We took my husbands Grand Cherokee in for repair work to the passenger side quarter panel. Everyone we dealt with at California Collision was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, and seemed genuinely concerned. The work was actually completed in less time than what we were originally quoted, and we were updated regularly throughout the process. We had concerns about them being able to perfectly match the heavy metal flake paint as the car is 8 years old - the match was perfect! The workmanship was excellent, and far exceeded our expectations. As a bonus, when we went to pick up the car, it had been cleaned inside and out, almost to the point of car detailing work. No one ever likes having to spend money on auto repairs, but we felt really good about the whole experience. True professionals, and I would definitely recommend them!

My 2019 BMW X3 was parked while I was doing grocery shopping when someone hit my car in the parking lot while maneuvering either in or out the spot next to me. Of course no information was left and my lease was up in 4 weeks.California Collision did an amazing job restoring the rear left bumper back to its original condition. The car was in and out the shop in less than a week and the service was very customer oriented. I received daily updates from their representative and was also able to check progress online. Somebody hit my car in the rear and I wanted to find a reputable body shop to have my car restored back to pre-collision condition instead of relying on whatever random body shop my insurance referred. I was referred to this body shop from my regular mechanic and Im very pleased with my choice.I mainly worked with George and Giovanni. They and the rest of the staff are very friendly and communicative updating me via email or phone call throughout the process. When I picked up my car, I honestly dont think California Collision restored my car to just pre-collision condition. The job was so immaculate that I think it looks BETTER than before.Hopefully I wont be involved in another car accident in the near future. However, if I need any bodywork fixed, I will definitely come back here.

I went there to have some letters replaced on the back of my Volvo and a few scratches buffed out. They saw me immediately and ended up doing the work for free. I was blown away. These guys were so awesome, I had some scratches on the hood of my car from a roof shingle crashing into it during the recent storm. I called and left a voicemail for George and he called back quickly and came to my house to take a look the very next day. Take your Tesla to Tesla.After positive experiences here with two other vehicles over the years, I brought my Tesla in to California Collision for repair. I had read in forums about problems with non-Tesla-certified body shops being able to get Tesla parts, so both I and my insurance adjuster asked CC if they were Tesla-certified before I came in as I wanted to avoid such headaches, and we were both assured by CC on separate occasions that they were. This turned out not to be true (my bad for not verifying), and after a month they were unable to get all the parts and recommended that I come pick up the vehicle and take it elsewhere. Incredibly, they refused to return the parts they had been able to get to Tesla and return the money they had been paid by the insurance company. Thankfully the insurance company is dealing with this (still unresolved as far as I know), and I had a great experience at the Tesla shop. I was really disappointed with the way CC handled this.

I took my Infiniti in because, for some unknown reason, the passenger door would not close properly. My service advisor, Reuben, explained to me what the the problem might be and wrote up an estimate. In less than two hours, I received a call telling me my car was ready. The work was done properly and quickly and, best of all, the cost was actually less than the estimate. I highly recommend California Collision for extremely prompt, courteous, skilled and reliable service, and I would not think twice about bringing any of my vehicles to California Collision should the need arise.

Let me start by saying I creased my fender on my brand new 2019 GMC truck a couple months ago in the Bart parking lot, oh and let me say it is a bright Cardinal red. I called around and finally settled on Cal Collision, I first spoke to the receptionist Danielle I believe is her name. She was the nicest and most thorough person Repping the company for my first contact she put me in contact with Reuben. I met with Reuben who was very professional and just a all around good guy, he walked me around the whole facility and told me about the process due to my concern about matching the bright red paint. Cal collision had my car for about 3 weeks due to the automobile strike in September and getting parts was kinda difficult. Reuben called me every other day to advise of the process luckily I wasnt in any hurry I wanted it done right. Reuben also took pictures of the process and sent them to me so I could document the process, kinda cool. Reuben then called me and told me the car was done when I got there I couldnt believe how perfect it was, also Reuben said they touched up and made sure they replaced any part that slightly looked like it might have been damaged. I recently bought an 07 Lexus that came with some dings and a few significant dents around two wheel wells. George got me a quote ASAP. In no time, they started the work and I was given regular updates by Allison...she is awesome! When I got my car back, it looked like new...no dents, well detailed, the headlights were restored from the old yellow look, and the panels that needed repainting matched the old paint perfectly. We have been there twice. Very positive experience. Excellent customer service. I won’t say they are the cheapest for body work, but they are trustworthy and do great quality work. Follow through is excellent. Communicated with us multiple times to keep us posted of how the work was going and the vehicle was ready when promised. They cleaned and detailed the vehicle, fixed a few other minor things that were beyond the scope of the repair. Highly recommended.

