I feel sorry for anyone who tries use the Automotive shop. OMG!! A Sloth would move quicker than these individuals. Very frustrating. There was literally two customers there the entire time I waited for help. I just wanted a price on a tire.I lost 45 minutes of my life waiting for nothing. I finally drove off. Id rather pay a few more dollars than deal with this frusteration.

Everyone is super friendly. Jessica helped me find the right tires for my car and budget.

I wasnt checked in properly, did as I was instructed, and 5 cars got in front of me. No explanation. So I had to wait til they got checked in and their work got done.

Good service. However, Walmart needs to do better at staffing. Wether it means paying a competitive wage, or focusing less on payroll percentages. I would pay more for better rained and less strained staff.

So me and my family were on our way to Corpus from San Antonio when we got a flat on the way there. Since Pleasanton is a small town were limited to options but luckily theres a Wal-Mart we thought we were just going to be in n out there wasnt many people but some employees were making things difficult in replacing, selling, and filling up the tire. Were on a low spare headed towards corpus hoping to find another Wal-Mart with better service for a regular customer. I really hope this doesnt happen again, well at least in this area.

Arrive about 430pm had 3 cars ahead of me. Frank got information and type of oil.Went inside did some shopping with daughter. By the time we finished shopping our Suv was ready. Daniel the cashier took care of our transaction. We were on our way. Will come again.

First they were open Sunday and the lady who helped me was on the ball and made sure all was right with air filter change out and tire change out. J ssica was her name, I would recommend!

Terrible experience. It was estimated that it would be 45 mins to mount my new tires. 2 hours later I was told that they could not get my tires off, had to take them to another shop then back too Walmart because I foolishly bought the tires here because mounting was at no extra cost. Brought the car back with loosened lug nuts. Then spent 2 hours waiting. The person checking us in had not communicated to the technicians that they would now be able to service the car. All in all spent 4 hours just to get tires mounted. Save yourself the time and frustration and pay to have any service done elsewhere.

Great customer service and got the tires I needed for my car.

We showed up to get a tire fix and went shopping for some items, there was one car in the tire stall the other was empty and had 6 people there. Being on vacation we thought this would be a fast job cause they had plenty of employees and empty stalls...we was wrong, no one came to check us in so we went in and waiting in line to be told we had to go back outside to be checked in so my husband went out and pulled our rental car to the empty stall for about 3 minutes finally a guy name Jesse came up and asked why he was there, then had to go back to get the handheld to check him in, then we went to get our other stuff 35 min later we was done shopping and our car hadnt even made it in the stall! About 45 min late a kid asked us if we was waiting on our car and we said yes, so he finally went and pulled our car in after opening our door he made 3 times back and fourth before he even got into our car, needless to say it to another 35 min for him to fix the flat and put back on the car, then some reason Jesse had to check us out because the girls that was supposed to be running the register was never there when someone needed checked out. Which made Jesse keep having to come in from the shop when he could be working on someones car. You have plenty of people just need to a supervisor to make sure they are working smart and fast to get the customer on their way which is why I think our visit failed! But no telling how long we would of waited to get checked in or checked out if it wasnt for Jesse. I didnt get the kids name that actually fixed the tire but his picture is by Jesse in the lounge, maybe hes new but he needs to be talked to about speed and working smarter not harder cause he wasted a lot of our time walk around made not doing anything, and had to have help opening tire glue that didnt take another guy nothing to open, he wasted 1hr 30min of our vacation time!

Find somewhere else to buy your tires! The new restrictions they have in place are ridiculous!!! If you buy 2 new tires they have to mount them on the rear even if the front are the ones that need to be replaced! Also they will not rotate ties left to right only front to rear!!

I go here just for the reason that Wal-Mart will check grease fittings well after paying the price I did and marking complete on there paper work i found out they do not grease fittings at this Wal-Mart cause they do not have an electric grease gun is what I was told then also after marking complete for washer fluid I had to buy some after I left cause it was still empty just like when I got there

I was offered help right away and even carried my battery to the counter.

Terrible, just got new tires a few months ago from Walmart with road hazard and brought it on to fix a nail in one of the tires and they trying to sell me a new tire. Dreadful just dreadful. Dont get tires here. At least the tire on discount. Then they recharge you for road hazard again.
