oriented and met or exceeded every commitment they made. I took in my car for a minor repair, got an estimate within 20 minutes and had the repair completed a few days later. Service was outstanding with calls at every step keeping me up to date. Quality of work appears outstanding too. Thanks Reesa. Highly recommended.

The staff is trust worthy. They helped me to understand the process and kept me informed about what was required for my vehicle repair. I liked how my service advisor (James) showed me a diagram of the parts that would be inspected and possibly replaced. And they kept me informed about schedule of the parts arriving and when installation would be complete. Having a car repaired after being run into is never convenient. But Caliber Collision made it more than palatable.

Had to get my car repaired due to another party damaging the right-rear panel and bumper. They were very informative and friendly throughout the process. I was aware and satisfied with the status throughout the process due to being constantly informed and made aware of what was going on. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We’ve had two great experiences with this shop. A while back, they did outstanding work fixing up the front end our car after a new driver mishap. The experience was great, so when I had an issue with the front door of my truck (the strike plate became detached and there was no simple way for me to fix it), I took it in for a look, thinking I would have to leave it at least overnight. But before I knew it, it was fixed perfectly and I was on my way. I appreciate the friendly and professional service!

Such a great experience! Had my car fixed here after it was hit in a parking lot. My service advisor Derrick was friendly and informative. And my car was done sooner than expected. Everyone I encountered was very nice, I will most certainly come here for any of my repair needs.

I had my 2018 Ford Focus repaired at this Caliber location. Everyone Made my experience as easy as possible. From the reception staff to the Service Adviser and Management Team. Everyone was Very kind and always very informative. They made sure I had updates every other day and I Always know what was going on. If I ever need to have another car repaired, I know Where I will be going!

This place should be renamed Reesa Morris. She is a great person and a live example of Passion meets - Daily Work She is absolutely a pleasure working with and guess what, she loves doing what she does.

Pamela deserves all the amazing reviews, she is Rockstar.Wish I could add a 6th star.She is very expert, honest, detail-oriented, and kind.When I got my car into a minor accident against my garage, Pamela & her team at Cooks collision went way above and beyond what I expected out of an auto body shop.The service I received at cooks collision was well, frankly, too good!Pamela promised me to repair my car in less time & she kept her promised. During the repair process,she was keep updating about the progress & quote.Car looks new. Just waiting to get hit again now so i can get that kind of service and reach out to Pamela again.:-)

Not good experience.. took my Prius for body work due to hit n run got estimate they said call me after they receive parts .. two week later called they couldnt find me in their system.. after couple of phone transfer finally some how they found me said next Monday they should have parts n than they will prepare the parts n I should receive call to drop car, Another 10 + says passes call again they cant find me in their system.. try to get Manager long hold ..hang up n call again got the manager n I was what he told me .. no part was order but he can take my work in after May .. so,, thx no thx m click ..

Pushed back repair date 5+ times, rep never available, never returned calls and extremely cagey about the delays your part wont be here for another week