My car had a side panel issue from grating against a curb. This was structural damage and very expensive. My insurance covered it but the entire process was new to me, not to mention frustrating! I had approached another auto body shop for a quote before I approached California Collision, but the attitude wasn’t really helpful - it added to my frustration. California Collision repaired our 2004 Priuss rear driver-side door, which had been heavily scraped against a concrete pillar in a parking garage. When they were finished, the door was indistinguishable from new, plus they had detailed the entire car, inside and out. This car looked like it had just driven off the Toyota lot. Their work was done in the estimated time, at the estimated cost, and with many emails about how things were going along the way. The front office staff was especially helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!

This is going to be extremely long but it’s worth the read.California Collision is a life saver. I got into a sticky situation not paying attention to the road and hit a tree on the front right side of my car. I didn’t have proper insurance and knew it was going to be extremely impossible to come up with the money to get it repaired. At a glance to me the damage was bad but it could have been worse, but the amount of money required to fix it, all out of pocket, would have been multiple thousands. I had my car towed to California Collision and spoke to Allison the next morning on getting an estimate and seeing what could be done.I was recently going through it and had been living in my car so the last thing I needed was to go ahead and crash it into a tree.. Allison was a huge help and became a friend during the entire process. She made my situation a lot better. She went and spoke to her boss, the owner George, and he requested to meet me in person. After a short conversation he told me I wouldn’t have to worry about paying the labour fees. I would just for the parts. And when I tell you I cried, I mean it.I am extremely grateful for their service and will always remember them. They fixed my car within a week and a half and a few days sooner than was expected. Allison constantly kept me updated and we were working out a payment plan, something they don’t usually offer.When I went to go pick my car up I was excited and nervous. I was worried about how I was going to come up with the money for the parts but excited I could finally have my car back in working condition. When I got there I was overly happy with the results it was unreal. It was better than before the incident. They don’t play around when it comes to body repairs. I was getting ready to put down a small deposit towards my payment plan and voiced my concerns on how we would go about setting up some type of automatic payment since I’m leaving for Naval boot camp at the end of the month and won’t be able to manually send them my payments.Allison informed me that they had a surprise for me, I wouldn’t be required to pay anything for their services. When I tell you I cried, this time it was definitely an ugly cry. So much stress just disappeared. Their work is exceptional. I appreciate everything they do and I know if I ever find myself back in California and in need of body work they will be my go to from now on. I owe them so much and have no idea how I’ll be able to fully show my appreciation for their work.Allison went out of her way to make sure I had transportation when I went to check in and always made sure to ask how I was doing. I had a great experience! I recently was hit my a driver and had never been in an accident before. Luckily their insurance allowed me to work with any body shop to do the work. I worked with Sean. He made it so easy. I was set up with a rental car, and he got all the work approved by the insurance company and kept me updated throughout the process. I own a 2002 Trans Am. To many is just another car, to me its my pride and joy. I had my vehicle brought in for front end damage and estimator Alan helped me out through the process. He helped me with dealing with my insurance which was really nice because it saved me a lot of time from going back and fourth with the insurance. When I showed up to the facility to drop some documents off, Alan at the time was out of the office but both Danielle and Sean were really helpful and actually walked me through process of repair and how its done. When I got into a minor accident, California Collision was there to help. Their staff are very polite and helpful, and they do excellent work. Sean, my estimator, said it best when he told me, If you can tell that it was repaired, we didnt do a good enough job. Seriously, Id attach a picture of my car to the review, but you probably wouldnt have been able to tell where they fixed it.I would definitely go there again if I needed any more repairs. Which hopefully I wont, at least not for a while.

Lets face it, even when youre not at fault a car accident can be a (literal) massive pain in the neck.My girlfriends car was rear-ended at a stoplight and of course the at fault partys insurance recommended some of their own shops, which after searching, werent the most well reviewed. I found this place to be highly rated on various websites and we gave it a shot.Sean at California Collision went above and beyond normal customer service. The insurance company was not willing to give us a rental even though the car was not safe to drive and wanted us to make multiple trips for an assessment and finally a meet with the adjuster, something that would not work with our busy schedules. Sean made it very clear to the insurance that our car was unsafe to drive and even escalated the call to the adjusters supervisor to make sure we didnt need to come back again.Sean also assured us that even though the insurance wanted to only pay for lower quality parts he would return the car to 100% condition. The work was done on the time line promised and all we had to do was OK the work. The car came back looking better than before and was even cleaned up to make it look like it had never happened.We are extremely satisfied with this whole experience and would never hesitate to do business with California Collision.

This place is great! The owner of this shop is very honest, wants to help his customers and earn your business unlike other shops. The people are very friendly and down to earth. Today, I stopped in with my wife’s CRV for a quote on a rear panel alignment due to a minor impact. I was rear-end on the highway and my BMW needed repairs. My case turned out to be complex, with multiple supplemental claims to be made to the insurance company. My estimator Alan at California Collision was extremely helpful, polite, did all the leg work, and also helped clear up some misunderstanding directly with the insurance company. Later on when a complex problem appeared which was beyond the capability of the body shop, Alan also took the car directly to the BMW dealership and had the diagnosis and repairs performed there. They do stand behind their work and you cannot go wrong with California Collision.The shop will also fully detail your vehicle upon return each time, which was a nice perk. I also appreciated their drop off and pickup service, which was extremely helpful when I could not get to the shop during business hours.

Not Very Good.Went in for bodywork dents in the roof of my truck and some paintless dent removal. Told it would take 4 days and intentionaly scheduled work during my vacation. It took 23 days. After a bad spray job, sand and repaint, water stained interior headliner because they left holes open during the rain, and fixed the wrong paintless dent repair because the estimator was off that day. Still not fixed.It was revealed that the owner was on vacation the same time I was. Maybe it’s better when the boss is at work.There are too many other places to choose from to return.

I bought a discounted deal for a car detailing which ended up totaling $99 to detail my SUV. Unfortunately it did not included shampooing the interior. I took my car in for the detail and it was returned without a completed job. Since I didnt have time to wait for it to be done correctly, I called back the next day to let business know. The pro is they said no problem bring it back in and well take care of it. The con is I had to drive about 45 min to get back there to have it detailed again a week later. Great customer service but I wish they did it well the first time. In either case, Ill take in my other car to have it detailed as well when Im in town.

I brought my truck here on the recomendation of a friend. When I arrived George assured me that he could work with my insurance and not to worry because he would take care of everything. Well California Collision was able to come through with everything they promised and more. As kind of a joke I asked George to wax my softball bats that were in the back seat. When I picked up the truck there were my 3 bats on the front see nice and shiny. These guys make you feel like family and not like you are just another assignment from an insurace co.

I had California Collision repair my 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 twice after two separate accidents and I could not be more happier with the results. They worked with my insurance company (who were not easy to deal with) and got the results I wanted. I also had them repaint two areas of my Dodge Ram pickup that were previously repaired by another body shop (the paint was peeling) and now that vehicle looks great too! AAAAA+++++
